This 1st floor beautifully remodeled 2 bed/ 2 bath Evian villa in Shipyard, Hilton Head Island is the perfect retreat for you and your family!! We take pride in our beach house and are continually updating our wonderful HHI Villa!

This Evian villa in Shipyard is a 2 minute walk to the tennis courts and communal pool for all guests to enjoy! There is lush landscaping throughout the complex - a perfect opportunity for an after dinner stroll! There are multiple lagoons and sitting areas in the complex also. The beach is about a 12 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride away. We provide a BEACH TAG for parking at Beach Club, 5 beach chairs and a beach wagon for your convenience.

Evian is in Shipyard which is ideally located; convenient to Coligny shops and the many island restaurants. The impeccably maintained landscape, numerous lagoons and ponds provide home to a wide variety of native wildlife, miles of biking and walking paths at your doorstep along with a multitude of outdoor activities include golf galore, fishing, kayaking , bird watching, park and nature trails, festivals, theaters and music all await you. If you have time, step off the island and discover the lowcounty - Daufuskie, Bluffton and historic Savannah are all within 40 minute drive.

STARTER Amenities upon arrival:
-Roll of paper towels, toilet paper in each bathroom, a couple of dishwasher and washing machine pods, small hotel style soap in each bathroom.

-Fully stocked with all that you would need to cook a family meal! Two Kitchen towels provided.

Both bedrooms and the living room offer televisions for your enjoyment. Live TV, Live Sports, and Movies are available via Hulu, ESPN & Disney + streaming.
-Living room 50” TV over fireplace.
-Primary Bedroom 50” Roku Smart TV.
-Guest Bedroom 32” TV.
-WiFi service (300 mbps download speed) provided at property.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay this week! The condo was perfect for our family of five (5,2, and newborn). Great setup for the two oldest to share a room and a big closet in the master for the newborn/pack n play. The condo is one story and the master and second room are close by making it a great set up for those with younger kids that may need parents in the middle of the night. The condo is walking distance to the pool and tennis courts which we used and loved. The beach is a short drive away but with the parking beach pass and shuttle golf carts, we never had trouble with getting on the beach even with all of our stuff. It was a comfortable and easy stay thanks to where we stayed, we will be back for sure!

This place was a great place to visit for the 4th of July long weekend. We had everything we needed. Place is exactly as the pictures show. Great view of the golf course. Easy walk to the pool area. The owners were very helpful as we left an item behind and they went out of their way to get it sent back to us. It was greatly appreciated.

This is by far our favorite place at Evian. The owners have thought of everything! The beds were so comfortable and the overall decor tasteful. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Extremely clean. Well stocked with all the essentials. Arrive in daylight as the area is extremely dark and somewhat confusing. However the owners directions were accurate. Also there is only streaming TV, no cable or satellite service.

Beds were comfortable, we did not need for anything and it was a great location. We particularly enjoyed the streaming tv choices and comfy furniture. Everything was in perfect working order except we weren’t sure about how to regulate the thermostat. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Check in was very easy and we loved having access to both a beach wagon and beach chairs. We have stayed in Shipyard several times and this is the nicest condo we have stayed in. Hope to visit again.

This property was fantastic. It was updated, very clean, with a fully stocked kitchen as well as fun beach and tennis toys. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets soft. Each person was provided 2 bath towels, a hand towel and wash cloth. Based on experience, not a lot of the VBRO owners do this - so I was impressed! The washer and dryer are new and in great working order. We had a wonderful week and would highly recommend this beautiful condo

We have been coming to Hilton Head for many years but this was the first time renting through Vrbo. I couldn't have had a better experience! The condo was immaculate and location was great! Th pool was very close to condo and beach was about a ten minute walk. The kitchen had everything we needed. The condo was very clean and in pristine condition. I would definitely stay again.

The rental was very clean and beautifully decorated. Our beds were very comfortable, the the kitchen had everything that we needed, and the location was central to shops, beach, and bike trails. The beach chairs and wagon were also handy. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend.

From our first communication to checking out, we received phenomenal communication from the Hosts. We loved this property! It was extremely clean, neat, and organized. Villa is updated and has a lovely view of the golf course as well as easy access to tennis courts and pool. Beach access was close by as were local shops, restaurants, and marina. We will definitely be back next year!

We rent often thru VRBO and this villa was the first property that exceeded the listed property appointments. The Villa was clean and had all the kitchen appliances and utensils you could need. The property was updated and the A/C and fans kept us very comfortable. We appreciated the detailed welcome letter from the owners listing the directions, rules and instructions for the stay. Also included were several restaurants, some we haven’t tried in the past. The overall Shipyard property was well maintained and the Evian pool was clean and not too crowded. We highly recommend the property and look forward to our return to The 186 Evian Villa next year. Thank you Tracy and John!
