Everything was so perfectly organized in the apartment. Like someone read your mind :) indeed we felt like home from the very first minute. Amazing mountain view and a big terrace. Spacious and cozy :)

Lovely spacious apartment with views of the mountains. Clean, comfortable and in a great location just a 10 minute walk from the city centre. Rebecca was lovely and was available every morning with to help with any queries we had about local excursions. The Welcome Card provided by the host gives free use of local buses and some cable cars - which was a bonus.

Great location. The apartment is amazing. Everything is very convenient. Walking distance from the center. The staff was very nice and helpful.

This is the best place we stayed in a long time. The stuff is amaizing. The appartment is beautiful, cleane, comfortable and equipt with all we needed.
We also enjoyed the pool and the garden outside.
The location is great, a few minutes walk from the center of the city.
Most important, the energy of the place is great.
We loved it!

Location and facilities for kids

The apartment was beautiful - bright, spacious, exceedingly well equipped and comfortable. We loved the dining area, the kitchen had everything we needed - including a wonderful coffee machine. There was a balcony with a view of the mountains which was also large enough for us to eat outside when the weather was fine. The shared facilities were also great, with a very useful laundry room and a pleasant garden with a small swimming pool. We were made to feel very welcome - with a bottle of prosecco for us when we arrived, as well as being provided with Innsbruck Welcome cards which enabled us to use all the buses and trams free of charge as well as giving us access to free or discounted entry to a range of attractions and activities in area. Although we didn't use them, we could also have used the city hotel bikes which are available in the city. The apartment is about 10 minutes walk to Innsbruck Marktplatz and we enjoyed shopping for provisions in the market hall. There is a very frequent bus serviçe to get back up the hill to the apartment, or to start your journey around the city. Finally - but not least, the office staff who are available every morning are very friendly and helpful.

View amazing, beds comfortable and the location was perfect

It's a quiet cozy place, nice views around.
Bus stops and grocery are close.
The apartments themselves are new and designed well. The ground floor has a nice summer terrace.
There is a ski storage room.
Staff was extremely welcome.
The location is a bit far from the main city, so it takes some time if you'd need to go to skiing resorts by bus.
Also, restaurants are on the other side of the river.
It was not clear how the room cleaning works so for a couple of days we missed the service.
A bit expensive.

Everything was amazing and it exceeded our expectations!
We liked everything!

Warm, new, super clean, well equipped. Owners & staff genuinely pleasant. Excellent TV & shower. Plenty of clean towels. A very good value.
Furniture in good condition, but not super comfortable. Internet adequate, but finicky.

The hotel location was good. it only takes 10-15 mins walk to the city centre. there’s a parking place for our car.
1. the sofa bed was very noisy and uncomfortable
2. the service was unsatisfying: 1) we asked for a later checkout (30mins -1 hr) because one of our friends (who was our driver) was not feeling well; we got rejected by the front desk, who told us we must leave at 11 am. 2) we paid for 2 days parking and left our car there for a walk (approximately 1-2 hrs) after checkout, because our friend who was unwell was unable to drive in his condition. Shortly after we received an angry message from the hotel to command us to move the car immediately, even though there were plenty of empty places in the parking lot. 3) additionally, we received an impolite message from the hotel to say the room was unclean, claiming the sink was blocked for which they needed additional cleaning time, and we did not follow cleaning instructions which we never saw. This was greatly exaggerated; when we left, we put all towels in the specific bag from the hotel, and we turned on the dish washer. We were only there for two days, and outside most of the time, so it wasn’t messy at all. Sure, there may have been some crumbs in the sink, but nothing that’s take more than seconds to clean. Besides, there was a 50 euro cleaning fee.

Clear and practical communication from the host at all times. The apartment was absolutely perfectly equipped. Beds were cozy. Clean. Great details upon arrival.
We were travelling for many days, so we had big suitcases that were hard to put up and down all the way to the apartment.

appartement was spacious and well equiped. Location was very good being close to city center.
owners woke us up at 05:30 loading their transit bus just in front of the open window of our bed room. very loud voices while discussing. not very professional and thoughtful. green oasis is an overstatement to be honest.

Well-designed large apartment; feels a lot larger than 58 m2. Large balcony with a scenic view of the mountains. Large bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen. All interior is relatively new and pleasant to use. Exceptionally clean room. Friendly and helpful hosts/staff. Excellent location just next to a bakery, a chemist and an excellent supermarket.
The tiny bedside lights in the bedroom are useless for reading, and the ones in the ceiling are not optimal either.
The location is quite noisy with the airport, road and nearby church that rings the bells between 6 and 22. I guess the airport noise is a problem everywhere in Innsbruck.

The apartment is beautiful, very close to the city center, very close to public transportation, but with the advantages of being a bit off center - quiet and easily accessible by car. There are a few bakeries and a supermarket a few minutes walking distance. Theres a lot of printed information in the apartment which we found very helpful.
We slept on the couch since our baby slept in the bedroom, and it was reasonable but not much more.. it opens and closes very easily but not very comfortable.

It was one of the cleaniest place we've ever stayed (and we've had the chance to travel quite a lot those past few years). The apartment is even better in person than in photos. The staff is super friendly, helpful and available at any time should you need anything. The apartment is super well equiped, you'll everything you need to cook; Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, wifi (my husband was here for his job and he worked at the apartment with no problem at all, including video calls). The bathroom is spacious, great shower, the bed is comfy. The neighborhood of the apartment is lovely and peaceful. You have to walk uphill to get there but you can also take the bus that will drive you a few steps away from the apartments (bus J from dowtown). The outdoor space is just as delightful: we were on the ground floor and had a beautiful terrace for ourself and we only saw it on our last day but there is also a garden at the back! Just to be noted: there was no microwave oven in our apartment so be aware of that in case you'd need it on a regular basis (it wasn't our case). And the only thing we would add to the apartment would be mosquito screens on the windows: we let them open a bit later one night and we had quite the fight with mosquitos during the night :D. But this is really to find something! We recommend 10000% and would love to come back here if we ever visit Innsbruck again! Thank you!

Lovely and spacious accommodation in good location, easy walking distance to all sights. Excellent communication from hosts and able to store luggage for earlier arrival. Well equiped and comfortable apartment. Well stocked kitchen with nice touch of welcome gift of bottle of Prosecco. Good size balcony.
The only small matter would be that towels were a bit worn

Alles war wunderbar.

Great location in quite and cosy part of town yet very close to the city centre and main attraction.
Nice room equipped with all you need during holidays.
4.8
Modern clean interior with a full featured kitchen, very confortable. The city center is a 10 min's walk from the apartment. Alternatively, the bus is right in front of the door. If you arrive by car be sure to also book the parking lot which saves you some head ache.
The local WiFi (provider Freewave) is a bit awkward to enter, maybe due to security reasons, but not as easy as one could expect. (Two way authentication using your email which might not work on some devices at a time you are not yet registered),

The one-bedroom apartment was great, clean and spacious and well appointed. The host was available part-time and was very friendly and extremely helpful. This was a great location to explore the city with access by foot or bus.
Not much overall, there are church bells that ring though-out the day but nothing can be done about that.
