San Diego is a GREAT place to vacation. The Beach has so much to offer families looking to escape the heat or for a STAY-VACAY! If you like to cook or grill with an ocean view then you will love our place. We want everyone to enjoy their time at the beach and that includes our neighbors. This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house is located on one of the best courts in Mission Beach. The condo is 2 houses away from the ocean and offers all the conveniences that you will need to make your vacation stay a great one! There is a fully furnished custom kitchen with granite countertops and maple cabinets with a full length bar, that has seating for 4. There is also a farm style kitchen table with seating for 6. If you want to relax and watch TV... we have a brand new 65 inch Samsung smart tv! Free On Demand and other premium channels. If you have a Netflix or Amazon account, you can continue to watch your shows while on vacation. High speed WI-FI is also there in case you need to keep in touch with the office or google things to do in San Diego. We have ceiling fans throughout, comfortable leather couches, and outside seating with a gorgeous ocean view.

The ocean view deck has a gas BBQ and Bistro seating for 4. There is a 2 car garage with garage door opener, and a full size washer and dryer. In the garage there are boogie boards, beach umbrellas, LOTS of sand toys, and beach chairs for your use.

Sleeping accommodations are a brand new King size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in one room and a bunk bed with a brand new full bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on top. A hide-away mat is available making sleeping for up to 8 people comfortable. Come and stay in this light and bright newly remodeled beautiful beach condo.

Within walking distance are several restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and beach shops. The Gaslamp District, Old Town San Diego, and La Jolla are only a short drive away. If shopping is your thing, don't forget to visit all the shops on Garnet Avenue or take a drive to Fashion Valley.

If you need more space we also have a two bedroom unit downstairs, VRBO # 268822. Renting both units is perfect for large groups or family reunions that want to stay together but who also would like their privacy.

We had such a relaxing time. Fiance and I mainly stayed in. Teens had so much to do just blocks away. Beach was only a few steps. Loved the location and owners were accessible and replied promptly. I guess I’m rejuvenated enough to head back to work Wednesday! Thank you to the Bungers!!!

This was a great trip! Proximity to beach was fabulous. The only issue we encountered was the internet / wifi which made working for our jobs difficult. Signal kept dropping and the tv even would pause mid show due to wifi/cable/internet. Be mindful of the size of your car, garage parking is tight. Washer / dryer is shared with downstairs unit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We recently returned from a 6 day stay at this fantastic property. This house was in the perfect location allowing us to enjoy everything San Diego has to offer. The Mission Beach area is definitely busy during the day but got quiet in the evening. We loved being so close to the water. Angela provides boogie boards and other beach toys as well as beach towels (I loved not having to bring our own towels). We ate at three of her recommended restaurants and all were amazing (sunset at World Famous just down the beach was great!). The property was clean and just perfect for our family of 5. We hope to return someday!

Property is in the perfect location: a short walk to beach, to restaurants, to Belmont Park….so many fun things to do just within immediate area of property. The condo is well-maintained and clean…and Angela is top-notch! We would highly recommend!!

We had such a wonderful time at Angela’s place. The location was outstanding. It was off the boardwalk enough to be quiet and close enough to the boardwalk to be there in 30 seconds. We watched the sunsets from the deck and then walked up the boardwalk for delicious sushi. Angela was easy to get in touch with if need be and super communicative throughout the process. We look forward to cooking Angela’s place again!

This stay was everything we needed to get some rejuvenation this winter! The location of the house could not be beat - within view of the ocean but quiet enough a block back from the beach. We had daily beach walks, yummy food at local shops, did shopping nearby, rented bikes and took day trips easily from this location.The house was updated and fully stocked with everything we needed. Angela was gracious with our inquiries and quick to respond. Would highly recommend, and hope to return soon!

Working with Angela was very pleasant. She was helpful, efficient, and just a nice person. The view from this house is so amazing, and just a short 1 minute walk to the beach. Also, a 5 minute walk to Belmont park, shopping and restaurants. The house was nice, and very up to date. It was very clean and comfortable. It was roomy, and had everything you need for a nice stay, and preparing meals. The garage was large and stocked with items for a fun beach day! I would highly recommend and I will be booking here again. Made some amazing memories here!

This property was great for our family. We were grateful for the garage, as there wasn’t much available for public parking. The condo was clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for my husband and I, my daughter and her husband, my adult son and 2 grandchildren. I expected the lack of air conditioning to be a problem, but once we opened all of the windows the airflow kept the condo cool and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was amazing to sit on the deck each morning and enjoy the ocean view while sipping my coffee. The best part was being so close to the beach, to Belmore Park and to several great restaurants. It was nice to be able to walk to these locations. My grandkids loved being able to spend so much time on the beach, as it was just a few steps to get there. And there were tons of beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys to play with. This property was perfect for our family!

Perfect for our whole family - 2 kids, 2 parents, 2 grandparents. Location was amazing - could listen to the waves at night. Kids loved all the beach equipment- boogie boards, sand shovels, buckets. Angela was way more than responsive sending us info ahead of time regarding weather as we were scheduled to come in right before Hurricane Hillary hit. Thanks Angela!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property and it was as great as the first time. Check in was perfectly described and easy to follow and the house remains in great shape and well-stocked. We had a travel curveball thrown at us and Angela was incredibly responsive, helpful and flexible. A real life saver!

We enjoyed our stay on Jersey Ct in Mission Beach. The property was clean and well stocked. Angela was very responsive when I had questions. The location was amazing- right off the beach and boardwalk. It was close to many restaurants and Belmont Park. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect location for families with young children. It was such a quick walk to the beach, and there were plenty of beach toys in the garage. My 4 year old son loved going to the beach to play while my daughter took her nap in the condo. SeaWorld is 5 minutes away. Plenty of little restaurants to walk to. The Mission has THE BEST tortilla soup. Angela was such a great communicator while we were there. Would definitely go back.

While there was some confusion upon check-in (the house hadn’t been cleaned and access to the house did not match the instructions provided), it was addressed and corrected. It was an initial inconvenience, but the rest of our stay was wonderful. We loved the location, appreciated a well stocked property, and had access to plenty of towels, beach toys, boogie boards, etc. for wonderful beach days. The view of the ocean from the deck was awesome while our kids napped and after they went to bed. The beach is a few steps from the property; quite perfect for a young family! We look forward to staying here again.

Angela’s home was the perfect place for our family trip. The layout is great and all the beds and couches were very comfortable. We loved the beach views from the deck and the large garage parking spot was key. The house is just steps from the beach so you can scurry down to enjoy the sunset each night. Angela is very communicative by phone and text and is a great host. Our family is already looking at dates to return to Angela’s next year!

The rental is accurately advertised. It was clean and had lots of room for 4-6 guests and is located a stone's throw from Mission beach. We loved sitting on the deck listening to and watching the waves. Our kids had a great time, as the garage was stocked with beach chairs, boards etc. Property manager was very responsive as well. Highly recommend for families.
