El peor alojamiento que tuve en Perú.

La ubicación es lo único bueno

De todo mi viaje en Perú este fue el peor alojamiento que tuve. Me cambiaron la habitación sin avisarme previamente y por el contrario si me cobraron de entrada, fue cuando entré que me di cuenta. En la habitación acomodaron una cama doble en una base cama de menor tamaño. La tasa del baño estaba sucia cuando recien entré, lo cual indispone a cualquiera. No fueron flexibles con la posibilidad de llevar el desayuno más temprano, así que pese a que pagué el desayuno no me lo podré llevar. Finalmente, por mas de que la persona de recepción estuvo muy dispuesta en realidad no podía tomar ninguna decisión puesto que en el hotel no estaba la Gerencia. En realidad muy triste terminar mi viaje así.

Pay in Dollars or get overcharged

Location was perfect

Never pay with soles in cash . They overcharged us and after all this insane increase in price we requested for a late checkout and the price was the same as one more night ... Breakfast was so cheap and not tasty.

It was ok, but definitely could be a lot better. The pictures and the good reviews were quite misleading to the current

The room was advertised as a queen and twin bed so we were expecting it that way, but the twin bed turned out to be a sofa bed. The sofa bed wad not comfortable at all. Rooms are old and needs renovation, especially the bathroom

El personal muy atentos. Les pedí que me esperen hasta la hora que llegaba mi vuelo y me estaban esperando con las llaves. A pesar que me tocó una habitación a una cuadra del hotel, el personal siempre muy atento a todo. Camas listas, cuarto limpio. Me ayudaron en guardar las maletas.

Check in was easy and we arrived late at night. The location was excellent and staff very helpful.

The room next door to us must have had some dampness because the room was being aired out and was all open but the smell was really bad in the hallway on the first night. The second night the door was closed and it was much better.

Good location. Met our needs. Nice A/C. Cozey when ready to crash after a day's journey.

EVERYTHING!! Privacy, cleanliness, staff ready to help with issues, DELICIOUS breakfast, location and room size , air conditioning.

Small elevator to fit in all luggage. Inconvenience really not that we didn't really like. We used the stairs otherwise without problems.

Great location, basic breakfast, and daily housekeeping available.

Staff very attentive. Cleaning was provided every day, and the fact they save your luggage while waiting for your late flight is great.

THE SHOWER was not clean. There were mildew/black lines on some of the corners. Bleach and some brushing will take care of it, but they didn't seem to mind that. Also more breakfast options, such WHOLE WHEAT BREAD and FAT FREE milk/yogurt. Even after we ask for them every day, they still could not accommodate that petition. I was told since they do not really have a kitchen, the hotel purchases most breakfast items week in advance, so they would not make additional purchases until next time.

We asked for breakfast, it was only possible to eat breakfast at the room. We had a person who was vegetarian and onr with gluten allergy, so we asked the day before for some fruit and they agreed. The next morning we got for 5 peoplrle 6 little bagels with eggs, 5 slices of cheese and 4 slices of meat... Way not enough for 5 people. We went down to ask for the fruit several times, but never got it... The next morning who had to leave with the bus at 5:30am and we asked for a doggy bag with breakfast. They did a good offer and gave everyone 2 sandwiches with cheese and ham, but didn't think again at the fruit we asked for the vegetarian and glutenallergic persons...

Best room for the price, nice staff

The best room size of all the hotels we stayed (6 in total), for the price. Ample, clean, perfect size for family/business guest. Staff struggled with the language, but they really tried to accommodate all needs. They provided service after checkout that really made our stay comfortable. Good location.

Booking.com was not clear on what a standard room entitled which created a problem when checking in; they did not have two twin beds as the standard listing shows (or I misread it). Breakfast NOT for two guests even though we were clear on the number of people registering. The rooms do not have a heater only circulating fan, they added a heater to the room upon request (after a freezing night).

Reasonable, but could be improved.

The location is very good. 7 minute walk from the center of Miraflores. The room is very clean. Perfect water pressure and hot water.

The room is a little run down. It would benefit from some repairs like cracked mirror, and some painting. The breakfast is very simple, served in the room where the table can't accommodate a family. It's also running from 8am, so if you need to leave early, you would have to look for other options. No packed breakfast was offered. The AC worked, but probably for cooling only. We spent quite some time trying to get warm air out of it without much success.

Helpful and friendly staff, good location. Hot shower!

A mini kitchen is provided, without any cloths or anything so you cannot wash a cup, and the minimum of cups and mugs were provided, not enough for all of us in the room.

There was a bit weird smell in the room, not sure if it canes from pipes or maybe sb was with cat there before us. there is no choice for breakfast (Friday eggs and fruits in another bowl), and the portion was quite small
