Stunning view from 22 floor.
Mold in a bathroom.
Personal didn't want to speak English, and prefer to speak Russian language.
Breakfast was good-looking but not so tasty.
Breakfast starts to serve from 9am.
Noise from the street.

They insisted on charging for milk for coffee at breakfast. 7 gel. Milk should obviously be included in the breakfast.

I stayed for one night only. Staff was kind enough to allow me to a late check-out.
The room was clean and comfortable.
I'd regard this place as a great value for money

The hotel has a very nice interior, situated at quite a nice location and taking into account Batumi prices, possesses probably the best value for money in the entire city.
The hotel staff woke me up in the early morning to ask me to pay for my stay, that's when I have already paid it upon arrival. After the second call I had to come down and present the check provided upon payment.
Most of the staff do not speak proper Georgian.
In the room there is a list of prices for the items in the room in case of damage, which is rather surreal and discomforting.
Safe in the room is too small.
Shower is horrible, it works on water heater tank and you have to shower fast unless you want to wait for half an hour until the tank refills and heats once again.
Room is cold, no heating system but AC.

Since August 2021 Tangerine Hotel holds a special place in our hearts. This place was the key to our amazing time in Georgia as we started every day with delicious breakfast which filled our bodies with essential nutrients and soothed our stressful minds. Relaxing on the balcony was exceptionally delighting as the marvellous view of the sea and mountains let us forgot the Vietnam War for a moment. We insist that everyone who have read this comment have to book a room in Tangerine for at least one night in order to gain first-hand experience of its extraordinary effect on human mind.

Room was spacious with a nice view, very clean. Personel was nice, I would like to compliment the young lady and man at the reception. It can be a pleasant stay, if you don't take the buffet breakfast.
The buffet breakfast is the worst I have had during my 2 week stay in Georgia. No cereal (but there is milk), no jam (but there is bread an butter) or honey and so on. And for that price.
Breakfast at the cafe a la carte was delicious - pancakes, eggs benedict... And cheaper! Fortunately they have let us eat at the cafe after a dispute. So do yourself a favour and don't take the buffet breakfast. Order the one in the cafe instead.

It was good though I was supposed to have a minibar which I never had in the room. At the check out the personal asked me to wait till they checked out the room whether everything was ok.
More coffee in the room wanted.

Cleaning very well everyday with all fresh towels.
Breakfast was of a good choice and big portions.
Some cleaners didn't speak neither Russian nor English but it wasn't a big deal since we didn't meet them very often.
8.0 / 10.0
Cleanliness, big room, comfortable bed
One international TV channel, one cup of coffee only and set breakfast menu
