Great budget friendly stay with delicious food.

Great location on the main road with good parking space. Ambience of the whole property was very soothing and relaxing. Food quality and quantity in restaurant was good. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Lift access for top floors could be provided.

Bad experience 😪

Location and place is good.

I booked dormitory with my friend and other fellow Travellers were drinking alcohol and hukka in the room. They made the room pathetic. Everything They thrown on tables, whole nights they were shouting inside the room. We couldn't sleep for whole night. I don't understand why hotel management allow this kind of activities inside the room?

I will be coming back

It's located at prime road of laxman jhula. Extremely caring and communicative staff. Facilities were really great as I had to extend my stay into a deluxe single room. They have a great cafe for food as well.

It was a bit cold in the room as i travelled in December last week

I must say that credits go to the photographer to make it look like a resort but its on roadside.

Everything was great except the food provided in the room was not upto the standards of 60's cafe as my previous experience had been way better.

True value for money

location was good. The overall feel of the exteriors and interiors were nice. It gave a resort like feel. Except the staff's behaviour everything was spot on. I think they are not well trained.

Overall, the stay was very comfortable and the expenses were quite reasonable.

The food was very good and of reasonable cost. Lot of greenery in the restaurant.

The sofas in the room did not appear very clean.

Dishonest

Rooms have decent facilities and are clean. Wifi is a bit hit and miss but no more so than anywhere else in India. The restaurant is very good and service is better there than in the hotel itself. My advice would be to eat in the restaurant but don't stay in the hotel.

I booked a single room which was (and still is) advertised as coming with a balcony, which was the main reason I booked at this hotel. On arrival I was given a room on the ground floor with a small seating space outside but obviously no balcony. I raised this with the two workers at reception but was informed that single rooms don't come with balconies. When I showed them the booking confirmation I received blank stares and was given no further explanation, despite pointing out that this constitutes false advertising. I was given room 104 which is at the far end of the building. It is between two store rooms which contain towels, bedding etc. There was a constant procession of staff walking past my room and going in and out of the store rooms and chatting. So there was very little privacy and also a lot of noise coming from the garden where 60s music is constantly played. The room was also freezing and during the day it was warmer outside than inside. I found the staff to be fairly surly and they made no attempt to engage with me, barely saying a word to me on check out, although this may have been because of the issue with the balcony. As other reviews have noted, the hotel is on a busy road where there is currently lots of construction work going on so it is very noisy. There are some good things about the hotel, but the fact that they continue to advertise the single rooms as coming with a balcony when this is not the case is very dishonest in my opinion.

Perfectly placed hotel with room for improvement

The garden area is really nice and well maintained. Also the restaurant staff is very cordial and kind.

The bed was too hard. There were issues in getting hot water, need to keep the tap open for around 5 mins which is a lot of water wastage.
