Room was clean. Location not far from Termini train station.

Very helpful reception staff.
No view from window, but only stayed 2 times one night stays so not really a problem.

Comfortable, basic, clean room. Good AC. Good breakfast. Wifi worked fine. Nice, helpful staff.
Room's bathroom had the single sheet toilet paper dispenser. Prefer the toilet paper rolls.

Nothing to complain about

Apart from the cleanliness, the very helpful staff, the room comfy, the balcony across from my room where I could have a smoke was its location to all the main attractions for first time visitors like me.

Really good location, less than 15 minute walk to Collesseum and an underground station just around the corner for easy access to the rest of the city. A couple of supermarkets for general supplies are really close by, and there's plenty of restaurants in the area if you don't want to eat in the more touristy areas near Trevi.
Immaculately clean with housekeeping coming in every day.
Hotel was nice and quiet and I slept like a log each night!
I was a solo female traveller, always felt safe coming to and from the hotel and was reassuring to have someone on the front desk at all times.
Breakfast was great- plenty of variety on offer and set me up for the day.
The only thing some people may see as negative is how basic the room is- however having said that I didn't spend a lot of time in it and didn't feel that I needed to be entertained beyond reading my book for half an hour before sleep- so as long as you're not expecting a lot of bells and whistles it was a perfect place to crash and rest your head after a long day of sightseeing.

The tea/coffee in the rooms and close to train station. The waiting room and internet.
It was a bit tucked away so finding a restaurant wasn’t hard but not exactly easy either.

Very clean and quiet room. Additionally has kettle and tea, coffee.
Also tasty breakfast.
It's allowed to leave you baggage after checkout, so you can walk till the evening before your flight.
Thank you!

Clean, quiet and friendly/helpful staff at reception
The hotel need to clarify if their guests must bring their own milk for room use. You provided the kettle, tea bag or coffee but no milk (sachet). One staff told me this is not part of their room service. After a long walk around the town I was eager to come back to my room and make myself a hot drink but instead I was told by ….. they are not obliged to provide sachet milk.

we initially had a somewhat problematic room, and they were somewhat reluctant to switch, but eventually did. It was a bit cold in the rooms, but tolerable. There is a phenomenal restaurant 1/2 block up the street -- trattoria vecchia. HIGHLY recommended. Get there early -- they open at 7.
There is no fridge. The breakfast fills one up but is decidedly pedestrian. the neighborhood toward Termini is pretty terrible.

Staff is very helpful, location is perfect, just a 15 minute walk to Piazza Venezia. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. Terrace was more than spacious. Very good wi-fi which was very important to us since we we're working from the room half of the day.
Besides the vending machine you can't have a cup of tea or coffee after breakfast time is finished. Breakfast was decent, but lacked diversity and sometimes we couldn't have big plates or some of already grabbed items from swedish table.

We were surprised how clean the place was.
Our towels got changed every other day but bins got cleaned every day.
Receptionists were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast wasn’t bad, but wasn’t something wow either.
Very close to Colosseum.
The streets in general aren’t clean so around
the hotel it was also rubbish everywhere and smelly.

I've been in this hotel a few years ago, and now again. Very clean room, nice staff, great breakfast.
I have to eat gluten free, and before travel they said they offer a small selection of gluten free food. But it was better than the other hotels where I've been earlier. Pleasant surprise. :)
We asked an early breakfast on the last day, we got packs with great selection (mine was gluten free).

The room, the aircon, the receptionist chap, and the breakfast. All A1+
A few tiny ants got into the room. Also, I couldn't watch the English speaking films in English as the TV remote Audio part was blocked.
