It was a good location for us to visit Kew Gardens
Lack of customer care. We had to ask both days for more Tea Bags and Milk as they were lacking . The quality of the WiFi and also TV reception was quite abysmal! We gave up trying to watch TV it was so bad and after a long day out, we just wanted to relax, watch TV and drink the odd cup of Tea. Also the plug in the sink broke on the first night, the second night it had been substituted with another plug that was just too small!

Unfortunately just a short stay at the Milford Arms but enjoyable and a very pleasant. Located not far from the metro with direct access to Heathrow Airport which was the intention. A shout out to Julie for a very welcoming and warm introduction to The Milford Arms and kind wishes for the future. Breakfast was perfect with a choice of continental or hot English. Rooms were very well presented with pleasant colours and comfy bed which although close to the road made for a very quiet stay.

The staff are always friendly and the rooms are comfortable enough and clean. The location is perfect for Heathrow airport stop overs.

Good location with ample inclusive parking, nice comfortable twin room with good shower room, basin and toilet, all very clean. The Milford Arms is on the 281 bus route into Twickenham so idea for watching matches there.
We didn't get to spend a lot of time in the pub during the evening but hope to on a future visit.
There was plenty of cereal, juices, fruit, bread for toast, butter jams, tea and coffee available.
As it was a Sunday the hot element of breakfast wasn't cooked to order, rather cooked and left in slow cookers to keep warm, not the best and a little disappointing.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and assisted us very well with acquiring taxis. Breakfast was full and well done. Staff offered to help with getting our luggage up to the room as hotel does not have an elevator.
No real complaints about the hotel. Good location if going to the airport. Just wish there were more taxis in that area. But, that is not anything to do with the quality of the hotel.

The rooms were very nice and clean. They had everything we needed to be comfortable. All of the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The underground is nearby making it easy to get around.

This place is an absolute gem, we were so surprised with the quality and attention to detail in the room. Nothing was too much trouble either. Highly recommended!
Nothing, except being on the flight path to Heathrow but thats not the hotels fault.

A nice stay, 30 minutes walk to Twickenham Rugby Stadium. Free parking, don’t forget to check your car in with the hotel when you arrive. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. TV didn’t work but we were quickly moved to another room. No food on Sunday evenings but a Tesco store and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was excellent with good coffee too.

Nice town pub with lots of parking. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I was shown to the room which was a nice touch. The room itself was clean and bed was comfortable
Odour of drains in the room. Obvious slow leak from behind the toilet which might be connected to the smell. I opened the window in the bathroom and left the extractor fan on so the odour did eventually clear from the main room. Quite a lot of transmitted vibration through the wall from neighbouring room - not sure what was going on there! No curtain or blind for the bathroom window (very large). Breakfast was disappointing.

The pub is good value for money and is a 30-minute walk, or a 10-minute Uber ride to Twickenham stadium. I took advantage of the made-to-order breakfast, which was good and is included in the price. Flat screen TV was a good size.
Ok - this is a pub - so if you want to have a few pints, and then go to your room, it is ideal. But, you can hear quite a bit of pub noise in your room until the pub closes at 11.

location to where we needed was excellent. free parking a big plus. bedroom was very clean and comfortable. food was good. breakfast was really nice.
in the restaurant we had fruit flies. these need taken care of as they multiply quickly. the hallways to the rooms looked a bit tired. a bit expensive but I suppose it’s London pricing.
