Superb
Very welcoming, helpful and friendly host. Excellent communication. Surprise gifts. Great outdoor setup, super clean pool. The beach is easily reachable. Plenty of terrace and sunbath area. The view is super relaxing.
Neighbors in the other villas were going loud every now and then, partying around the pool. A bit annoying but not a true problem. They even asked us to tell if it's disturbing, but we just let them enjoy it.

Superb
The landlord (Marija) was outstanding. I have never experienced such a service. The communication via Whatsapp was always there. On site Marija drove us to the grocery store or she bought us yogurt when we had sunburn. Moreover, she offered to do our laundry and even bought meat for free so that we could do a barbecue. Simply great! The Villa itself had a very beautiful outside area with a nice pool.
- High taxi costs if you want to do party at ZRCE beach often (normal price for one taxi was 15€ but they tried to charge 20-30€ sometimes). - While the beds inside the Villa were comfortable, the rest of the house's equipement was a bit old and sometimes damaged
