The location is great, very central. There's a pastry shop just outside (Bus stop pastries)- the pastries were awesome! The staff are truly excellent. I think they are the best assets that the business has. Prince, Nassir, Kelvin and Ernest were all very helpful young men. They assisted me with directions on where to change forex, where to get food, Kelvin got a technician to fix the broken air conditioner, Prince assisted with getting a cab to my destination.
The breakfast (1 satchet of coffee, 1 satchet of milk, 1 satchet of brown sugar, 1 satchet of margarine, 4 slices of lightly toasted bread) was very poor in my opinion. I had to look up the meaning of a continental breakfast to understand it. In all my years of travelling, I had never had just one cup of coffee and 4 slices of bread as all of breakfast.
The rooms are not sound-proofed and because the guest house is just by the road, I woke up early due to the noise from vehicles passing or pedestrians walking by.

no reason to like the property.
paints in the rooms are peeled off, the wall is dirty.
a wooden coat is fitted inside a metal frame of the coat for the sleeping bed.
Two layers of bed cushion are used, uncomfortable, uneven, and wavy to sleep on it.
The laundry and pillow were nasty, and dark in color due to poor washing.
AC was good, bath room mirror was too closely arranged to wash basin, therefore find hard to us eit.
The caretaker boy did not want to give a receipt and they keep the change under the pretext of having no change.
The breakfast was really really bad, I had received 2 bread slices with a milo drink and nothing else. They said the flame is not working so no egg and sausage.

The location is good if you are planning some trips to the city center. An Uber ride from the guesthouse to the city will cost you around 10 to 15 GHS.
The staff is excellent, especially Kevin and Prince. They are very helpful and trustworthy.
I used their laundry services. This was excellent as it allowed me to travel light.
The wifi was stable and the internet speed is good. It worked well throughout my stay and allowed me to work as much as I intended while I was in the room.
The air conditioner works as intended and keeps the room cold. I experienced a small problem with water leaking but the guesthouse was very helpful in servicing the air conditioner as soon as I left the room for the day. When I was back, it was working perfectly.
I generally enjoyed my stay and even grew fond of my little room. I realized that when I was happy to be back there after a long day of work!
They only accept cash! I did not pay attention to that and found myself having to withdraw a relatively large sum of money from three ATMs nearby the guesthouse. Since I was staying for 11 nights, I could not withdraw all the money required from a single ATM. Withdrawing so much money in such little time from different cash points could have blocked my card. Thankfully this did not happen but it was risky. I would strongly suggest the guesthouse allow for card payments for long stays, such as mine.
The walls of the bedroom could be retouched. Some spots are a bit dark while others have peeling paint. A new paint job is warranted.
A small safe (or a drawer with a lock) would be useful to store valuables. There was a cabinet in my room that could be used for such a purpose but I could not lock it with the keys given to me.

Very comfortable, breakfast so nice and people with a good service.
The door's alarm was very noisy, each time they were using the door it was a really problem, no nice if you want to wake up late and rest more.

- The property has appropriately communicated with me throughout the process (before and during stay)
- The staff was very nice and helpful, addressing all my requests in a timely manner
- I booked for my family and pleasantly noticed we could all be accommodated, and the place was clean
- AC and Wifi were both functional
- When I asked about breakfast, I realize it was quite light (coffee/tea and bread, egg for extra-payment)
- It might be time to renew the bed covers

central location to my business, homely, rich sense of being a part of history when at the facility
once, the light bulb went put but the staff were prompt at Getty’s replacement as soon as I reported it. the staff are really and truly super nice

I felt the eggs should have come with the free breakfast package and not paying extra for it.
The location is central , was close to all the places I needed to go, however my room was close to the major road hence hearing noise from the cars.

It was great

Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was ok - small, but has everything you need. Price ok considering Accra is so overpriced.
Room a little small and TV channels limited. Tiny bathroom.

My stay was good and the staff were nice and pleasant

It was clean. The area was what we needed for the night, but unless you need to be in that particular area I wouldn't recommend it:
When we checked in they charged us 294 cedis rather than 196. That is a 50% increase. When questioned they said the room we booked wasn't fit for two (except the description said it was). Later they claimed that there was an error in their computer when we booked and the room we booked was taken and that is why we had to have a different room. However they still didn't honor the lower price. I find traveling in Ghana can be somewhat difficult when you're white because they equate that to money, and also not understanding their currency, which to their disadvantage I donunderatand it.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel was also very neat.
The poles and curtain in the bath are old and rusty. Definitely need to be changed
