The room was lovely and spacious. The bathroom and shower were great. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel had so many things to keep you busy, location next to the lake was amazing.
Breakfast was a bit expensive but the selection was great. Needed a taxi to get in and out of the city.

Room is very basic for 5 star hotel
Two odd chairs, no chairs on balcony, spartan beds, no closet, paper cups in bathroom, no minibar
Expensive and unattractive dining (self service foot court or overpriced buffet)

Spacious, good views, nice design, convenient location for tourist sights, good for family with young children
Not particularly English friendly, but this is generally true across Gyeongju rather than a hotel specific issue. Staff tried their best to communicate.

Great spaceous rooms with all the comfort you need. Nice and soft bed linnen. The bathroom was excellent and super clean. Great buffet breakfast. And the roomservice was also excellent. Friendly staff.
Paying extra for using the pool is unacceptable in my opinion. That is not the facility service one expects when staying at a 5 star hotel.

Nice resort style hotel
Better for families I think

The Property is more suitable for local Korean families.
There is no real Restaurant in the Hotel.

Lovely staff members, great location, clean and nice rooms
All services came with an extra fee, very little is standardly included.

The property was very clean and comfortable
the breakfast was overpriced

The room was big and modern, we enjoyed the restaurants and the snacks at the shop
There was a lot of noise coming from the road and also we could hear the tv from the neighbouring room, our room was very hot even though it was april and to get fresh air we had to open the window to the noisy road below (AC did not work, perhaps because it was april?), we did not sleep well...

The staff is very helpful. Also the suite at the top floor is extremely large and has a magnificent view on the lake.

The room was very spacious and especially the bathroom had a big shower and was in general very well equipped! The building seems very well maintained and the staff was friendly and tried to solve any problems we had.
You can hear anything thats going on in the room next to you. Especially TV noise is super annoying and we had to call the reception twice since the noise was so loud. Gyeongju is generally not super big so public transport is also kind of tricky. The location of the Hotel has a great view over a big pond but to get to the city center it’s most convenient to travel by taxi or a rental car.

Great location (overlooks lake bomun), chique coffee and bookstore, well equipped fitness centre and pool, and the staff are welcoming and professional.
The only con is that the thermostat is fixed to 26 degrees and you cannot change this from your room.

Our room had a beautiful view over the lake with a balcony. It was large, with two comfortable chairs and table by the sliding door. The hotel had a food court offering choices such as Korean, Japanese, Italian and burgers. There was a large seating area for guests to sit once they had chosen their food options. We had room service and it was very good. You need a taxi or your own car for touring the area. We enjoyed this lakeside hotel for the tranquility and gorgeous view. The staff were friendly and the room was clean.
The air-conditioning had been turned off on November 1. We arrived shortly after this and the weather was still very warm, which made our south-facing room unbearably hot. The hotel gave us a fan, which helped a little, but we had to have our balcony door wide open and the fan turned on to reduce the 26C heat of the room. The hotel offered us a cooler north facing room on the other side of the hotel, but we declined because we did not want to lose our lake view.

Very clean, neat room, spacious, modern bathroom, nice balcony. Hotel is situated at the lake, walking paths around are wonderful. Thee terrace is a nice place to sit in the sun.
There is no airconditioning in the room, instead the heating system is all the time on. We slept with the open door to the balcony and so could lower the temperature of the room from 26 degrees to 22 (which we still found very warm). I have reported it to the reception desk, they checked it, and after telling me that I could simply switch off the heating (which I could not), I didn't complain any further.

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained.
Facilities like the swimming pool are not included and overpriced (40000 won (roughly 28 euros) per entry! The breakfast was also overpriced. The room did not have a closet. If you are going to HICO it is a 25 minute walk from the hotel.

Five star hotel with no air-conditioning and a very stiff bed.

I really love the location. It overlooks the river!
On the room service menu it said that glass wine was available; but when I called room service, they said they didn't serve wine. A bit of false advertising.

Very spacious rooms; on-site restaurant offers a variety of cuisines
Some staff members at the reception did not speak English sufficiently (difficulties with basic things such as travel to/from airport, etc.); the location may be great for the lake itself, however, it takes time to travel to/from the city center where the cultural attracts are located.

It was beautifull, the book - coffee shop was adorable.
The room was a bit hot for me. Not terrible though
