Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. Le personnel était très accueillant et sympathique. La chambre était propre. Beaucoup de restaurants et de belles plages à quelques minutes de scooter. Et la super piscine pour couronner le tout.
Rien.

Piscina maravilhosa, funcionários atenciosos. Local tranquilo.
A precisar de carinho e manutenção. Áreas comuns deveriam estar mais cuidadas.
Não é fácil chegar à praia.

Pool Lovely, but had little bugs that bite you in it. This seems to be an issue everywhere though and not specific to this property. Motorbike rental is super easy with the property. Many food options and attractions nearby but its a bit far from the nightlife. Wish I knew on the first night that the property will arrange tours for you, so don't miss out like we did!
The shower in a semi-outside bathroom seems cool at first, but it wasn't strong enough. It was hot and warm though. Water biting bugs in the pool need a dose of chlorine or something.

*helpful staff members
*before check in, they picked me up close by for free
*good wifi
*lovely swimming pool with sunset view. That was my favorite part of the whole Ninila (except mosquitoes at sunset) but the swimming pool was great for swimming and chilling
*walking distance to small shops and to the beach (but I thought it was going to be closer than it really was)
*the room had everything I needed
*I did not sleep there almost at all: karaoke and loud music from somewhere outside until late at night, then roosters during the weird times at night would wake me up, and then again some noise since early morning, reconstruction etc.
*loads of mosquitoes all around. I did not have a mosquito net around my bed the first night as I had no idea they had them and was beaten all up the whole night. Then I asked for a net so it was better. But I believe it should be there all the time.
*I had loads of big bees/wasps in my room and bathroom
*I'd appreciate more sunbeds/hammocks by the swimming pool

Loved the location! Very quite and far from the city. And chill vibes!
The road to the beach was not available.

I was looking for a place away from the traffic madness - Ninila is a very quiet place, where at night you can only hear the sound of the geckos and crickets.
The food at the restaurant is good - I had dinner twice, and the staff is helpful and speaks a good level of English
It's about 20-30 min far from the beach, if you don't mind walking but they also offer scouters to rent - it can be quite dark at night time but I always felt ok walking with my phone light on
The cleaning in the room can be improved - also the swimming pool water looked a bit greenish
The place in general needs a bit of renovation
You will need to consider that some guest will come and visit your place, especially the bathroom...tokai geckos every night, ants and cockroaches - I didn't mind the Geckos as they eat roaches and mosquitos.. but perhaps this could be improved convening the bathroom holes with net

location, atmosphere, free drinking water available from fountain,, reducing use of plastic bottles, food delicious, good recycling policy for drink cans and plastic bottles. semi out door bathroom. lots of hammocks comfy places to chill out.
Nylon bed linen and mattress not the best quality, I thought nylon bed linen had gone out with the arc! the name of the property gives impression it is on a fruit farm, not so. no bar service after 9.30 is a bit early to close, it's nice to relax over a beer and read or chat till a bit later in the evening as in most places other places I stayed

Calm and quiet place, own pool. Most beautiful place hidden away from all noise and rush of the city. Highly recommended when you want to relax and have a place to get a rest. Also owners and personal are super nice and very anxious to help you with everything. Also you have available airport transfer or renting a motorbike from them directly. With a bike you can travel easily to all around the island from this place.
Also you have available: breakfast, lunch and dinner and drinks - as an extra for payment.
Surely be back sometime!
Thank you for a pleasant stay.
It’s harder to find out the place for the first time, so it’s better to hire their transport.

The staff are lovely and friendly and helpful. Pool was amazing, breakfast great, could hire scooters to get around, and great restaurant Tin Tins is a short walk and fabulous.
We liked everything

We liked the fact that it’s intimate - there are only a few rooms. Staff is super friendly and the hotel is great value for money especially on Phu Quoc.
The place was undergoing some renovations. Our private bungalow had bathroom issues so we were put in another room and the acoustic isolation was really bad - we could hear the couple next door talk.
Keep in mind that the pictures have been taken some time ago.

Food is affordable and tasty.
Location is good.
Staff is very helpful.
Room should have more lighting.

I liked the peace, the pool and the people.
It is much more personal than a bigger resort and excellent value for money.
4.5
Nice owner/staff, good spot to rent a motorbike and visit city and beaches.
Interesting design of hut.
It was possible to open the window from the outside so the padlock hasn't any matter

Pool facility great - tranquil place.
Staff super lovely and really helpful - we booked a tour for island hopping but had some issues - staff very helpful in calling taxi and ringing company to make sure we got there - gave our taxi driver the number of company and sorted everything for us! super welcoming
ammenities not really as described - there is a 'bar' and breakfast technically - not really anyone running it and it's very quiet - but for an idyllic getaway in nature by the pool it's perfect - also very helpful in providing bikes for a reasonable price! helpful as not really close to anything.

This is a very back to basics place with very very helpful staff and an owner who is gorgeous in more than just looks

The lobby and pool is beautiful. The place is really peaceful. The staff is very friendly and kind.
While being in the middle of nowhere, it is quite hard to find it at night and there are mosquitoes (bring sprays with you ;))

The highlight of my stay at Ninila was, without a doubt, the caretaker Mr. Khoa. I don't think I've ever met a vibrant, positive and caring young man such as him. Can you name any place where the host knows all guests by name the first day of arrival? He is also from the island so if you need any advice or tips on what to do during your stay, he is more than willing to help you out. He is the reason I will be coming back.
For the price you're paying, you shouldn't expect a 5 star hotel. Expect instead a well kept village that is warm, welcoming and oozing relaxing vibes. The pool is great, the rooms are simple yet warmly furnished and the reception area is a lovely place to stay cool during the midday hours.
Also, the homestay is located in Ong Lang village, which is a 10min ride to town. So expect a quiet neighbourhood that offers quietness and an assortment of restaurants nearby. Don't forget to visit Mr. TinTin's restaurant on the main road for good vibes and yummy foods!
Mosquitoes were a bit of a nuisance, but all rooms have mosquito netting and a quick visit to the city will let you buy mosquito repellent to ward them off. Not a big problem, but if you are very sensitive to mosquitoes, a local homestay is perhaps not for you.
