Room for improvement

The car park was perfect and just what I needed. Its a small tight car park but I got a space.

I had a difficult time sleeping in my room, the fridge was rattling, the air con was rattling and sounds from the wall. I had to buy ear plugs from the pharmacy to sleep. I was here for an event and met another lady staying in the hotel she had advised she she switched rooms on inspection

Unremarkable stay, would not return

Location was good but not a particularly nice part of London

Huge stain on the room carpet to the side of the bed, hotel was so warm and AC barely worked. Breakfast was terrible

Good but not the best?

Good value for money, the bathroom was lovely and the shower was brilliant for a hotel. The bed was comfortable, good size and plenty of space in the room. Good amount of tea and coffee, and the decaf coffee was a lovely addition. The lighting in the room and bathroom was lovely, with adjustable brightness settings.

The place wasn't the cleanest/neatest, red wine stains on the carpet made the room look alittle like a crime scene. It was also splashed up the wall. The shower gel and shampoo tubes were small and barely went between two people for one night, and there was no hand wash at all in the bathroom. The table light that should have been on the desk was broken off and taped over.

OK for 1 night cheap stay close to Wembley but bigger brands do it better

Location is great for Wembley Member of staff on reception in the morning was very friendly and helpful

I booked a twin room and confirmed this with hotel after booking. But when I arrived it was a double bed room. They moved us to another room but that was a double with sofa bed, NOT a twin room with two proper beds. Even though the double bed was actually made of two attached single beds! In the end, I had to separate the double bed into two singles and move the bedding from the sofa bed onto one of the singles. The breakfast is really poor quality, but maybe all you can expect for the price of this hotel. Many of the fixtures and fittings seem to be damaged, poorly maintained, etc. The property is showing its age and the owner clearly doesn't want to spend anything looing after it.

Horrible hotel.

Lovely location for wembly stadium.

We canceled originally since my partner was in hospital, but we ended up going. When we got to site, the staff on shift was very rude to me and had a go at me. Once up in our room, we lost power, came back at 23:00 and the room still had power issues so had to move rooms at 23:30. The next room had duct tape on the power outlets, so only 1 working power outlet in the room. There was no TV remote or bath plug so had to go BACK downstairs to get this addressed(the TV in the bath also didn't work) We were given the key to the old room to grab the items this room didnt have, then had to go back downstairs for about the 5th time that night. Our whole weekend was upset but this hotel and the inconveniences it caused.

Passable

The first room we were offered smelled extremely bad of cigarettes, I feel that it should of been checked by the house cleaning team. The second room we were offered did not have a hair dryer, I feel for a 4* hotel this should be standard. Also, there was no hand wash soap in the bathroom, we had to utilise the shower gel to wash our hands. The parking of the hotel is also quite difficult to find.

room was a bit tatty in that the thermostat was hanging off the wall. and because you see it as soon as you open the door into the room - just made it feel a bit grubby

they didn’t clean ; my dustbin was not cleared out for two days… my tea cup used was left as it was cleanliness by that one cleaner perhaps but surely she could clear out the bin!!!

Decent value for money

The room was nice and well-furnished, decent location with a bus stop just outside the hotel.

Very rude receptionist on arrival. £25 per night deposit taken at check-in with no warning about this. We were given a double bed despite requesting two single beds and having been told that this would be accommodated. There were some stains on the carpet and curtains in the hotel room.

Good stay to go to the Ovo Wembley arena

excellent location if you want to go to a concert at the Ovo Wembley arena. The bed was large, the room spacious

it is located on the main street, hence the windows could not be opened. I'm not a fan of air conditioning. The mattress felt a bit worn out
