A very nice stay for long weekend

It was a very comfortable stay. Aircon is good, it is clean, no bugs, comfy bed and clean bathroom. I had a very pleasant stay.

I have no personal netflix account so i wasn't able to use the tv much. Wifi is sometimes weak but strong for most of the time.

Tho the aircon was not that cool, but we can still consider it as good staycation. Thank you.

I like the place as it was easy to find and near to other local shops. I like the owner of the unit as she was easy to talk with and responds quickly to our querry, even the care taker of unit was too kind to let us check in earlier than our scheduled time.

I did not like the noise from other units, not sure if those are just visitor like us or permanent tenats tho. Also the aircondition in our unit was not good enough to cool the room maybe it needs some cleaning or need to change as it looks like old.

Property was clean as soon as we arrive.

There were no table provided in the balcony. The neighbours were too noisy even at 2am in the morning. People were talking loudly in the hallway.

Very nice accomodation. Sobrang linis ng room. Mabilis wifi. Nagenjoy ako sa hot shower haha. If you are looking for a stay na netflix and chill lang talaga trip niyo perfect tong room na to. 👏👏

Location and the cooking appliances, we were able to cook inside the unit.

Not smooth transaction at reception due to late submittal of Authorization letter. It takes longer time for the shower water to heat. Much better if they had slippers available inside the unit.

It was a good stay. However, the staff should check the lights, equipments, and appliances if still working.

The light in the room is not working. And the elevator light is flickering.

WiFi's great! Super clean and comfortable too! We found pretty much everything we needed! Nice place to relax!

Not that I didn't like, but I think the shower could've been warmer.

Good

Simple and functional studio in a big appartment complex. With a good comfortable mattress (160cm)and 4 pillows! 5 to 10 minute walk to the shops and food outlets. Wi-fi works fairly well. Fridge, microwave and warm water for the shower.

The blanket for the bed wasn't big enough so my husband and I were fighting over it during the night so another blanket would have been good. The whole studio is outdated, the comfortable mattress being the best bit about it. You can hear the traffic from the main road so if you're a light sleeper then this isn't suitable, unless you're very tired like we were on the first night after being in a plane for 18 hrs! It's fairly cheap so I guess you get what you pay for...

Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The unit was spacious. Towels were clean and smelled good. Ms. Cathy was accommodating and quick to respond to our concerns.

Some of the kitchen utensils are kind of rusty already.

1. Sink is clogged inside the rest room 2. Broken kitchen wares 3. Some furniture tops including fridge and microwave haven't seen duster for a while. 4. The room is gloomy. Beddings are too cheap. 5. Dust under the bed have been untouched. 6. I think this unit is overrated. And owner have become complacent because of the favorable reviews they've been getting. 7. And the security guards at the lobby have very poor customer service skills. Just rude.

Love the location n close to everything we needed. I'm surprised about the cost of buying a small suitcase for travel. 5 × less cheaper than in Cebu. P7500 there n in Tagaytay only P 2700

Only thing I didn't like was the floor in the cr. If wet very slippery n I fall down after I step out of the shower n land on my back.
