Amazing room and fantastic staff.

They were super nice about reschedule due to the typhoon. The staff were amazing and room super comfortable. Biggest shower I’ve ever seen

Excellent staff, very accommodating and friendly

We had a really great time at the hotel and were blown away by the helpfulness of the staff. The rooms are well equipped and we had a fantastic view of the city. We were able to park our car directly at the hotel free of charge.

Awesome place to stay if you are in Kaohsiung, recommend to stay here.

Great location, spacious room and comfortable beds. The bathroom is super nice and huge :) Breakfast is good with western and local selections. Staffs are super helpful from the moment we stepped in to the hotel until we check-out. Thank you TED and your team at the front desk for arranging wonderful rooms and car rental for us.

Just if you drive, there’s no parking lot at the property but there’s car park nearby 5mins walk.

Superb

Very friendly staff and a great hotel. Across the street from the subway, so it was very convenient. The room was great with a lovely view over the city and one of the nicest hotel bathrooms I've ever had. The breakfast buffet featured many choices, both European/American and Asian. Many items are also available cooked to order.

One small quibble: If I booked a triple room for three people and it includes breakfast, I assume the breakfast is for three people, not two people. I also wish a room of that size would have shelving/drawers for clothing. There was a hanging bar with a few hangers, but really no good place to put folded clothing, especially for multiple people.

Modern hotel with unique design and professional staff

Interior layout and design of the hotel is unique. There’s the coffee making machine to brew good coffee. The designer put in a lot of effort in understanding the needs of the customer. It’s not the usual hotel room to “just sleep”. I am extremely impressed by the patience and friendliness of the staff. We were greeted and served by hotel staff waitresses whilst having buffet breakfast.

Lobby area is not as spacious and grand like some other hotels.

The property is clean, beds are comfortable and rooms are large enough. The location looks onto the park with a funky neighborhood behind. If walking towards Sogo, take the alley instead of the Main Street for cool shops.

Worth to stay

This is good area to travel and surrounding by restaurants and bars. You can easily go to anywhere. Very nice staff to help you. Clean room and large bed are impressive. Fantastic design and good facilities in room.

Nothing special of the hotel with ‘okay’ services is too high compared to its facilities

New and clean. Breakfast was extremely nice !

Staffs are unprofessional and untrained well, they should make double confirms on reservations, especially room types and number of total guests . We actually booked 3 person but hotel seems did not receive correct book information but only 2 guests instead from booking.com and then staffs asked us to make extra pays if we need any further service for the 3rd person. The situation can be avoided if hotel can spend 2 more minutes if they can make double confirmation while we checked in, thought after our argument the hotel apologized to us but it’s already caused unpleasant experiences.

fraudulent advertising

nothing actually…. pretty curious on how this hotel its rated 5 star on booking.com

indigo was rated as a 5star IHG group hotel on booking.com …. the only thing it was 5 star was its extravagant price tag ….. the layout, furnishing, amenities, condiments, towels/linens in the room gives u a cheap and backpacker lodge feeling. safe was not working sound proofing was extremely poor an empty shelf ontop of the coffee machine its situated in such a position that one will have to bang ones forhead on the corner if one would like to put or take anything around the coffee machine…. i do like the extra security feature which the hotel have installed…. although the safe its not working, if u pull the safe draw out, it sit flush against the entrance door that it act as a additional door stopper to prevent unwanted intruders from entering into ur room.
