Superb

The room had double fans and no AC that made the room warm in the aftenoon. Just be aware many rooms in Holland have no AC in the hot summer months.

It was so bad that we stayed there only for a few minutes.

It's central

There are many complaints. Even in the beginning, the landlords instructed us to use a digital key to get into the appartment at the arrival, but it didn't work. Only after some difficulties the problem was solved. Immediately after our arrival, we found the air in the Studio RoSa to be stale und hardly breathable for us (I even got pains in my breast). I suspect that detergents containing substances doing no good to me and my friend might have been used, although neither of us had ever experienced such problems with detergents before. As only one little window can be opened (and this not even fully), there was not enough circulation of air to solve the problem quickly. Therefore, we had to find another, albeit exceedingly expensive, accomodation and essentially forfeited the money we had paid in advance. What we found were but different hotels for each of the two nights that we were staying at Nijmegen, so we used the Studio RoSa only for a few minutes to change our clothes between one check-out and one check-in. Furthermore, the WLAN-password communicated in the "welcome map" was accepted neither by my nor my friend's browser. Finally, the bedsheets were clean but the top sheet was covered with long dark hair. For these reasons, our verdict is: unacceptable.

Good experience, love to come back

Nice, well equipped and near to downtownn or railway station if your plans are to get to another places. The private parking lot is the highest asset in our opinion. The hosts very discreet, in fact, we didn't know each other in eight days.

Minor things that doesn't count in the end. We love to come back again in Nijmegen and RoSa will be our first choice.

earplugs provided and clean space

bathroom is shared, you had to download an app to unlock the front door (not tourist friendly), far from the centre, weird vibe

Superb

Location excellent, very near to station and the centre. Lovely comfortable room (Lily Room) with kitchen facilities and bathroom down the hall which was shared with one other room. We will be back!

Great week in Nijmegen

The room is very large and beautiful, has a lot of natural light and a perfectly functioning small kitchen. Everything was super clean. The location is great, 3-5 min walking from the central station and 10-15 min from the center. I did not meet the hosts personally, but they were always very available by phone.

The room is advertised on booking as an "entire apartment only for you". However, it is actually a room in a larger house and the bathroom, wc, and entrance are shared with another room. Everything was very clean so it was not an issue per se, but it should not be advertised this way. Also, to enter the house there is a smart lock that needs to be opened with the phone - and there are no keys. This is actually very helpful, until your phone dies (as it happened to me)... It would be good to have an "emergency" way in, that does not require to use the phone.

perfect place to visit NIjmegen at your own schedule

great location at crawling distance from the station, yet with private parking (free). spacious room with kitchenette. when something broke down, it was immediately replaced.

Great open and spacious room, central location, comfy bed, kitchen corner, filled-up minibar with fair prices, friendly owner

The only equipment I missed was shower gel. I also had issues with the door access, but received quick help with that.

Location of the apartment was excellent and the atmosphere of the room was superb

The operation of the shower was a little difficult to figure out at first. It was hard to bring it to a comfortable temperature. May wish to consider changing the shower fixture.

Bed, Super Clean house with necessary cookies.

Rarely noisy from stairs next to the bed wall comes out during sleep time. Overall, will choose RoSa again.

Very good

It is a nice place and the host was very friendly. The location is very close to the centrum. The room is clean. You need to share the shower and WC with others. The room has a nice kitchen with all equipment necessary to cook. The room might be a little noisy during the day due to people on the street. However, it is quiet in the evening.
