The pool was amazing. Coffees were great Location on the beach. Staff were very friendly. Booking was easy. Bed was comfy.
It's a bit tired in the room (152) mould on the vent. Shared parking was limited. The spa access was difficult. We had two bags of dirty towels/linen outside our room for the entire stay. Under the bed was dirty

Amazing pool! Rooftop spa apartment in great location to pool and resort entrance/restaurant. Rooftop area was lovely for kids to run around at the end of a long day at the pool. Spa was great when it got a little too cold for the pool. Apartment was spacious. We encountered a few issues and Seascapes staff had them rectified the same day of notifying them.
I have mixed feelings because we overall very much enjoyed our stay but a couple of things were annoying. We are a family of 4 with very young kids and were only given one bath and one pool towel each for an 8 day stay and when I asked for another set I was told we weren’t entitled to a linen reset because we weren’t staying long enough (which I already knew) and that they are much cheaper than booking through Pullman, so basically saying I should just accept it… but I explained I wasn’t asking for room service, just some towels. They did end up giving us the extra towels at no additional cost (I was told it costs them $8 or something to have their external linen company drop linen off) as a gesture of good faith because of the other two issues we had encountered…which was nice but I think they should consider giving some extra towels automatically to people who are staying 7 nights - I don’t believe in running a clothes dryer every night. We were also told they could not provide a porta cot and were given the details of an external company who quoted $80 to hire one. We decided to bring our own and when we arrived there was a portacot in one of the cupboards… no communication about that at all so was just annoying to have dragged a porta cot along with us and then find that we actually didn’t have to. We requested two king beds and arrived to one king and two singles - again not a big deal for us but annoying. Wifi super unreliable. The apartment is what I would call ‘clean enough’ but is in desperate need of a deep clean. There is thick dust on the fans, lamp shades, skirting boards, green grime in bathtub etc. That is not a deal breaker in my books - and yes, you could say you get what you pay for - but it’s not hard to keep these things clean and they clearly haven’t been cleaned for a long time. I didn’t bother raising that with Seascapes management after our convo about the extra towels!

Grounds, Pool, Restaurants, Staff & Bar were great.
The bed was very hard, the door slammed shut which was very loud its needs slow release on hinges when closing.

The pool, bar, restaurant was awesome. Close proximity to the beach & the loved the local cafes just around the corner.
Garden access to unit balcony & side needed pruning. Was overgrown.
Pillows needed replacing, were quite thin & old.

We stayed in the private section so was quiet . Pool is outstanding, beautiful grounds. Great staff. My mother & I will be back 😊
Maybe add more hooks on doors for towels.

The room was nicely presented and clean and close to the pool area. The spa was fabulous, so roomy! We also really appreciated that they allowed us to check in several hours earlier, as we were transferring over from another booking at Sea Temple but were unable to access the luggage storage area due to it being a privately managed property within the complex. When we realised the room was missing the microwave it was listed as having, they bought a brand new one and dropped it off within a couple of hours! Very attentive service.
To be super picky, it would be nice to have a cutting knife included with the other serving and dining equipment. Also, we nearly ran out of toilet paper, so it would be good to make sure there are plenty of back up supplies seeing as there is no daily servicing of rooms. And I would have preferred warm white globes in the lamps, as I cant stand cool white.

Fantastic location. Beautiful resort and facilities at the resort such as the pool and dining areas. Friendly staff at the restaurant. Accomodation had all the appliances that you needed (plus extras such as cling film - very useful thank you).
Tired and not that clean on arrival - glassware had been returned to the cupboards uncleaned, the floor needed a mop and the couch still had food marks and dirt left on it.

Kids yelling/screaming at the pool when others were trying to relax.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment and a luxury studio. We were lucky that they were adjoining and we could close the outer door so that they became almost like one big apartment. The resort is beautiful and there were plenty of loungers and space for everyone. Great coffee in the breakfast area.
It's a little way out of town, so you do need a car. We knew this ahead of time, so this was fine. The other thing that is a bit strange, is that because so many rooms have swim up access, it's not straight forward to walk around the resort - you have to walk via the car parks and driveways around the outside to get from one side to the other. It's not a big downside, but if you are ready for dinner and you want to let your friend know it's time to leave the bar, you can't walk around the pool, but need to navigate the driveways :)

The pool is huge, and there are plenty of lounges around the pool to relax on. The pool bar serves up some great cocktails, plus they can make some old classics even though they aren't on the menu. The rooftop area of the penthouse apartments is huge and well equipped with your own private jacuzzi and bbq. The apartment itself is extremely spacious, and the beds are comfy. It was great to have a private garage to park your car.
There wasn't anything to dislike, but if I had to say something negative, it would be the draws in the wardrobes didn't work properly, so a little bit of maintenance would be required.

