A good affordable option suitable for people walking the South West Coast Path.

A tasty home-made vegan breakfast. Friendly and helpful proprietor, comfy bed and good facilities in the room. I liked the use of tap water rather than bottled and the lack of single-use plastic throughout.

Location was a little way from the centre of Bideford. Some vegan spread, soya/oat milk or sausages might have been nice but I didn't give any warning I was vegan and suspect most visitors will be happy with the traditional breakfast.

A short stay business trip

Greeted on arrival, the host was extremely welcoming and lovely. Room was just perfect for my two day stay.

Great location, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. Secure bike storage which was important for me. Very restful stay. Thanks

A brief but comfortable and pleasant stay.

As a vegan I was able to choose what I wanted for breakfast on the basis that the proprietor could buy ingredients such as plant milk or vegan butter if required. I was also able to store my bike safely. The B&B is very close to the Tarka Trail which is why I chose it.

Home from Home. Hospitality was excellent.

The breakfast was excellent. Like having a three course meal. The room had everything you need for a lovely night's sleep, shower room, beverages and comfortable seating

The owner is incredibly kind and friendly... Strange vibes though .. The place is a bit creepy and you feel like you're in someone's house as apposed to a b&b... If you're keen on old school vibes.. this is it!

Really nice b and b, very friendly, comfortable room and easy parking not too far away for my lorry, nice walk into town for dinner, plenty of places to eat, good nights sleep and a lovely breakfast, definitely recommended

Perfect for an overnight stay and will stay again if in the area

The landlady is very friendly and seems eager to help with anything. Room is functional with everything needed for an overnight stay. Home cooked breakfast was very nice and perfect to start the day. Location is good with only a 10-15 minute walk into the town centre where there are plenty of takeaways and a pleasant wetherspoons.

The bed and pillows were a little firm for my taste but still managed to sleep well. The shower isn't as powerful as some people might like but still enough to feel clean afterwards.

A very pleasant stay. The room was very well equipped with everything I needed.

Walkable to town. Friendly welcome. Tasty breakfast and helpful owner.

A little hard to find the exact location first time. The notice board wasn’t visible from the direction on which I arrived by car.

Lovely host, quiet room

Lovely host, room was spacious and quiet. Fine for parking and 5 to 10 minutes from the main part of Bideford. Food was good, tasty bacon!

Annette was a gracious hostess. The room was a good size, in a quiet location, everything you needed, and very very clean. Excellent value for money! Would highly recommend.

A great place to stay!

Everything about my stay was first class. The host was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was exceptionally clean and all COVID advice was adhered to closely. Very comfortable bed. Highly recommended.
