An excellent newer and spotless hotel-great hotel if you have an early morning flight from Manta.

The hotel is rather new and is spotless. It is located 1km from the bus station and 1km from the airport which is excellent and only a $2.00 cab ride to either. The internet was excellent, the rooms bright and clean with excellent A/C. The outside yard has large inground pool that was clean and refreshing. Snacks and beverages were available in veinding machines in the lobby. The price included breakfast but I left before it was served due to a flight that I had to catch.

The only disappointing this was that there was a pool side bar but it was not open. Also, there are only 2 restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Clean spacious room

Very clean, spacious room. Conveniently located near airport. Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet overnight stay.

Double bed is as advertised, but would be nice to have a bigger bed in the spacious double room. Comfortable enough for a couple for an overnight stay.

Pretty convenient and very clean

It is so close to the airport and the primary bus terminal! Really convenient although walking places was almost impossible unless you’re willing to cross multi lane roads— which required good timing! the staff was kind and the night staff was excellent! Not a lot of nearby food options. The space was large and VERY clean and there was hot water in the shower, just had to let it run for about 3-4 minutes to have it. No noise from other rooms.

the second floor hallways were stuffy and made controlling the room temperature difficult. even though we got a room facing the pool and not near the road, it was pretty noisy all night due to the building’s proximity to the road.

Disappointed

The hotel itself is fine. Clean and close to the bus terminal and airport.

Staff were unfriendly bordering on hostile. Front door was locked at all times and slowly answered by a surly front desk person who made no effort whatsoever to make me feel welcome or comfortable. In fact I felt unwelcome. Probably the worst customer reception I’ve ever had. No restaurant. The only “food” was vending machine. Internet was intermittent and when I mentioned it to the surly one I received a shrug. Overall a nice facility ruined by horrible staff. Would not return or recommend.

Sleepless night

Hard to say anything positive due to the noise from the road which denied sleep.

Huge single glazed windows in the bedroom failed to block any noise from the road.

Amazing Hotel!

Excellent Hotel! Breakfast was included, Clean overall, and even had inside parking. We enjoyed the pool which was bigger than we thought. Front desk was very friendly and helped us with all our needs as well. Airport, beaches and restaurants could al be found under 10 minutes. Would recommend to anyone.

The walls and windows do not keep out any outside noise. Barking dogs and very loud traffic 24/7 will not allow anyone to sleep.

Basic accommodation. NO address, no elevator for luggage. no airport shuttle no breakfast

1. Th hotel has no address. No taxi driver knew where it was nor could even pull it up on his GPS system. I even took a Business card from the hotel front desk to facilitate getting back to the hotel from dinner and the HOTEL BUSINESS Card DID NOT HAVE THE ADDRESS! Not even a phone number to call the hotel! Nothing. 2. Because of the close proximity to the airport, I thought it would have an airport shuttle which it did not. 3. Breakfast was included in my room rate but because I had to leave the hotel at 6:30 AM (early morning flight), I had to forfeit breakfast. I was able to get coffee at the front desk, but would have appreciated some sort of "breakfast" snack or something to take away since I received not breakfast.

Highly recommended accommodation!

Perfect clen and comfortable room with aircon. There was beautiful swimming pool and rest place. The hotel is placed on ideal location close to the airport. Because our fly was very early, they prepared us the package of breakfast! It was very pleasure.
