Lovely place!

Lovely clean hotel with nice pool area. Stay were very very helpful and accommodating. Within walking distance from the Sunday night market too!

Cosy, comfortable getaway in Chiang Mai

Friendly staff, packaged breakfast prepared when we had early morning excursions, clean and confortable rooms, loved the spacious bathrooms.

Wifi quality was not the best. Buffet breakfast quite limited.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel

Thai Akara - Alanna Boutique was amazing! It exceeded our expectations. We loved the rooms and the tidiness of the hotel. The staff were very accommodating and friendly! Breakfast was good and snacks/drinks in the room were a bonus treat. Location was perfect and in walking distance to a lot of tourist areas/markets. Highly recommend and would return!

Beautiful hotel with caring attentative staff. Excellent location wihin easy walk of everything.

Everything was fantastic. The room was large as was the bathroom and more importantly the shower was good and spacious.

nice colonial style hotel in a good location

good location, nice pool, decent breakfast.

reception staff a little rude, wasn’t allowed into room before 2 although the room was ready, reception didn’t seek me out to tell me room was available had to go search for reception staff, on check out reception commented about my extras bill without knowing circumstances - totally unacceptable and unprofessional. the hotel doesn’t offer transport from airport this is a simple task, as I was coming from Singapore wasn’t a problem but if I’d have come on a long haul flight this would have been disappointing.

A WOW Customer Service by the Staff

We got suprised by the customer service and the hospitality given by the staff here. At the reception they gave us an upgrade, That's the first WOW. Then the facilities in the room was WOW. The location to town it's so close and at a walking distance there is a best SPA place in Chiangmai. I've learnt something about how empathy is such an important thing. When we checked out, i was waiting for Grab. after a few minutes, the hotel staff, realized somehow that I'm struggling. She came to me and asked me how she can help me. She called the Grab person and solved the problem, even when i didn't ask for help. WOW.. this is something I will never forget. I'm so touched by the warmness and the empathy shown to us.

The room aircond made the room so dry. Because of that, we struggled sleeping in the room at night. We had to switch of the aircond and suddenly there were mosquitoes is the room. I think, if there is a Ceiling or a wall fan, this problem can be solved.

Location was great as it was within walking distance to the attraction spots. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room met our expectations and breakfast was lovely. They also have afternoon activities for hotel guests which was quite fun. My friend enjoyed the ice shaving task.

we enjoyed our stay at this boutique resort it was very pretty with great gardens. Breakfast was good and the location handy for restaurants etc nice pool area. lovely bathrooms and the staff where helpful.

Wonderful place, wonderful people. An oasis of serenity in the heart of the city.

Staff were lovely, with famous Thailand smiles. Always greeted us in Thai even when we saw them off duty and away from the hotel.
