"MalaMilla”'is in easy reach of just about everything the Southwest has to offer -Yallingup Beach & the surf, Meelup, Eagle Bay & the calm waters of Geographe Bay, Busselton & Margaret River wineries.This short stay Dunsborough villa includes -2 good sized ensuite bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living area & veranda. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in the family, including : •an espresso machine •dishwasher •modern stainless steel appliances •a fridge, microwave, oven & hotplate •plenty of crockery & cookware – so entertaining is easy. The dining table will seat 6 guests & boasts leather dining chairs for ultimate comfort. There are plenty of storage cupboards for all your supplies. The open plan living/dining area boasts plenty of space to move. The two lounge suites & an arm chair are super comfortable. After you have enjoyed all that the area has to offer, and eaten a delicious dinner there’s a large flat panel TV & DVD in the lounge room for you to relax & enjoy a movie. Both bedrooms are spacious & each have their own superbly appointed en suites with basin, toilet & shower. There is a King sized bed in the main bedroom & 2 singles in the Second. Both bedrooms have wall mounted TV’s & built in wardrobes. Reverse cycle air conditioning services all rooms in the villa. We really enjoyed our stay at this villa just outside Dunsborough. Check in process was easy and we were very appreciative the ample air-conditioning during the recent heat wave. The only thing was that the villa was not quite as clean as we expected from reading previous reviews (perhaps it was a substitute cleaner?).

Excellently equipped, with everything you need for a short or long stay. We especially appreciated the super quality and range of the kitchen equipment, as well as how clean it was. Decent-sized all-stainless steel cookware, good knives, a full complement of other cooking equipment, etc., and all was sparkling clean. The house has ample windows and gets good airflow throughout, and everything is perfectly maintained, in top working order. The reverse-cycle aircons worked perfectly, though we found we didn't need them for our days there. We enjoyed the deck for eating out in the fresh air, and found the lounge comfortable, and roomy. Lovely homey touches, like the nice floor rugs. The location was excellent for walking on the bush track right from the property into town - lovely to just walk in for a bite to eat or to shop. Beds are comfortable - on the firmer side - with plenty of pillows and beddings options provided. If you are sensitive to traffic noise, this might not be the place for you: Caves Rd traffic is fairly constant, and can be heard from the house if windows are open. But with windows closed we found it quiet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much, and appreciated the very high level of maintenance of the property, the amenities it offered and the cleanliness.

Stayed for two nights with visitors from overseas, but were a little disappointed and embarassed with the standard of cleaning. Glass entrance and front room doors were very smeary, giving a poor impression on arrival. Basins and mirrors appeared to have had a ‘wipe over’, and we found other people’s nail clippings in the wash basin, and tiled splashback in kitchen was greasy.
The little house is small, but has all amenities needed for a short stay. We slept well in nice beds, and comfortable air conditioning, and enjoyed the bush location very much. The shower was lovely with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water.
The only other thing we noted was that it was quite difficult to find the entrance to the village at night, and possibly a light or sign on the road would have been useful.
Other than the cleaning issue, we enjoyed our stay in this comfortable property.

The villa is lovely and light and spacious and really well designed with space for suitcases etc. we had everything we needed and enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the wildlife and enjoying the birds. There was some road noise but nothing to spoil the experience. We walked into town - take a torch though as the oath isn't lit .
No hesitation in recommending it - the development itself is also well designed and you aren't overlooked and can't see any if the other villas either.

Hubby and I took a much needed break and we were lucky enough to secure Villa 28. It was a gorgeous place to stay. Our villa faced bushland, and we were entertained daily by the wildlife.
The villa was comfortable, had everything we needed, all the kitchen bits, air conditioner and was spacious. Even the bed was comfortable! Bit harder than we’re used to but pretty good all the same.
We cooked on the bbq most nights with only one meal bought in town.
If we decide we’re heading down for another break, we know where we’ll be staying.

Lovely stay in Dunsborough
The villa was lovely and clean with everything we needed for our stay. Only a 10 minute walk in to Dunsborough but set amongst lovely trees.

My stay for my grandsons wedding
Property was well maintained. Plenty of the little bits and pieces you need. Lovely and quiet. My one complaint was that the windows were quite grimy. Would recommend it.

Lovely property. Well stocked kitchen, definitely a cooks kitchen. Beds very comfortable, linen clean and fresh. Bathrooms immaculate with towels and soap. Outside deck very nice with beautiful outlook to trees. Not overlooked from neighbouring villas. Only fault, if we had to say one thing, is just off caves road, so you do hear traffic noise. However, after a couple of days relaxing and unwinding did not notice (and can only hear when on deck). Will be back.
