excellent value for money, wondeful & relaxing gardens, pool area & terraces. Good selection for breakfast both drinks & food with eggs cooked to order.
Although very clean & comfortable, the room was very basic with no ability to self cater ( no hob, microwave, plates, dishes, knives or forks ) . It was purely B&B .

lovely peaceful setting, nicely landscaped with outdoor seating. comfortable well decorated rooms and hospitable owners

located outside of the town in a quiet convenient location surrounded by beautiful flowered areas.
literally a five minute walk into the town.

The host was really nice! The place is a tranquil and beautiful little oasis. The friendly cats were a cute addition to the experience

Warm and welcoming hosts. very comfortable rooms. super shower. Delicious breakfast.
A little tricky to find and a big hill to climb, but these are not things that would prevent me from staying here again. it was fab.

Miranda could not have been more helpful and hospitable. Great facilities, breakfast and very comfortable. Perfect break and very close to the lovely village of Coin. Lots of great walks nearby and would have no hesitation recommending.

Everything was lovely, it was like visiting a friend with a fabulous home.
The pool area is stunning, like an oasis in the jungle.

Gorgeous setting . Pool area perfect to relax. We had the room with garden. It was
Large and spotless.
The hill out to dinner definitely tested our fitness levels .

Authentic property in a great location being so close to the town with lots of great places to eat and drink, but tucked away (down a steep descent) so you feel like you are in the countryside.
Miranda was really hospitable and welcoming, and makes great scrambled eggs.
We were in the room with a private terrace, so nice to lounge in the sunshine which it got plenty of throughout the day.
The landscaped gardens were really pretty, we would have liked to have been able to use the pool but the recent desert sand storm meant it wasn’t open.
It would be useful to have more surface space in the room, perhaps a cupboard around the fridge, just so you’ve got a bit of room to make drinks etc.

Miranda made me feel very welcome as I was there in trying circumstances. The wine was much appreciated. The shower was superb and the water was delightfully soft.
The ceilings in the rooms are gorgeous!
The hill up to town!

Very nice little oasis, large room and luxurious bathroom.
Be aware of steep hill for access.
Best for horse riders. You can smell the horses depending on the wind direction.

Couldn’t beat hospitality here. Staff so friendly and nice. So quiet and peaceful yet 5 mins walking into town. If you are an animal lover you will be right at home.
The only negative is not regarding the property. It’s the killer hill that takes you into town. It’s extremely steep. I did see a digger working on it so it’s possible they are trying to put steps in or something. Other than that fabulous property

Relaxed, beautiful, simple
The hill is a little tricky and depending on the wind direction the smell of the resident horses can be a little noticeable , but not enough to take away all the good points
