PGA West Luxury Villa in La Quinta (Lic#249332, 2BR/3.5BA). Desirable location minutes from the Coachella and Stagecoach Festivals, Indian Wells Tennis Complex, and the prestigious La Quinta Art Festival. This 2500 sq ft 2 bedroom+ enclosed Office (with Queen Bed and private bath), 3.5 bathroom villa is located in beautiful PGA West on the 4th tee of the Stadium Course--Perfect for entertaining during the American Express golf tournament (January). The gorgeous mountain views from the kitchen and living room are second to none.
All bedrooms and office/sleeping room have private bathrooms with showers. Each bedroom and office are separated from other rooms, and have no adjoining walls, so they are super quiet and private. Master Bath has a jacuzzi tub and luxurious bathrobes. Beautyrest king size beds in two largest bedrooms, and the office has queen size bed. Flat screen Smart TVs with HD Spectrum Cable, Netflix and other video apps in each room, free high-speed wireless internet access. DVD/BluRay in each BR.
The living room has plenty of room for guests with a comfortable sectional sofa, and a 50" Samsung LED. LR has a gas fireplace, portable sound system and built-in Wet Bar. Beautiful glass dining room table seats six. Ceiling fans in each bedroom, kitchen and dining room. Lots of linens, bath and pool towels, pillows and blankets.
Lighted double patio for dining and relaxing. Patio furnished with sofa, lounge chairs and misting system for ultimate comfort. Kitchen is fully equipped with indoor and outdoor grills making our home a cooks paradise...everything you need to entertain your guests or for preparing a quite dinner at home. Equipped with Kitchen Aid mixer, Juicer, Alclad cookware, Breville self-grind coffee maker. Abundant cooking utensils, good knives, lots of flatware, baking pans, popcorn maker, and rice maker. Breakfast area adjoins kitchen and comfortably seats four. Unit comes stocked with complementary bottled water and snacks.

The gated community of PGA West has an abundance of heated pools and spas with two just steps away. Two car garage which has two mountain bicycles and pool toys.
Refundable security deposit of $1000. Departure cleaning fee is $250. Weekly cleaning is required for stays of two weeks or more at $225/wk. All special events and Holidays (Coachella, PGA, Thanksgiving, Christmas) are non-cancellable and full payment due 90 days prior to check-in. Pet fee is $500 per week/per pet.
PGA West is truly the golf capital of the West, with six world class golf courses, three private and three public, three clubhouses (two are public), and Ernie's Restaurant is just down the street or up the 18th fairway by golf cart. This makes PGA West the perfect golf vacation destination.

Stayed over the weekend from Friday to Monday. Check in at security gate was fast, easy check in using a code on the door to get inside rental, dedicated parking for my car in front of rental. Rental was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including a Keurig! Believe there was some left over stuff former guests had left in the pantry which came in handy. Bedding, towels, water pressure, wifi, AC were readily available for use upon being inside. Randy was communicative and responded quickly whenever I asked a question inquiring about my stay. This isn’t against Randy or the rental. Maybe against the actual property grounds but There was a pool next door to us which we were excited about BUT it was filthy. Seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week maybe so it hindered us from entering. There was another available across but it was crowded with other guests so we didn’t bother. Overall, would stay at Randy’s rental again. Thanks again Randy!

Stayed here with a friend to golf and take in some tennis. The property was as advertised and, in some cases, exceeded expectations (e.g. kitchen had every tool we could want, and then some). Location was great for access to multiple golf courses and close to Indian Wells tennis complex (15 min drive). Randy was very responsive to any questions we had prior to arrival and check-in was smooth. Definitely recommend this property! Chris

Played in PGA West Golf Member-Guest…rented this superb home overlooking 4th (?) tee box and couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. Extremely clean, well appointed, very comfortable beds and bedding, spacious bathrooms. This was the easiest check in and check out procedure we have ever had! Appliances were great, and kitchen extremely well stocked. The owner was very easy to get ahold of, although it was not needed. Strongly recommend this home in a gorgeous area.

Very responsive owner. Everything needed at the rental. Very easy check in and out. Remember to give names of adult guests-I forgot and had to pester the owner unnecessarily but he was so accommodating and understanding.

We had a great experience and the property had everything we needed, clean and well furnished. The hot tub/pool was a very short walk and great to relax in after golf or hiking. The patio is right on the 4th tee of the stadium course and great to watch as golfers tried to hit the challenging par 3 green. Randy our host was helpful and very responsive to any question.

Our second time staying here for a golf weekend at PGA West. Great location right on the par 3 4th Stadium course. Very clean, great for 3 couples. A bit of a goof up on check in but otherwise great experience, we will return.

Exactly as described, well equipped with the essentials and more, a responsive and flexible host who ensured our stay went smoothly. Fantastic location with golf and hiking nearby, a pool within 50 feet and a backyard view that is gorgeous and often entertaining, very near the forth tee, a par three. Spacious and clean, easily sleeps six with lots of room to relax. I would highly recommend this location and host, you will not be disappointed.

Very nice (and large) condo just a few yards away from the 4th tee box at the PGA Stadium Course. Condo was stocked well with the things you need to stay a week or more. Great neighborhood to walk your pets and close to the other PGA golf courses and not far from shopping center in La Quinta.

We loved this home/condo. It was immaculate and well stocked- down to bathroom toiletries (soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc) and kitchen necessities like coffee, bottled water, and a few snacks. The home is very spacious with plenty of privacy for all guests. Such a great location with a lot to offer. Very pretty view of the golf course- fun to watch golfers tee off on the hole. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

We had a little hiccup getting in, which may have been due to the security guard on duty but it was easily resolved with a call to the hosts. Rental was spotless. We brought our small old dog and he was very comfortable on the carpets. The rooms were perfect for us as we had two couples and an elderly person who stayed in the room by the dining room. We played on the golf course, which was very scenic and difficult but was very fun. However, on hole 12, there were 10+ people including kids that weren't playing and just hanging out on the green, and so we had to skip the hole for their safety. We did tell them that they should not be on the course for their safety and they were very defensive and followed us to the next hole. This is more about the golf course though and not the rental. All in all, we would come back again.

We chose this destination at PGA West for our first family vacation in a year, and it did not disappoint! The home had everything we could ask for and was a very relaxing, well appointed, peaceful place. The pictures are accurate but don’t do the beautiful view - gorgeous golf course right outside the patio - justice. We’d love to come back!

We rented the house in PGA West, La Quinta for the Thanksgiving holiday. We were amazed at the set up of the house and how it was stocked for our visit, nothing was overlooked by Randy and Susan at all. The location off the 4th hole tee of the Stadium course was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The house itself was extremely comfortable and well laid out for the four of us. We cannot say enough about it. We recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend time the the La Quinta area. We will be back in the future.
