The location was excellent, within walking distance to cafes and pub and the property was well equipped with cooking appliances and equipment. The view was of the river with table and seating on the verandah. There was alternative seating out the back.
Some surfaces had obviously not been dusted for a while. Not what we’d expect normally, let alone during Covid awareness where surfaces should be disinfected between tenants. We had to provide all our own linen or hire it. I think for the price, linen should be included.

The view is gorgeous on the river. Large verandah to enjoy a drink while taking in the view.Charming cottage with some gorgeous furniture, The birds singing . Back verandah when it gets windy out front.Peacefull charming home
All the bedrooms need some styling to make them suit the charming furniture in the cottage, we had a few cockroaches we had to deal with and the fridge was old , taped up and was freezing food, but certainly issues than can be dealt with

The location is fantastic.
Plenty of parking inside property.
Lovely old style home with heaps of charm.
Plenty of cooking items, didn’t need anything else. Big Smart TV. Spacious verandah to relax on and soak up the tranquility.
BBQ was quite old. Very rusty. Never used it.
Needed a little love and care or maybe a new one.
As we were there for 17 nights, a larger clothes line would have been wonderful. I hired the sheets and towels for our time there but washed them several times for each of our visitors. No room to hang queen size sheets and no clothes dryer to soften the towels.
The fridge had unfortunately been abused by careless renters. Some shelves had been cracked and repaired with packing tape.
The railing to the back bedroom was rickety and needed a carpenter’s attention before someone breaks it and hurts themselves.
Flyscreens on the main bedroom would have been very handy.
