This 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home features ample living space with two expansive floors and over 2000 square feet in the prime West Beach area of Gulf Shores. Located in the Pass Time Community, Always Summer is just steps from both the Gulf beach and a local favorite beach Little Lagoon Pass. This low density community has a sparkling pool shared by only nine homes! With the pool directly outside the door and newly constructed fishing pier, guests can experience what Gulf Shores has to offer without leaving the home! If activity is your thing, Always Summer is just a five minute drive to the center of town for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Summer never has to end at Always Summer!
About Always Summer
Always Summer is the perfect beach home for your large family or even multiple families, with ample space for 12 guests and parking for up to 4 cars. On the main level, gleaming hardwood floors, a wide open floor plan, and wall-to-wall windows are the cornerstone of coastal elegance. Tasteful decor, plenty of seating, and a 60 inch TV provide an excellent space for entertaining and relaxing to the sound of the waves outside. The fully stocked kitchen has counter space for preparing meals for a crowd and the window overlooking the pool brings the outside in. On the huge covered deck, relax in the captains chairs and enjoy the breeze! The main floor also features one bedroom with a king sized bed and TV as well as one full bathroom.
Moving upstairs, the huge master suite has its own private balcony with plenty of seating and a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. Sit outside and relax before bed to the sounds of the beach. Guests will also find a TV and expansive master bathroom with dual sinks. Across the hall is another king bedroom with TV and private bathroom. Finally, down the hall is the kids retreat, a bunk room equipped with a TV, DVD player, private full bathroom and two sets of bunk beds, one full and one twin to sleep 6.
Outside Always Summer, guests are just steps to a local favorite beach, Little Lagoon Pass. The Pass is the perfect swimming spot for families with children, featuring beautiful white sand, sparkling shallow water, and the perfect location to launch a kayak for a day of fishing. Speaking of fishing, follow the paved walking path to the brand new fishing pier, stretching 100 feet out over little lagoon and enjoy a day of reeling them in! Bring a propane tank and grill up your catch on the large gas grill provided for guest use.

House was nice and as presented online. Kitchen could use a few items updated/replaced (knives, utensils etc), the grill outside is quite old, too.
Walk to the beach was not bad at all. And, we all enjoyed the pool as well. Would stay again.😊

Overall, we had an amazing time. The house was clean, and well stocked. It had everything we needed. We had adults, kids, teens and there was plenty of space for everyone.
We had a few minor maintenance issues, but the they were very quick to respond and got everything taken care of.
My only con would be that the lagoon is not quite as described. There is not near as much sand as shown in the picture. I have littles and was hoping it would be a good spot for them to play, but there was one little sand spot that was surrounded by water. Not sure if you had to get there super early, to beat the tide or that was just how it was.
Overall, we would come back. Not a terrible walk to the beach, the house was great, and we enjoyed the pool!

This was our backup plan after the first house we booked was sold just before our writing retreat. It worked out for the best! The house was clean and comfortable. It was nice that each person/ couple had a private room and bath. There was plenty of space, and though we didn't venture far, proximity to nature and amenities make this a great location for those who do.

We enjoyed this house! Enough room for all 11 of us, plenty of bathrooms too. Beds were comfy and linen’s were nice. A bit of a walk to the beach but easy to get there. Kitchen could use a few more cooking items but all in all we would recommend staying. Pool was warm so kids enjoyed that too! We had a great time!

The house was great! It was the perfect size and everyone had plenty of room. The pool was convenient and we enjoyed it. The pool was warm and cloudy so we had hoped it to be cleaner and cooler. The walk to the beach was kind of long.. and the area on the bay side was not as we expected. Overall, we enjoyed and would consider staying there again for the right price.

We enjoyed our week in Gulf Shores. The location of this house is great for getting to the beach and it has a pool directly behind it. The house was the perfect set up for our group as we were chaperoning 9 high school seniors for their spring break. The boys were able to be upstairs and we had our room and own bathroom on the main floor. I did wish the laundry was on the main floor (please clean the dryer vents - it is a fire hazard). I also wished spices, tupperware or Glad ware, foil, baggies, etc. were able to be left behind for the next guest. It is nice to use what is left there and be able to leave there what you don't use. When you fly in you can't pack up the leftovers and take them all with you and it can be such a waste.
Please also get a new vacuum for this house. The carpeting definitely was not vacuumed before we arrived. I took the awful vacuum in the closet and did it myself. Also, our bed on the mainfloor had what turned out to be stained sheets - please get rid of these - and I ended up striping the bed and washing them myself to be sure they were clean.

Good setup for a group. The kids loved the lagoon close by. Kitchen was easy for multiple people to work in. We had to reach out to property managers a few times for little things and their response was immediate.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable house, great location with a very short walk to the beach, the pool right behind the house, and nice walking trail and fishing pier just behind the community. Loved the balconies on both levels, the huge master bedroom and bathroom and the very functional bedroom with bunk beds for the kids. Pool bring heated in March was a bonus. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Beautiful house
This house was beautiful and perfect for our large group. We had everything that we needed. The location is perfect, the lagoon in the back and a short walk to the beach in the front. I highly recommend this property.

This house was amazing! It was perfect for our group. Check in was easier than any vacation we've gone on. The communication with the property management was as easy as a simple text!! The kitchen was fully stocked! The location was perfect. We WILL be staying again!!

Perfect Home
Extremely clean home with a layout that was perfect for our group of 10. The grill was a brand new Weber grill, which made it nice for cooking out- since restaurant wait times were very long. A lot of nice personal touches inside the home. Would recommend this to any family, especially those that like to fish.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is a beautiful home in a perfect location. Walk across road and you’re on the beach. Beautiful pool on the property. Easy driving distance to restaurants and shopping in both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.

Excellent Vacation Home!
This house was the perfect size for two families and my in-laws. It was very clean with a seamless check-in and check-out process. The only thing we did run into was having to clean the grill; it was really dirty from so much use. Other than that, the location was perfect, the pool was great, it was peaceful and very family friendly!

Beautiful home
We loved the property, a beautiful home, very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable, especially for rental property. The only drawback to stay was the grill. Dirty and inoperable. Just disappointing, planned to grill our meals. Didn’t end up cooking seafood, would not cook in the house, would not cook inside my own home, or theirs.

Beautiful home. Plenty of room for two families. We had 4 teenagers and 2 middle schoolers and 4 adults. The outdoor spaces provided a great place for all groups to hang out. Pool was clean with plenty of lounge chairs. Only complaint was the pool was too warm. But we still enjoyed it!! We hope to return!!

So perfect!
This house was perfect! We stayed with 2 other families and every family had their own bathroom including the kids. Walking distance to both the pier and the ocean. And the pool was great for night swims after being at the beach all day.

Wonderful family place
This was a beautiful property. Loved the house. The access to lagoon and beach were great. It could use a few more kitchen big utensils. Very comfy furniture and beds. We cooked every night. Absolutely loved that we could come back to the pool when we were “beached out.”

Great location, close to the beach, and clean!
We enjoyed staying at this beach house. It was very close walking distance and was very nice. If you plan on cooking there wasn't as much kitchen utensils or supplies and you would expect to see compared to other properties.

AMAZING!

Our family had a great time. Beautiful home and able to see the beach from the balcony. Close to lagoon beach behind the house and actual beach access is across the street. House was wonderful and definitely recommend for families with kids. We have a toddler, and the home was great for him to run around and play. The floor might needed to be cleaned better as we found some bits of candy here and there on the floor as arriving at the property but overall we had a great stay!
