Very handy location, excellent customer service. Spacious and quiet room.

Next to the train station, easy walking distance to the Place Stanislas. Gabriel, the manager, was friendly and very helpful. Our room was spacious and quiet, and had a good district view. Kitchen was equipped well. Close to shops and eateries. Nice breakfast.

The entrance looked like one in construction site. No barrier free access to the reception. We had to carry luggages through stairs (not many but none the less). The room interior was old and worn.

Superb

I stayed there for a week, and it was a really perfect place both for work and relax. Very close to the railway station; well-equipped, quite big studio with a beautiful view.

The windows do not open, but this is not hotel's fault - the building was constructed in the 70s. The light in the studio could be better planned.

Very good

Excellent cleanliness in the room and shared area. Very good location for access to the train and bus stations. Quiet night, despite being in the centre. Large room. Competitive price. Excellent for a short stay. Reception staff was friendly, key code entry in the evening for late check-in.

Pillows are really small and not supportive and the mattress was soft, but I guess that's personal preference. Despite that, I would stay here again for a short stay.

Great central location, comfortable studio

Location is excellent, next to the TGV train station, walking distance to all key historic sites. Given big trafic nearby, it is a bit noisy, but bearable background noise. Breakfast was good value for money, good selection, not expensive.

Comfortable room, good location very near the station, and underground parking.

We arrived on a Saturday morning, and discovered we couldn't get into the building, as there are no staff at the weekend (we hadn't been told this). I eventually got in and found a number to call, and things were sorted out. I was supposed to get an email telling me everything before we arrived, but I didn't get it.

Nancy is a visit worth

Shower did well. Clean bathroom and bed. Airco is good working. Hotel is right in city center. Public car parking down the building is ok but little expensive if you stay 24 hours. Guy at the desk during opening hours is friendly.

Little bit smelly room. Some noise from airco machine downstairs makes a little irritating during the night. Decoration of room is so so. Not very cozy hotel. You can call it basic. Nothing special and take notice that there is no breakfast served during the weekends

Excellent location opposite train station and an easy walk to historic areas Communication re check in very good. Codes available but reception open when I arrived. Warm welcome Room very spacious. Lovely open sunny view across station with church tower in middle distance Very clean Wifi good

Modern building with few redeeming features. And has not aged gracefully. Given the great beauty of the historical areas. Bed probably needs attention. Not that comfortable. But minor issue I stayed 2 nights and if price right good value for money

It would be better to try to find a more traditional hotel to enjoy a stay in Nancy

The best thing about the hotel was its location near the station. Also not too far from the centre of the city. It's relative recent construction helped it maintain a modern air.

The entrance was appalling. Impossible for a disabled person. No services provided ostensibly because it was a weekend. No breakfast, no cleaning, no rubbish removal (we had to take a bag of rubbish to the station looking for somewhere to put it). Luckily the entry code for the door worked otherwise we would have been stuck as no information about any alternative was given.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, helping with our luggage and storing our bikes. Breakfast was good and the hotel is close to the centre..

Location is perfect. Right next to the station in the centre of Nancy. Staff were very friendly and helpful with top tips for the area. Room was spotlessly clean and a nice size.

Very comfortable, clean and calm.

The hotel is calm, clean and well situated for exploration of Nancy as well as close to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. There’s also an underground parking right next to the hotel. The receptionist was very helpful with all my requests and provided me with very useful information about the facilities, shops and eating places in the area. The tram and train stations are also nearby. I warmly recommend this place.

Perfect location

Location is excellent. Very close to the train station and the public transport (bus, tram). A 10 min walk from Place Stanislas. The room is clean and the bed very comfortable. There was also a small kitchen available, which was very nice.

They dont change the trash bags, not even in the bathroom, you have to take out the trash yourself. If you need the room cleaned while you are there a fee of 27 euros/clean-up will apply.
