Bra läge, frekventa byten av handdukar och lakan, samt supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse! Vi älskade att handdukarna och lakanen byttes så ofta, vilket verkligen höjde vår upplevelse. Hotellet har ett perfekt läge och personalen var otroligt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Vi kommer definitivt att återvända!

Vi saknade städning.

Acogedor y céntrico

Estuve con mi pareja 5 días y nos encantó, la ubicación era perfecta cerca de la playa y de los puestos del paseo, tenía aire acondicionado, para cocinar y todo estaba en muy buen estado. El personal era muy cercano y amable, la verdad volveríamos a repetir sin dudarlo.

Very enjoyable recommend the La Taberna Iberica, for a special dinner.

View of St Nicholas Basilica from our first room and the old citadel was impressive. Our hostess was very helpful despite our poor Spanish! Would recommend this property apart from the usual noisy crowds on the Rambla Nues.

Excellent location and friendly staff, 8.5 stars

Very friendly, polite and responsive staff over Whatapp, we got access codes to the building front doors and doors of the apartment, so we didn't need to carry keys around, so this was handy. Taxi ride from airport to apartment is about 25-27 eur. Location of apartment is excellent, around are restaurants, bars, shops and Postiguet Beach is very near with great view of the St Barbara Castle from the beach. Washing machine was not in the apartment but was on 1st floor and could be used for washing and drying. Our apartment was on the inner side of the building, so we didn't get the street noise. Some noise thought from the other occupants when the windows were open. Sheets and towels were changed every 3 days.

Drying of wet beach towels was challenging, as clothes drying lines were just outside of living room window, but there was no wind and no sun reaching them, so after the whole night drying, they were still wet the following day. This apartment didn't have balcony/terrace while majority of pictures on booking.com shows apartments with balcony.

Gorgeous apartment. Cannot wait to return. Perfect air con. Perfect location and had everything we needed! Those who stay, leave beach umbrellas for the next vacationers too. It's very kind!

Very dissatisfied with response regarding fixing the toilet door.

The bed.free safety deposit box.Air conditioning.bathroom.central location.

Window didn’t close.toilet door wouldn’t close.Tv went off.Furniture was cheap and uncomfortable.Oven was missing?outlook was not good,overlooking a KFC restaurant.couldn’t open the shutters as there was customers in the restaurant overlooking the room?Noisy location.very overpriced.

Lovely central location, apartments were better than we expected and clean. Great but small cooking facilities. Nice host and easy check in.

There was a problem with the water which was sorted an hour later then expected. The check in time I'd asked for and had accepted on booking.com was not okay in reality. They did take our baggage though until we could check in so it wasn't too bad.

Great location, comfortable, quiet and spacious.

Great location, very near the beach and the city centre. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, very quiet considering it's central location and the hosts were easy to get hold of via Whatsapp if needed. Easy to get in using a code for the front door and for the apartment door, meaning you didn't have to worry about keys. The travel cot and high chair provided were great for our little one and the lift was essential with having a pram with us. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

There was a line in the air shaft to dry washing on however it smelt extremely strongly of cigarette smoke so we weren't able to use it. An indoor drying rack would have been more useful.

Nice location for the good price

Location, personel attitude, view from the window. We liked that the bathroom is quite big and the kitchen was well equipped.

I would install curtains on the windows, because we could see lights from the street during the night.

Excellent location, excellent client service, and a must-book apartment

Everything, as the location was great, right in the centre of Alicante near all major tourist hot spots, readily accessible by walking. The personnel was fantastic; they communicated effectively, provided all necessary information, and the room was spotless. I will surely return, and the apartment is quite handy to stores, clubs, restaurants, and the beach.

No one ever came to change towels, take garbage etc. during an entire 5 night stay, when booklet said they would come every 4 days.

Very good

The location is superb. Closed to eateries, town hall, churches, harbour. There were a couple of small issues in the apartment but they were resolved within a couple of hours.

It is a bit noisy at night as the apartment situates on the main street. The insulation could be better.

Lovely Studio

Studio very well equipped. Excellent shower. Check in easy WhatsApp message to say appartamentos was ready early. Gave codes to access both building and studio. Air conditioning efficient.

Probably a minor issue however some very noisy building work going on some of the days we were there.

Stay and Play, come to the heart of Alicante

location is so central you are near beach, restaurants, pubs, sights, airport bus, the lot!

it was 6 th floor and needed lift which was small but overall functional.
