Très bon séjour

Le très bon accueil et la disponibilité du personnel La climatisation de la chambre.

Les 2/3 tâches marrons sur le sol vraisemblablement des brulures de cendre de cigarettes. Mais toute le reste était propre.

Uns hat leider nichts gefallen. Es war sehr sehr dreckig, das Zimmer war stinkig, klebrig sehr unhygenisch wir sind sehr enttäuscht das Hotel befindet sich mitten im Ghetto von Lyon direkt vor dem Eingang Ratten auf dem Bäumen am laufen überall wo man nicht hinguckt sind die Ungeziefer. Frühstück lohnt sich nicht dazu zu buchen.

The bed was OK in terms of comfort. Nothing major but not uncomfortable.

Not clean, the staff wasn't nice at all (except the cleaning lady and the breakfast people who were OK), the space wasn't clean at all and had a spider.

horrible sound insulation, the noise from the street during the night was so loud that was impossible to sleep (as if the windows were opened); no elevator from the parking garage to the hotel, only narrow staircase; mold in the bathroom

This hotel is well below the Ibis Budget standard

Location was fine, since it was close to the convention center (but not great for any other tourist purposes)

Hotel not very clean. Room had some issues (some more serious than others) such as: poor lighting and small window, walls were dirty, some cables were visible, shower did not have a box and bed was not very comfortable

The staff were helpful and professional given the number of issues with our booking. Breakfast was very good, fresh and varied. The gentleman running the breakfast service was very pleasant and professional. Good value for money

We had booked two rooms but were only given one because of an error. The means of getting to the reception from the underground parking was cumbersome. You need to drag your suitcases up the stairs to the reception area and only then can you get the elevator to your room. The room itself was basic but comfortable. The A/C temperature couldn't be adjusted.

this might be a good solution for one night, but it was not very comfortable for a longer stay.

most of the staff was speaking English and was eager to help when I had some issues with the room. the location is quite handy, especially because of the proximity to the bus stop. the breakfast was quite simple but lovely and sweet.

a few members of the staff spoke only French, which has been quite problematic at a time. the air-con in my room, although not on, was making a constant sound noise to a leaking; the receptionist offered to move me on a different room during the morning, but unfortunately my work schedule made it impossible. that sound even during night made it almost impossible to fall asleep.
