La ubicación y facilidad para gestionar todo
Podría haber más cuidado con algunos detalles, pero los hablamos con los encargados y no hubo mayor problema

Very nice clean property with all necessary equipment. Air con worked very well which was very important given the high temperatures. Good location near beaches. Neighbourhood was lively at night so ear plugs are helpful!

Basic but clean. Some of the fixtures were showing there age but everything functioned. Access arrangements were good and location was handy for surrounding shop and cafes as well as access to roads leading to and from Gandia.
Advertised as having terrace but couldn't find one. Even checked the roof.

Towels and bathrooms were very dirty! Also there were cockroaches in the bathroom.

The location of Beach & Port within a short walk to Politecnica de Valencia was very convenient for me and the main reason I booked it. The apartment was really nice and good for a small family so I enjoyed lots of space. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole place was very clean. Overall I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Although I came there for work the apartment should also suit well for those interested in the beach. It takes only about 10-15 minutes to walk there and there are many restaurants and food stores in the vicinity.
The only way to check-in is online and it is a total invasion of your privacy. They want your pictures, your passport pictures and other things I felt really uncomfortable posting online. I haven't met any of the hosts and the instructions they send were sketchy. I had a feeling that I might be breaking into someones apartment.

Location is very good. Many caffees, restaurants and supermarkets are very nearby. It’s quiet street. Apartment is perfect for small family. Kitchen is well equipped! Communication with property manager was quick and they managed our wishes very well.
If you have a car you can park on the streets, but you never know how close you can park. Walls and the door is not very soundproof, you can hear very well if someone is in corridor or move stool under the table :)

It was a bright, sunny room. Very clean. I got an email on Day1 asking if everyhtng was alright and what needed fixing, which was appreciated. Then following this there was rapid resolution of the few little issues that needed fixing.
Be warned that in Winter, there is nothing to do in this area except walk along the beach. All commerces and most bars/cafés are closed. I would advise staying in Gandia Centre over Winter. The flat was smaller than I expeceted but it was clean and big enough for two. There was no balcony but that was just my misunderstanding as I didn't look closely enough. No down quilt on bed and as it gets cold in the winter nights, we had to double up the blankets from the other room sosleeping was not very comfortable. There was no personal contact either on check in or check out and I think a personal contact would have been nice. There was no litle "starter pack " upon arrival such as bottle of water/ washing powder etc so be prepared to have to buy absoulutely everything or come prepared with a few handy items (soap etc...) Well named - it suits the port and beach areas.
