I can not say enough good things about this property. The character, the location, the space we loved it all. From the check in to the check out procedure everything was smooth. The only con--- I never got to meet the owner because our comings and goings didn't coincide with her time at the shop. There is a train that runs behind but we kept talking about how quiet the property was and we rarely heard the train. I loved the antiques and the way it was decorated. Easy check in process. And had all you needed for a stay. We were even able to add another night we loved it so much! Will definitely stay here again when in the area!

The apartment was spacious and clean with a nice layout and a lovely deck overlooking the railyard with sunset views. Location is perfect for enjoying Laramie.

We enjoyed our stay at this charming VRBO. We were surprised to learn it was Jubilee Days while we were there with all the downtown activities right outside. Communication and location were great. Highly recommend and will look to stay here again when in the area.

Very happy with our stay, the host was great to communicate with.

We stayed with two families for a baseball tournament. You couldn’t get a better location in Laramie to be. Adorable mercantile loft with all the amenities. We really enjoyed the fire pits on the deck and the view of the steam engine come through the town. Communication was top notch in every way when staying here. Thank you for giving our family and friends such a great experience.

This place was so cute! It checked all the boxes of old time charm with exceptional comfort. We came to Laramie for my son's graduation and this was the perfect spot to be centralized between the school and dining. We had four adults and two 17 year olds in our group. We were all comfortable and well rested in the beds provided.

This property was great for us and so close to restaurants and shops. We had plenty of space to spread out. Host is great and responds very fast. I will say we had my parents with us and the stairs were a bit much for them especially with the altitude. We have stayed in another property by this host but this has been our favorite so far.

This may be our favorite stay ever! We loved the location, the beautiful home, the large space and the deck! We enjoyed the sounds of main street, the live music and the train. Loved having shopping and restaurants right outside our door. We were extremely close the campus as well! Also, loved the sky lights in our bedroom, and seeing the stars on a clear night!

This apartment was perfect for our group of 6 adults! The pictures don’t convey just how spacious it is. I was the person on the fold out in the living room. The living room is at the other side of the apartment from the kitchen, which is spacious and comfortable enough for everyone to gather, so I felt like I had proper privacy.
There were enough rooms & beds that everyone was able to have their own space. The beds were pretty comfortable too, including the pull out!
The apartment was clean, decorated adorably, and had all the amenities you could need. Check in was super easy, and the location could not be beat! We could not have been happier, and would absolutely stay here again!

This rental is a perfect location right Downtown. You can walk to so many things. Laramie is like a Hallmark town and you are right in the center of it. The decor inside is so amazing. So much thought and detail went into it. The beds and bedding are super comfy. The kitchen is great! The skylights are great and you can lay in bed and stargaze. Use the provided eye masks if you want to sleep past sunrise. It’s a great place and I will be back and I highly recommend it!!

Fantastic location for a family weekend! Appreciate the easy communication with property manager, access to downtown eateries/bars and beautiful big kitchen and living areas so we could do family cooking and meals at ‘home’! Thank you for the hospitality!

We came to Laramie for the week to visit our Daughter who attends the University. This unit afforded a perfect space and a well-equipped kitchen to have dinner in with her and her friends one night. Priceless memories. The location makes it easy to walk to dinner, lunch, coffee, sandwich shops, and endless shopping possibilities. The beds are amazing and so comfy, we felt right at home. The cozy fun atmosphere of this unit puts your sole at ease and makes you feel at home while you're visiting and away. The owner communicates and is just a text away for questions or issues. We truly enjoy, it and will most definitely make this a repeat stop.

Very well managed and maintained. Billie is excellent communicator and easily accessible. Very accommodating in every aspect. Spacious and beautifully renovated upstairs apartment. This was our second visit and everything we expected it to offer. Downtown access to restaurants and shops.

Apartment is a great place to stay while visiting Laramie. Easy walk to all downtown Laramie has to offer. Much better than any hotel in the area. Apartment is beautifully decorated. Host is responsive and helpful with any questions. The apartment is in an older building but has been updated and maintained very well. Would stay here again.

Hosted my family (8 adults) for my daughter’s wedding. Within walking distance to rehearsal dinner (brewery), reception (historic train depot), and coffee shop for remote working. Plenty of space for family dinners and even getting ready for wedding. All beds were comfortable (even the pullout) and kitchen was well stocked. Beautifully decorated and quality linens provided. Made our week long stay feel like 2nd home. Back deck overlooking trains & train bridge was a bonus. Property well maintained & good communication from host. Thank You!

This place has charm and comfort! We will definitely stay here again when in Laramie. The place is well equipped and comfortable. Very desirable location if you like to walk to shops and restaurants. Maybe not if quiet is what you’re looking for (close proximity to trains). The bed was comfortable and bedding nice. Only reason for 4 stars was a few dusty places, would not keep me from coming back. Host is very welcoming and hospitable.

What an amazing place to stay. Managers were so friendly and also had a wonderful store just below the home. I will definitely stay here again.

As a UW alumni, this was the perfect place to stay with my friends to enjoy all of the amenities that downtown Laramie has to offer. We did not have to drive anywhere. The location is great, the place is so cozy with so many personal touches. I would highly recommend staying here.

This apartment was perfect for a group of friends going skiing at Snowy Range. The apartment had enough sleeping room for 8 people and was situated right in downtown Laramie with walking distance to every restaurant and bar. I highly recommend this property for any group wanting to stay within walking distance of downtown destinations and a short drive to the ski area.

The Best Place to stay in Laramie
This unit was so cute and cozy! There were four of us attending a destination wedding in the middle of nowhere and most of the guests stayed in various locations around Laramie. I have to say that this unit and the one next door that another wedding party family stayed in were by far the best of all the places that the other guests rented in terms of cleanliness, comfort, amenities and location.
The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of space with comfortable eating area and living space. It also has a cute deck out back with a view of the trains passing by, which aren't loud at all.
The only problem one would have with this unit is privacy if you have three couples because two of the bedrooms are separated only by a curtain. It wasn't an issue for us because we only had two couples but you can see how this might be an issue for some.
If you're looking for a place to stay in Laramie, it doesn't get better than this!

We had a great stay here. We have stayed in Laramie at a hotel before. This was so much nicer! Easy check in. The loft was awesome! Space to grill, eat or play games as a family, but also spaces to be alone. Lots to do in the area. Great restaurants nearby and such cute shops in Laramie!

Beautifully renovated upper loft with comfort and character. Place was well stocked and nothing left to be wanted. Truly a gem! Billie the owner was gracious, attentive, and friendly. Our family of 5 would all happily stay again.
