The gym is really minimal, but next door there was a huge public gym with very reasonable one-week membership.

Extremely modern and comfortable far above the average for Colombia. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast with many hot and cold options. Great deluxe room with large outside patio with views over the city. Hot tub and spa area on the roof.

The comfortable beds, the personal attention, the beautiful aroma in the hallways. close to everything and the food is delicious, really enjoyed the young lady that made the eggs fresh in front of you.

We loved our stay. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very nice and the location is close to everything you need.

Room size is more than generous and very up to date with European 5 star hotel standards. Everything can be controlled by an iPad and it has different room environments Breakfast in this hotel is phenomenal, with a nice buffet selection though eggs are prepared to your choice on the show-kitchen and at the moment of request. Breakfast staff were 10/10 Location is also easy to find and right next to a small shopping mall. The main part of the town with the nicer restaurants/amenities are a 5 minute taxi drive away (1,50 dollar fair aprox).

I was given the room next to the elevator so it did get noisy at certain times of the day, specially when everyone was on their way down to breakfast.

The staff was very kind and friendly and attended to my needs.

Overall an excellent experience at the Quo Quality Hotel where we stayed for 2 and then another 7 nights. Spacious modern rooms, comfortable beds, very friendly staff, good breakfast for Colombian standards, great roof terrace, nearby shops and shopping center in the Palermo barrio. This hotel is our favourite in the city of Manizales. We will certainly be back.

Wifi connection in the room sometimes rather slow.

I was in second floor and there was too much Noise coming from the first floor during breakfast time.

From start to finish the whole staff was excellent upgraded my room at check in at no extra cost wonderful sauna jacuzzi excellent place

Huge comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, great breakfast included and the staff were amazing. Highly recommended especially after a few days in Los Nevados national park.
