great experience

I was in dorms . The place is maintained exceptionally. From cleanliness in the rooms, outside toilet and pool. The pool water has accurate amoubt of chlor and it feels great. The shower is comfortable and big, there are lockers in the room and the air colling works good, at least in my room. There is a shower near the pool so you can clean yourself before and after pool or sea. There is two stand up board for free use, and ball for vollyball. There is chair swing and seats on the beach which is nice and comfortable. There is free water for drink at the restaurant. The food is good with many options and decent prices.

The second floor bed has no handle so I found it pretty difficult to get up especially at night. My night lamp didn't work.

Le Bungalows spacieux pour 2 personnes, climatisation, grande salle de bain, petite terrasse avec hamac, étendoir, la vue sur jardin avec de magnifiques Plumerias, L ambiance, la piscine vue mer avec transats et douche, la plage sauvage avec poufs et coins massage, Le personnel, la facilité pour réserver des excursions ou autres infos (en français) au top de chez top, Le restaurant excellent et pas cher, bon cocktail, Beaucoup de jeunesse mais j'ai 54 ans et je me suis senti très bien.

Rien, ne pas rester plus longtemps.

Pool area onto beach front is amazing I could’ve spent my whole trip there, it’s gorgeous! Quiet and relaxing with a nice buzz Stunning resort Would stay again

Rooms are not cleaned within stay inconvenient with all the sand, towels and sheets not changed. Location is difficult for those who don’t use scooters/ mopeds

Das personal war sehr unfreundlich!!! Vor allem wenn man am morgen frühstücken gehen wollte gaben die einem schlechte Laune. Sie gaben und sehr kalte und unfreundliche Antworten. Ich bin schon seit zwei Monate in Thailand und hab noch nie ein so unfreundliches Personal gesehen. Organisatorisch lief dies auch nicht gut. Am besten sucht ihr ein Reisebüro auf anstatt Ausflüge/Fähren hier zu buchen. Sie stellen keine Handtücher etc zu verfügung. Wie auch kein Zimmer service. Die Bettwäsche wie auch die Kissen waren sehr schmutzig und auch mit Schimmel befallen. Wir würden nicht nochmals zurück kommen. Das Meer ist sehr schön zum Anschauen wie auch der Sonnenuntergang. Leider muss man aber sehr sehr weit rein gehen um schwimmen zu können. The staff was very unfriendly!!! They were particularly bad-tempered when you wanted to go out for breakfast in the morning. They gave us very cold and unfriendly answers. I have been in Thailand for two months and have never seen such unfriendly staff. The organisation was also not good. It is best to go to a travel agency instead of booking excursions/ferries here. They do not provide towels etc. and there is no room service. The bed linen and pillows were very dirty and also had mould. We would not come back again. The sea is very beautiful to look at, as is the sunset. Unfortunately, you have to go very, very far in to be able to swim.

Definately reccomend- brilliant price for what you get.

Brilliant resort. The owner in reception was brilliant, answered any questions we had and organised a taxi for us when we left. The rooms are great- large and clean rooms with a modern shower. AC was great. The pool and facilities were amazing too- free paddle boards and gym on site. Pool was clean and food in restaurant was great and reasonably priced.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement, un petit coin de paradis avec magnifique coucher de soleil sur la plage le soir. Également, le personnel très souriant et très à l'écoute. Le restaurant et le bar proposaient de très bonnes boissons et la cuisine était excellente, nous n'avons jamais été déçues. Beaucoup d'activité proposées sur place (piscine, paddle, ping-pong, salle de sport, massage etc) + les taxi et excursions réservables en passant par l'hôtel, à des prix plus que raisonnable, ce qui facilite beaucoup la tâche. La chambre avait beaucoup de charme. Bref, séjour top, pour un rapport qualité prix parfait.

Absolute Lieblings Unterkunft auf Koh Pha-Ngan :)

Als wir unser Zimmer ganz vorne am Strand bezogen haben, hab ich vor Freude ein paar Tränchen verdrückt. Leider konnten wir nur eine Nacht dort verbringen, weil es sonst komplett ausgebucht war. Das Essen ist super lecker und von unserer Seite völlig in Ordnung von den Preisen. Das Personal ist unheimlich freundlich. Vielen lieben Dank für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt :)

Ein Bewertungspunkt weniger gibt es wegen des fehlenden Kühlschranks ansonsten eine 11/10 Ich weiß nicht ob alle duschen so unfassbar wenig Druck haben aber ich konnte mir an dem Abend die Haare nicht waschen und meint Freund hatte nach dem ich geduscht hatte gar kein Wasser. 15 Min später hat er es nochmal versucht und es kam eine leichte Briese Wasser. Hätten wir dies an der Rezeption gemeldet hätten sie dies mit Sicherheit sofort behoben. Wir waren aber so geflashed von der Unterkunft, sodass es nebensächlich für den Abend war.

Hostelin deniz kıyısına yakın olması güzeldi. Ayrıca bahçede pufların ve hamakların olması keyifliydi.

Odada klimalar o kadar yoğun çalışıyor ki, oda buz gibiydi. Odada uyuyamadım. Ve dışarıda hamakta uyudum. Odaların ve banyoların düzeni karışık geldi. Ve bence çalışanlar çok mutlu değil.

