It was a dissapointment !

Location served the purpose.

Rooms were not comfortable. We were given a room on the ground floor, looking at the street and all facade was window. So we couldn’t open the curtains around all, room was directly visible from the street. Our room was just next to hotel entrance, so everybody entering to the hotel was like entering into our room. Too noisyThere were one double bed and a single bed taking up a lot of space in the room. I booked for 2 people, no need for that bed. Room was dusty. Batroom was very tiny, hard to move around. Sink was the tinest I’ve ever seen, not possible to even wash hands! We immediately asked to change the room but the answer was all rooms are booked. I’ve booked 1 month prior. I could only get to change the room 2 nights after, fir a relatively better room, but that room had an awful smell coming from the bathroom!

All in all a very nice, quiet and clean hotel with kind staff. I would go there again.

Very nice hotel with kind staff. Big rooms, nice showers and a little front yard.

It was a bit far from the main sites in London, but we did expect that, and it was easy to take the tube, and good for the price. We could have used another set of keys - we only got 1, and we were 3 friends.

Amazing stay!

Extremely accommodating to my needs and ensuring that I feel welcomed. Located very close to a vast number of stores. The train station is also a short walking distance from the hotel. Safe area.

staff is helpful and friendly, will double confirm before you arrive coffee and tea bags provided got an open cooking area

would suggest adding a small/foldable table, there is any in the rrom the toilet got a bit strange smell at the beginning

Good location, good parking but expensive for the space you get

The location was perfect for a Wembley Stadium event The free parking is brilliant

The room was at the front of the property so very noisy. The bed felt quite old , almost like the springs were coming through The bathroom was tiny, you could not move your arms around in the shower, the sink was so small it was hard to use The price was so expensive for what we got

The house keeper let me shower before check in in another room and looked after my bag. Very polite and chatty too.

Staff very friendly, beds really comfortable, very close to tube station lots of places to eat and drink within a couple of minutes walk, we will definitely use again

Very little not to like, only thing we could say is no tea or coffee in the room

Avoid this place!

Location

Te customer service was terrible and the sink in the bathroom smelt like sewage. Room not ready on arrival which was 3 hours after check in.
