The staff is really helpful and caring.
Breakfast is good with different choices every day
Location is convenient to discover Tokyo with several subway options nearby
There is a very cheap laundry, very useful
Only one elevator for 14 floors and no stairs was really annoying during rush hours
They have only one Onsen, with men and women times alternating : so if you're a mixed couple, it means that you can't go at the Onsen at the same time, and if you're a woman you have to come back to the hotel before 9:30pm if you want to use the Onsen in the evening.
Breakfast finishes at 9 am which is quite early, 9:30 would have been appreciated.

Just walking distance from Akihabara shopping area.
Good breakfast. I love the banan smoothie.

Everything except faucet and slipper sleeves.
No slipper sleeves for hygienic purpose. Only one faucet for tub and sink which keeps another person from using the sink while the other one is taking a shower. Would be nice if a body lotion is provided.

The staff is very kind and helpful. Lady on reception was kind and speaks very well english. Close to train to Narita and to Ginza and close to shopping of electronic on Akhibara.
The room is very small. I have same in Hongkong. Only 12m2 is good for one person, not for two. Very small bathroom. The breakfast was included but we didnt use it, beacause queue for coffe was very long - app 15 people - outside of dining room. When i compare price in other hotels in Japan ( for example Kjoto) for same price we have one luxury room for three and four nights what we have here for two nights.

onsen available with free breakfast, welcome drinks and alcohol in the evening
room was a little small

The staff were very courteous. Able to know if the laundry machines are in used, as well as how crowded the shared bath is on the TV is convenient.
There is only one lift, so it may be crowded at times.

Breakfast was AMAZING! Staff were super friendly. GREAT to have a (sento/onsen) bath in the hotel.

the baths were nice to have on site, appreciated the option to pick a pillow, I enjoyed the breakfasts, and the bed was comfy
I think having one English speaker on staff on any given day would be helpful (they have one half the week). not the most helpful staff (won’t make reservations for the guests) - the shower system isn’t the *best* Location is only optimal if you’re doing a lot in akihabara

Great location!
There was a musty smell in our room near the window, I’m guessing a window leak. The mattress bothered our backs a bit.

Great location, very close to the metro (Suehiro-cho station). Good sized room, comfortable bed and great range of pillows to choose from. Was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The onsen was lovely to relax in. Breakfast was tasty and had a wide variety, free alcoholic drinks in the evening was very nice too! You get a lot of value for money here, very reasonable price.
The room was a little noisy; the doors and walls aren't sound proofed well so you can hear the other guests and the train at night.
Only one lift so it could be slow and crowded at times.

Close to heart of Akihabara, 7-Eleven and transportation
Room was chilly and a little too small for two people

Great location, close the the subway station, nice and helpful staff, clean. The osen is a great advantage to relax after a day walking. I totally recomand
Room small (but it's quite normal in Tokyo)

breakfast and the free drinks were good. the staff were also very friendly
the pillow was very very uncomfortable, not soft at all it was full of some kind of plastic balls or something. If the pillow was better my stay would have be a lot more enjoyable

Location is fantastic, fuss-free, no-frills hotel. I could walk to Akihabara from the hotel, which testaments the location. Will definitely book this hotel again if I can.
Service was good too and the bed was comfy.
Check-in time can be earlier.

Nice hotel with good breakfast. Staff are very polite and helpful. Good location nearby three (3) train stations and shopping area “Americaya” and other shopping store. Bonus on public bath tub, it was good to dip after long walks and relax & they have complimentary drink (Sake, wine, Juice and coffee ).
None.

Wow, this place really surprised me. For the price, I was expecting an economy-style hotel with a cheap bed, no amenities, and minimal service. However:
-the staff was kind, informative, and accommodating
-the room (while small) was incredibly clean, comfortable, and quiet
-the bathhouse was larger than expected and well-maintained (a surprising addition to my stay!)
-vending machines for both beer and soft drinks was a nice addition
-the pillow library was perfect for my sleeping style (as well as my companions)
-breakfast was a nice amenity with good variety
I look forward to staying at a Super Hotel again, as the price paid is wonderful for the quality provided.
It would have been nice to have had a bit more floorspace for luggage? The elevator took a bit of time to reach each floor. It was somewhat difficult to find the entrance, despite the very large sign.

I like the facilities and breakfast was good... everyday has different choice...staff greet you and welcoming you

It was close enough to the train station.
Workers are very nice.

The continental breakfast was great. They had a lovely variety of food. Along with nice service and amenities. They even provided a nice bathhouse experience. The overall experience of this hotel was amazing! With the breakfast and the service along with a great location being near a couple train stations, it's definitely worth the price! I highly recommend. If you're into anime and stuff, Akihabara is within a short walking distant. If you want to try food that isn't Japanese, a local Chinese market is nearby along with some Indian sellers where I had one of the best somalies and there's also an extremely delicious Vietnamese restaurant where Abe's wife have eaten.
The elevator system is awful! This hotel would have had a 10/10 if it weren't for the elevator system. If I wasn't so assertive, I would've been waiting in line (behind one couple) on the 10th floor for 10-20 minutes during checkout time. They also don't permit the use of stairs after 10:00a.m. (the checkout time). There's one elevator for the entirety of the 14 floor hotel and even for 2nd and 3rd floor, you couldn't access the stairs.

The staff was really nice.
The croissant for breakfast were OK.
Small room, not enough space.

Good bath

Other people in the nearby buildings can see me through the window
