Good short stay property in a great location close to Watford Junction station.

The location of the property worked well for us, the flat was nice (once you got up the stairs with your luggage!) and we enjoyed being there for the week.

There were a few things that could be improved: only two of the four lights in the bathroom were working, there was hardly any toilet paper on the roll, the pillows were flat and lumpy, there was no tea towel or sink plug in the kitchen and no instructions for the washing machine or central heating. We had to buy new batteries for the remote control to get the TV working and there were damp towels left in the washing machine.

Will be back again for next visit!

Super convenient location going to city via Watford Junction and connecting to m25 and Heathrow airport. Property is very clean and equiped with all necessary household items.

Not so convenient to carry stuff up to the apartment especially luggages given no lift access.

Superb

The location is great. It's near the train station, a shopping center, a lot of restaurants, Simba Bru Coffee, … The table is big enough to play board games. The TV is great for netflix sessions. The parking spot is a big plus. The checkin and checkout were simple. The facilities are not in perfect condition, but still good enough.

The train passing nearby was a little noisy at night.

Hitesh was awesome and really saved us in a big time of need!! I traveled with my dad and uncle to London to attend a football game and I had booked a place two months prior to us arriving! Unfortunately, when we showed up at the location it turned out that the we were scammed! The host would read my messages but wouldn't reply or answer the phone to give us the key for the lockbox! It was 6pm on Valentine's day so every hotel in the area was booked and/or was very expensive. I saw the Station Suites in the booking website but was very hesitant at first to book it since i was afraid we might get scammed again. Eventually I decided to take the leap of faith and I am really happy I did so! Hitesh called us in no less than 10-15 minutes after the booking, gave us instructions on how to get to the location, sent us informational videos on how to get the key from the lockbox, how to turn heating and every little small detail we might need. The suites were very nice and warm and had absolutely everything we needed. Would recommend 100% and definitely go back myself if I'm ever around the area again. Thank you again, Hitesh!

Clean and tidy

This was a perfect base while working at the locally. The host is very helpful and his introductory videos were a lot more helpful than I expected. It had evrything I needed for a weeks stay.

I live in the country so noise was an issue for me initially.

Exceptional

Very nice appartment, excellent location, few minutes walking from watford Junction, the mall, Tesco. Host is very caring always available... We stayed with two kids, and it was perfect. Perfect neighborhood very nice and quiet.

There is a bit train noise but with closed windows it is ok.

Hitesh is an excellent host and always on hand if you need anything.

Location is very good. Hitesh is an excellent host. He even had a cake and treats for my daughter's birthday and a few essentials left in the fridge. Apartment is centrally located and close to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Host, reasonable priced a

The host was excellent very welcoming and willing to help make our holiday the best it could be. We had three children & two adults and the 1 bed apartment was absolutely fine for the five of us. It was clean, had parking & was within walking distance of the station. It was a 10minute drive to Harry Potter Studios or within walking distance for a bus straight to Harry Potter Studios.

The apartment is on the third floor so there is a lot of stairs. The noise of the trains made it difficult to leave the window open at night but this was fine with the with the windows closed.

Very clean property with a working kitchen in close proximity to Watford junction and Watford centre. We stayed here as

the property is in close proximity to Watford Junction station and the centre of Watford. The property itself is a top floor flat in a very clean apartment block.

the only negative I can think of is that there is not a lift. However, despite it being a top floor flat it doesn’t seem such a climb.

Great location and good flat for a couple or young family.

Very attentive and helpful host who went out of his way to make our stay as easy and pleasant as possible. The flat was clean and comfortable and in a great location for Watford Junction train station. The check in process was easy and communication from the host was great. We would stay again.

Awesome apartment perfectly located

This apartment is perfectly located. We had tickets for WB Harry Potter studio tour, the apartment is perfect for that. We had a day in London before yhe tour, apartment 2 Mins from Watford Junction, really cheap to get into Euston. We will stay here again for weekends in London because the price is amazing compared to London properties and so much more included in an apartment. Hitesh is an excellent owner, loved chatting with him

Short stay to visit the Harry Potter Tour

Our host was extremely helpful, gave us maps to local amenities, directions from the train station and provided some grocery essentials which were VERY essential as we arrived late to the property due to a cancelled train. Couldn't fault the service Hitesh gave us. Apartment was warm, clean and well equipped.

Great value, great service

Great location for access to London. Less than 5min walk to station or Watford centre. Service by host was excellent. Flexible to accommodate family. Excellent value for money. Bathroom spotless!

I’d repaint some walls and clean bedroom carpet but not a big issue. Overall great value.

Great location and nice facilities

The flat is well located with short distance to the train station. The host is very friendly. There is a private parking which suits us.

Hitesh is an exceptional host . Communication was great . He has been in contact from the moment the booking was made and even offered to do some shopping for us prior our arrival :) . Hitesh used Whats App to send us messages with instructions on how to find the property ,parking and the key lock .It was perfect and no errors made by us . Clean ,great location ,fantastic connection to LONDON. Great bars and restaurants in Watford town centre only 10 min walking distance from the property .

Amazing place to stay. Beautiful apartment which was well equipped, had all the essentials and more. Comfy bed. Great location - 5 min walk from Watford Junction Railway Station, 10 min walk to the town centre and shopping centre, plus plenty of convenience stores and cafes just up the road. Great communication from the host who couldn't do enough to ensure we had the best stay. We were celebrating my girlfriends birthday and the host left a bottle of prosecco for her which was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect apartment for the week - comfortable and clean. Easy access to the station for London. The host was super helpful.

Family mini break - great stay.

The accommodation was spacious (5 of us stayed over and all had plenty of space), light and well maintained. Was a great location for the day trips we had planned at chessington world of adventure and the Harry Potter Studio tour. Nice and quiet, private parking, easily accessible and has nice shops, supermarkets, pubs in easy walking distance. Also our host Hitesh, went out of his to to make it extra special for our daughter who was turning 8 and had some balloons, sweets, a cake and birthday card set out on our arrival
