Perfectly situated in Barri Antic, just a few steps away from historic Casa de la Vall. Good location to see all the interesting spots of Andorra la Vella. Typically andorran style, building is cosy and looks ancient, I liked it a lot

A nice, clean room with a bathroom. I felt very good, comfortable and safe here.

Hostal Cisco de Sans is a good place to stay in Andorra La Vella. It is located slightly away from the main touristic areas so it's relatively calm and quiet, with close access to nice places to walk and points of interest. There is a small grocery market very nearby, as well as a few restaurants and other shops. The space was small but comfortable enough for a short stay.
3.8
The cleanliness of the room, the location, the historic buildings around it
No waiting area for check in could have better if there's toilet

Location
No staff available, and I had to call a number on the front door when I arrived to get a code to get In The front door. There is no front desk. And the bed and mattress was very uncomfortable. The shower hose leaked everywhere.

Very beautiful, clean and well located

loved it , nice little room
Bathroom a bit too small, but still great

Clean and cosy room
No on-site parking & no free parking nearby
3.8
the cleanliness and the location.
the fire place was not working, the TV in sitting area was not working, room was very small and roof was very low down from one side, as you got to climb few sets of stairs so its not suitable for kids, old people or with any difficulties. WIFI WAS VERY BAD especially when your European/UK sim packages dont work in Andorra. Parking is very expensive around the area.

the location and view from the room.
the shower head was broken, the room wasn’t clean.

Nothing! Do not do business here! It was a nightmare. I spent an hour driving in circles then pulled up into an alley and still could not find this hotel. No one answered the phone. A business operator at, or next to, the given address, said they knew nothing about the hotel. It appeared to be a nonexistent business. I had to book a last-minute pricy room at a different hotel to salvage the trip.
So afterwards, I communicated with Booking.com and the Cisco de Sans. The hotel gave a nasty reply, and insisted I pay for the stay although I never found the place at the stated address. Booking.com said they would not help because the hotel told them all was good.
I have lost a lot of confidence in Booking.com to have my back. This business is at worst a sham, and at best, disrespectful and uncaring for their customers.

It's very well-located. Comfortable and cozy.
It doesn't have a parking

Good location in the city and responsive staff. The hotel was cozy and was up on a hill so there was a good mountain view just outside. The hotel is close to the bus station and walking distance from many restaurants and such.
Having reception would have been nice, and the room was much smaller than expected. There was hardly any room around the bed and the ceiling was so low on one side I was hitting my head. It was hard to move around. The room was a bit pricy considering this, although I am not very aware of general lodging prices in the city.

The location is great. The room is not very suitable for taller people, but it was clean.
It wasn't possible to open the window in my room - this is a problem in summer.

perfectly located. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. there is a nice little park with a path up the rocky mountain side right outside our front door.

The style of the room, very unique, small but cozy, with its wooden wall and tiny toilet.
Central position as well.
It was quite hot, there is a small window but there is no fan or A/R (and this was just in May! Climate change is bad :().
No toiletries a part of two small sachets of shower gel and shampoo (not enough).
There is no reception, but I met only once the owner who came to check around and he seemed a nice person, so I think if you need something you can ask him or contact him (bear in mind that in Andorra your data won't probably work and WiFi in the hotel can go on/off, at least this was in my room).
There is a cleaner, who doesn't speak English, but is a very nice lady.
Overall I enjoyed my stay in here.

It was so incredibly nice to get here after the hostals in Spain. This place is different, so nice, warm and cozy. Set in a traditional stone house, the interior is so creative. Everything is very clean. And there's a proper duvet on the bed. There is a well stocked vending machine too. Selfcheck- in worked perfectly. Easy to understand the instructions which came well in advance. Well signposted, so easy to find. Lots of cafés and restaurants nearby.
I couldn't connect to the WiFi on my laptop. It said something about an old security system. Worked on my phone though. But I can't do everything on my phone.

The location is near in the city center. However, I didn’t know that I had to use two different elevators in the street to go from 0 to 5 floor in and then start looking for the place.
I arrived by bus at 10:30 AM and by the time I arrived at the hostel it was 11 AM. I had to wait until 3 PM and by then I asked and the maid and said I can use any room which they move me to different room around 8 PM.
1. No attendance to be found.
2. Room to small.
3. Shower space was too small and you have to hold the shower head while you are taking shower. Meanwhile, the shower curtain is sticking
to your body.
4. The bed was very uncomfortable, small (1/6 of my body was hanging outside the bed). Couldn’t sleep for 48 hours that I was there.
5. I’m requesting for refund

Good location, lovely little hotel, self-checking. Quiet place, rooms are clean and big enough. Bathroom is small but equipped and good enough.
The bed is a bit hard and we easily hear noise from upstairs. Parking is nearby but not easily to come very close with the car.