Clean & great location
Room fridge barely works; the freezer certainly doesn't. Timber access door to fridge is damaged, hindering good access to the appliance - and is unsightly. Broken toaster that only trips the fuse. Plus the front door HEAVILY slams shut (broken closer mechanism).

Firstly, I just want to say that the Sea Temple resort was amazing. The staff exceptional. The ambiance of the resort was lovely. Day spa was fabulous. I would highly rate staying at the resort but I would not go through Seascapes Holidays. Book through resort directly. The room which is run by seascapes was underwhelming. The room had a mouldy smell. The room smelt wet. Air con vents were not clean so dust around them. Someone with allergies and a new baby, this wasn’t good. The window sills were dirty. There was an insect nest outside our room. The branches in the bush outside our room in back area were overgrown. The outdoor light didn’t work which was a shame because we wanted to sit outside. Unless your room has a garage assigned to it, it was difficult to find a park. Plugs for the sink and bath didn’t fit properly so the water was draining quickly. Sliding door handle was broken. it dropped on the ground where I had my child’s play mate. I’m just lucky that she wasn’t laying on her play mat the time the handle fell on the ground otherwise it would have seriously injured her. This was raised with Seascapes and they indicated they would fix this but it didn’t get fixed during our stay. So we had a door that couldn’t lock. There was no sense of security. I knew there wasn’t going to be linen service however the Booking.com ad indicated that it would be issued if requested. When I requested this, Seascape indicated that it wasn’t going to be provided due to the room we purchased. There was no coffee pods for the coffee pod machine that was in the room. Given tea and coffee was complimentary, I would have thought pods would be included. Our toilet was leaking water.

The room was spacious, quiet and private with a short walk to use the resort facilities or short drive into town.
While the room was clean, it could use a little extra TCL. The pool and tiles in the outdoor area could benefit from a pressure clean (in some areas there was quite a bit of scunge and when it got wet, it was quite slippery) and one of the fountains was hanging from the wall over the pool. Giving the room a deep clean/ attending to the maintenance would elevate the experience and make it a dream holiday location ☺️

Location was a small drive from the main shops but it was in a more quiet location away from the main roads or busy populated areas.
Hotel/facilities were great, loved the pool and the bar at the pool.

The Seacape Sea temple unit we stayed in was wonderful. The only issue we has was the fridge wasn't working properly when we arrived, but after a quick email it was resolved quickly
No on-site gym or other facilities except the pool.
1.5
The pool and facilities were nice
The room was dirty, doors were sticky, couches were stained and kitchen utensils and plates were not cleaned.
4.5
Host was great and communicated well. Easy after-hours check in.
Resort is spectacular
Unit was large and had everything we needed
Location a bit too far from both Port Douglas and Cairns but not an issue for us as we had a rental car
Swim-up bar closed too early. It would have been nice to have a drink by the pool after returning from day trips.
Some mouldy odour in the unit but I guess that is to be expected in the wet tropics
4.5
Great apartment within the complex. Able to use all facilities. Fantastic pool and pool bar area. In the dry season, the roof top terrace would have been lovely to relax in the evenings.
Not walking distance to the centre of town but not a massive issue as we had a hire car.

the room vary very nice
I booked a spa Apartment for the roof top spa and the spa was full of mould and was unable to use the facility while we stayed

The pool & outside resort
1. Blinds broken, we had to cover the windows with towels to get privacy.
2. Drying rack was broken and so dusty, no sure if they clean properly.
3. We stayed 7 days and no one asked if everything was fine and if we required room services such as cleaning.
It wasn’t the resort as that was beautiful it was our room.
2.5
the lovely pool area & the room was nice & clean.
not enough sun lounges & tables around the pool
The staff were not that friendly & you have to share the carport with another room & there wasn’t enough visitor car parks closer to your room
also no laundry facilities
4.5
the balcony and bathroom was great
no kitchen sink
2.5
The plunge pool was very convenient and the location was very quiet.
The room was incredibly outdated and in poor condition requiring many repairs and a much needed update. So many issues to mention…from day 1 we had problem after problem putting quite the dampener on our stay.
2.5
Sea temple main pool and bar areas were good. Air conditioner worked well, apartment was roomy.
Apartment 151 is in well need of a refresh. Dishwasher needs replacing as doesn't clean and everything needed to be re-hand washed with all appliances apart from fridge as old as the apartment itself. Also we were required to make sure all dishes were cleaned and bins emptied before departing, otherwise a fee would be charged. Bathroom is a shower over a high bath that you struggle to get in and out of. Pool outdoor area is moldy with broken tiles, and BBQ is not maintained, and the lights for the BBQ area where flashing and needed replacement, which took 2 days to replace. Apartment 151 shares a carport with room 152 and therefore you are not guaranteed a park, and need to find a visitor park, for which there was not enough for our stay. Was listed as a 5 star apartment, but is definitely not. Backyard is not private as allocated to apartment 151 but 152 looks out onto this area and has access but can't use due to a laminated sign.
4.5
