About this apartment rental
The 2nd floor apartment enjoys sunshine throughout the day and sits within a purpose built block on a quiet side road yet within the heart of Swanage just 50 metres from the sea front.
The apartment has been tastefully decorated and carpeted throughout with contemporary furniture and high quality bedding and linen supplied. Bath towels are also provided. There is also a hairdryer in the main bedroom. Please note there is no lift in the apartments.
The apartment has Hive controlled gas fired central heating and comprises a generous and social kitchen/diner/lounge which has a large corner sofa bed, dining table and seating to seat up to six, coffee table and TV unit. Free ultrafast broadband/WiFi is available as well as a new Sky Glass TV offering all of the usual free view channels plus assorted Sky channels, Apps and catch-up facility. An Echo Dot is provided for music and hopefully to answer your questions!
The kitchen area includes a washing machine, gas hob with electric oven, fridge, worktop freezer (31L), microwave, kettle, toaster and all the pots, pans, utensils, glasses, mugs and crockery you would want and expect. A selection of tea, coffee (including decaf of both), sugar, condiments, herbs, spices and cooking oils are provided for your use.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, large chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, an easy chair and a full length mirror.
Bedroom 2 also has a double bed, a wardrobe, a small chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, an easy chair and a full length mirror.
The modern tiled bathroom has a bath with new shower over.
There are floor standing fans available for your comfort in hotter weather.
There is also a steam iron and ironing board for your use.
Pets are welcomed (we have a dog ourselves) and we would ask that you make use of the pet blankets that are provided to cover the sofa and/or beds.
For those not planning to bring a pet, please be assured we do the housekeeping ourselves and take pride in ensuring all is spotless and specifically hairless for all of our guests.
We live nearby and are happy to assist as required during your stay.
We have a parking space for your use at a local hotel just 2 minutes walk from the apartment, however you are able to load/unload directly outside the apartment.
We strongly encourage you to read the customer feedback.
We are pleased to able to offer the apartment directly adjacent (the entrance doors are opposite each other), which is a near mirror image of our existing apartment. This offers the opportunity for larger groups of friends or families to stay together without being together!!
We are pleased to offer a 10% discount on bookings of 7 days or more, excluding the core summer holiday period where the minimum stay is 7 days.

The property was excellent and extremely central for Swanage pubs and restaurants. The flat was clean and comfortable. Parking in Swanage is at a premium so an allocated parking space 5 mins away was very helpful . We would like to return in 2014 .

Great apartment, spotlessly clean. Well equipped, everything you need for your stay. Lovely food items on arrival. Easy reach to the beach, shops & restaurants. Also only 5 minutes from the Swanage Steam Railway to enjoy a trip to Corfe Castle. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Lovely flat in central location & easy walking to front & shops

Flat was spotless and contained everything necessary. Weekend was hottest of the year, but all rooms had fans which were brilliant. Kitchen had everything we would need. Location was really central yet quiet and secluded. There are 4 short flights of stairs up to the property, and these are wide enough so it is easy to carry luggage up and not a problem for people of average fitness. Communication with Hannah was brilliant - she was there with advice and help should we need it. In over 20 years of coming to Swanage for the folk festival, this has been the best accommodation by far. We shall definitely be back. Thanks Hannah!

Dingy access,should have been warned of stairs.New lock needed on main entrance door, existing lock temperamental,struggled to open door.Poor flush on toilet,had to manually pour water to flush.

Great appartment for a stay in Swanage. The appartment was spotless, with a well equipped kitchen, lovely lounge area with a good TV, very warm, great bathroom with bath and shower and the bedrooms are large with very comfortable large beds and top quality bedding. Good base for exploring Swanage lots to do, apartment has everything you need and so dog friendly.

Exactly what we expected. Easy immediate town foreshore access on foot. Local parking provided. Great for exploring the area. Owner support with immediate response and local advice.

Apartment is extremely well equipped, everything seems to have been thought of. Very clean, lovely bedding and towels. Extremely clean. Very quiet especially at night. Some lovely goodies left for us even some biscuits and bowls for the dog. Centrally located to the town. Would highly recommend a visit.

Straight forward and easy process, from booking the flat, to making changes to our booking, and the actual stay. Flat was clean and tidy and a lovely place to stay in the centre of Swanage and a very short walk to the beach. Many other places of interest are only a short drive away. Good choice of cafes and restaurants nearby if you don't fancy cooking. Really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was excellent! Clean, cosy and warm. Brilliant central location for shops, restaurants and the beach, with free parking 2 mins away included. Hannah was very attentive, great communicator.
I Can recommend the Black swan close by for great food, especially Amazing

Lovely comfortable and clean beds, good size living space, right in town centre and close to beach and steam railway. Excellent shops, good for walks and eateries. Hannah was on point, efficient and helpful. Even the two flights of steps won’t deter us from coming again!

From the moment we booked to even after our stay Hannah was so helpful and lovely! The apartment could not have been more perfect! Everything you need is there and really a home away from home. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely revisit it was perfect to take our children on their first real holiday!

Lovely flat in great location
This flat is in the perfect location to explore Swanage with shops and beach a few minutes walk away. Having a parking space nearby is a great bonus. Hannah was a great host with clear instructions beforehand and available to contact throughout the stay should it be required. The large fan was greatly appreciated as was the lovely welcome pack. Thank you for a great week!

great flat it is bigger than it looks in the photos.
the flat was very clean, everything you would need for your stay. and right in the centre of swanage, about 4 minutes from the bus/ train station. and about the same to the beach, the shops are on the door . you have about 19 steps on the outside. and a few more inside to get to the flat. would we go back to the flat, yes we would. would we recommend the flat to family and friends. yes we would.and Hannah is great, she is there if you need help.

Perfect for exploring Swanage
As a family of 4, we loved staying at this property as you are close to the centre and everything you need on your door step. Park the car up and go for a wander! The flat itself had everything you need for your stay and our two boys loved it, so much so, they have asked when we are going back!
So on that note, what better way to say we all had a fab time.
One quick note, Hannah was fab with communication and extremely helpful with our booking. Excellent overall.

This is a difficult review to make because we mostly had a smashing weekend particularly as weather unexpectedly very good. The apartment, once reached was excellent BUT getting in was difficult. Unloading in strange place, trying to locate keys and getting key to work in first entrance very difficult. The communal entrance was horrible, brown, sludgy carpet. Very unappealing. I do not know how much control Hannah has over this but it needs upgrading urgently. We loved use of environmentally friendly cleaning products and how easy it was to use everything but the points mentioned really let it down.