Great location with a big room, nice and clean and just a pleasant place to stay at a very affordable price. Far enough away from all the hustle and bustle, but only 15min scooter ride away from the Pantip Market/Thong Sala pier. Would highly recommend

A Fridge would have made this stay 10/10 - I understand that they wanted to save electric by not having one, but in the +30°c heat, it would have been nice to have somewhere we could keep our own water/drinks/food to keep the cold, rather than having to buy stuff from the bar each time

Everything is bad here

This is my first time traveling to PhangNga Island. and this was very bad trip in my life the staff at this hotel very bad habit not saying hello, not smiling. The receptionists are foreigners, and Burmese. In this hotel you will not see Thai people working here at all. The accommodation is dirty, and garbage everywhere. Bad employees

Dirty room!!!! Look like 200฿ bungalows 😂 Receptionist has bad manners the foreigners and Burma lady!!!

Nice place but awkward location and basic rooms

Nice pool area on the beach. Staff were nice and organised taxis as well as tours, rooms were big and AC worked well.

WiFi was awful, and the room lacked necessities, it only had 3 beds in and nothing else (no shelves, chairs, table, kettle etc). The place was also full of tour groups so it could get quite noisy while they were running activities at night and it was hard to socialise (as they all already know each other). The location was a bit out of the way of everything and all taxis, no matter where you go, cost 150 baht per person which made it quite awkward/expensive to get anywhere.

Beautiful property. Good value

Location was great- rented a scooter and drove around to the best beaches and local restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The garden room we booked was fine, however we upgraded to the ocean view room for half our stay and it was 100x better. Even the garden view room bed was less comfortable, however still good value if you are on a budget. The shared pool was always clean and had an amazing view of the beach & ocean. The food / drinks were fine if you didn't want to leave the hotel.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable, no body wash/shampoo provided.

Amazing

Jasmine was so friendly. The poolside room was really spacious for 4 friends. The pool was right in front of the beach and had stunning views. Helped us with a taxi to the free in the morning. Had a mini gym and massage

There were some ants in the room but they were tiny and didn’t bother us.

Will recommend everyone!

Very lovely staff who is happy to help you wherever they can. The decorations with the love to details were just so cute and at night at the beach you got a view that looks like a rip off from a movie scene! The restaurant serves some very good food, I recommend you try the Burmese salad! Near the Hotel (just a 5 minutes walk) is a Night food market with lots of very good food from around the world and live music.

In the dorm you have to get used to some little ants crawling up and down the walls. But as long as you don't have food in your bed, they leave you alone. That's part of being in the tropics! A towel for the floor in the bathroom would have been nice, so the floor isn't wet that often from showering.

Amazing place to stay, serious value for money.

Staff so helpful, lady at front desk really was so friendly. Right on the beach and pool so clean. Food served was delicious and cocktails too, at regular prices. Room so clean and comfortable. Dave the dog and Steve the cat also a great welcoming party!

Best to rent a bike to get around the town.

absolutely amazing!!

Gorgeous area, food places and 7/11 in walking distance, lovely pool, big outdoor yoga area (that was definitely my highlight, loved doing yoga in the mornings in this amazing scenery!) Thai food at their own restaurant is really good (I had couple different vegetarian dishes and in my opinion better than some nearby places). On top you can do laundry there and they sort out bike rental for you. Hot shower and nice room. Gree water refills all over the property.

nothing to complain really, maybe the pool area could be cleaned from the sand a bit better? but that’s really a minor thing.

the dorms are not so nice, much better options elsewhere for the price. I hated the sound of metal rings on the metal rods of the curtains on the beds any time anyone closed or opened their curtains. I got so many bug bites in my sleep despite wearing spray. The bathroom is wet everywhere and kind of gross. I recommend spending the money for a bungalow if you’re gonna stay here and go elsewhere if on dorm budget

Like a lot of resorts on the island there was a constant soundtrack of Muzak in the bar and round the pool. I prefer to be able to just enjoy the sound of the sea but that’s a personal thing.

The Location & pool is amazing and they have the nicest and most helpful staff, the ladies at reception try everything to provide the best service!

The garden bungalows are a bit basic. No windows just mosquito nets. A kettle & a fridge would have been very nice and there is no room cleaning.

Wow! Bungalows that can’t be any closer to the sea!

- Bungalows right at the beach, we could hear the the sound of the waves when lying on the bed 😍 - Beautiful sunsets - Amazing food at the hotel bar - Friendly staff - Dave the dog 🐕 - They they try to avoid plastic garbage

- It would have been great to have more than one socket in the room - No clothes hangers / wardrobe or something similar

Superb

Beautiful peaceful place to stay, nice restaurant with good food and drinks, lovely pool overlooking the beach, room was basic but perfect for what we needed the only thing extra we would have liked is a fridge as our drinks heated up quite quickly. Staff were very friendly helped us rent a bike, with information about half moon party and booked a taxi for us. They also had music and body paint for us at the bar area. My boyfriend lost his wallet and the half moon party and went to reception and one girl in particular went above and beyond to help us get it back and it was eventually found she also booked a taxi for us to go to the peir outside of her work hours. I cant remember her name unfortunately but thank you!

There were 2 lizards outside our door both nights we didn't mind them as theyre good for catching bugs but some people might mind?
