Treat yourself to an alpine vacation that will be second to none when you book your amenity-filled getaway to this Beaver Creek home. Surrounded by towering trees, stunning views, and boasting luxurious amenities like a private hot tub, sauna, a pool table, and workout room, this is one getaway you'll never forget!
Nestled in the quiet, gated neighborhood of Beaver Creek Resort, about a mile from Beaver Creek Village, your central location gives you access to all of the alpine action. Complimentary door-to-door service is available through Dial-A-Ride to take you anywhere within the village. During the winter months, we recommend using a 4x4 vehicle to access the home safely.
Rich wood floors, custom crafted accents, and vaulted ceilings come together to create an elegance that sets the tone for your stay. Lounge on the plush couch in the sunken living area while you check out what's on cable on the flatscreen TV, or cuddle up next to the gas fireplace with a good book.
Step out onto the large outdoor deck for a soak in the hot tub, or appetizers on the patio table. Kick back with the mountain as your background. Head into the game room to challenge a friend to billiards on the private pool table and mix a few drinks from the mini-bar, which has a small sink and a mini-fridge. Connect to the WiFi to listen to your playlist, or check the forecast before you plan your next adventure.
In the high-end kitchen, you'll be greeted by long working counters, stainless steel appliances, two full-size refrigerators, and plenty of room for a few culinary creatives to work side-by-side. Sit down at one of the two dining tables - a classic wooden dining room table or a glass table in the main dining room.
As the day fades away, this four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom home will host up to 10 guests. In the master bedroom on the main floor, you'll be treated to a rejuvenating four-poster king-size bed, sitting area, and an en suite complete with a decadent jetted tub. The other bedrooms, game room, and fitness room is on the lower level: There is a second bedroom king-size bed and an en suite, a third room has a queen-size bed and private bathroom, and a fourth room has two twin-size beds for your youngsters. There's also a sofabed. One of the two private washer/dryers will take care of any laundry needs you may have during your stay.
When snow is covering the slopes, make the quick trip to Beaver Creek Resort to carve your own path through the fresh powder. With a wide variety of terrain catering to all skill levels, everyone will be able to dive into the snow-filled fun.
As the snow melts and the temperatures start to rise, you'll have a whole new array of adventures to enjoy. Hike through the picturesque trails to find the perfect place to stop and take a panoramic picture, or book a guide for a day of fishing. Push your limits with a quick workout in the private gym, then hit the sauna to steam away the stress. End that day with a soaking session in the bubbling hot tub as the stars come out.
With luxury and top-tier amenities at your fingetips, stunning views, and a perfectly situated location, this opulent Colorado home lets you get away from the rat race in style, and make memories that will last a lifetime.

Fantastic location with awesome views plenty of room for a couple of families to spend time together.
4.3
It's the location that attracted us to this property. As a realtor, however, I would never list a property in this condition nor should Vacasa. Serious wood rot everywhere, filthy windows, cracked tile, scratched doors. Mismatched wood floors There was plenty of equipment such as refrigerators, washers/dryers, coffee makers, etc. It would be a great location for a bunch of skiers who didn't care about the condition. Aparent foundation issues. Two washcloths and two hangars for a weeks stay. No facial tissue. Looks as though neither the owners nor Vacasa cares about the upkeep and maintenance of this property. This is a multi-million dollar property that has simply been neglected.
4.3
I would not rent this property again. Not ideal for skiers with all their equipment. Furnishings and cookware is extremely outdated.
4.3
The space of this house was amazing with great views. The parking was easy and it had everything we needed for the kitchen!
4.3
We loved the spacious property with a private hot tub and sauna. Plenty of space inside the house and just a short bus ride to ski area, shopping and restaurants.
4.3
Our group loved this location. Definitely spacious and a lot more open than how it looks in the photos!
4.3
This home is in a great location, had plenty of room for our group, and all the essentials for a family ski-trip with kids. Kids loved the hot-tub, sauna, and billiards room. If you don’t mind dated furniture, this is a great value in Beaver Creek.
4.3
Very convenient location with plenty of space. The house is a bit dated but very clean and convenient. Shuttle stops right outside the driveway so no need to drive your car while there.
4.3
Excellent location! Unbelievable views! Beautiful home with plenty of room. Very clean! Great for families. Plenty of supplies and everything you could think of in the kitchen.

We were able to host a fabulous family gathering in beautiful Beavercreek, Colorado. My heart is full.

I wish I could attach pictures to this review because we took pictures of all the flaws and disappointing items and, of course, a picture is worth a thousand words!
When we arrived, we found the back patio and hot tub covered in snow. We had to shovel snow ourselves, making it hours before we could use the hot tub.
The driveway on Friday was iced over so badly that our friends were unable to drive up the steep driveway to return their skis or go out to dinner. We looked for ice melt, but there was none to be found. I called the management company multiple times, but no one EVER showed up to help us out. We had to chip away at the ice for several hours on our own! This is not how we planned to spend our vacation!
The BBQ pit was broken (yes, we BBQ all year round)
The gas cylinders were completely covered in snow, making them unusable.
We found a disgustingly dirty pan filled with grease from who knows how long ago among the other pans. Again, we had to clean it ourselves!
There were no tissues/Kleenex in the bathrooms which is quite inconvenient.
The child size pool cue was broken off at the end and unusable.
The toaster was broken. Both handles to push down the bread were missing.
Again, I feel like a significant portion of our rent should be refunded!

Issues we found:
-smoke detecors beeping due to low batteries (we fixed the issue, not Vacasa)
- The wifi info that had been texted to me was incorrect. The customer service rep gave me the correct info (after being on hold for 40 min).
- found a ½ full beer can outside the garage
-found (not our) t-shirts by the hot tub. Decided not to use hot tub because we weren’t confident it had been clean and I couldn’t get hold of local staff.
- shower door in the queen room did not shut
- shower in the master upstairs didn’t have a cover on the light
- sink in the master had fallen down and there was dirty stagnant water in there.
-humidifier was broken
- In the master, the sheets on the bed were the wrong size. I guess the cleaning crew thought they could put the sheets on sideways and get away with it but it made sleeping challenging because there wasn’t enough sheet for 2 people.
- One of the throw pillows on the master bed had a 2 inch piece of wood stuck in it which gave me a splinter
- There were multiple broken hangers in the king downstairs.
- There are lights out all through the house.
- Multiple lamps were unplugged and we spent a lot of time trying to figure out if they were unplugged, broken or missing light bulbs. In fact, the lamp in the middle of the living room is unplugged because there’s no plug near it!
- The house is in terrible shape. It’s an eyesore compared to the homes in the area and needs significant help. While this didn’t directly impact our stay, it did make us wonder why we spent so much money on such a crappy house. It also negatively impacted our perception of the experience and Vacasa.
Impact on my stay:
-spent an hour on the phone/text trying to get someone to respond to me the first night. By the time someone responded, it was 2 hours later and I was told it was too late for local staff to come fix anything.
-spent time the 2nd day throughout the day texting, calling, showing handyman around.
- I was asked to provide photos of everything by two different text messages so I provided everything. I asked for a 1 night refund, was told it was denied. I asked to reconsider. Was told I needed to document everything along with pics (again) so I did. They gave me a 6% refund.
-All in, I spent a good 5 hours dealing with this stuff on my vacation. It was a disappointing experience to say the least.

Please DO NOT fall for the 4.5 rating this property has. IT is far from it.
Let me start with PROS and then follow up with the CONS.
PROS:
1. Great location-- LOVE LOVE LOVE the location. great views, super calm.
2. They extended our check out by 1.5 hours at no cost and we greatly appreciate it.
That' s all for the PROS.... That' why the 1 - STAR rating.
CONS: Where do I start......
1. Safety first: The main deck outside the living is safety nightmare. This needs to be fixed immediately. Pic attached.
2. The toaster does not have the levers . -pic
3. Rug outside the living is in taters...terrible. -pic
4. The lounge chair in the living is stained terribly and very dirty. - pic
5. The filter in the refrigerator is not replaced since 2017... we could not use drinking water out of it for that reason -pic
6. The refrigerator in the kitchen does not close properly and does not keep the temperature constant and not remain cold -pic.
7. The area rug in the living does not seem to have been cleaned in months. has a lot of dirt and filth. -pic included, but doe snot show reality.
8. The fan in one of the bathrooms makes so much noise... it is scary. Its like F1 car in your bathroom. - video attached.
9. The door in one bathroom does not close properly , water comes out of the shower area.
10. There is one BIG misleading info on the site. It says 2 KING beds...One of the Kind beds is actually 2 twins put together, which actually creates a gap in between. TERRIBLE.
11. The decor and furniture needs immediate upgrade. The furniture is from the 70's .
The owner needs to come and check out the maintenance and the upkeep of the house. It is Terrible.
The games and audio video entertainment need an upgrade as well.

Great location just into the beaver creek valley a mile from Avon. Perfectly sized house for our group of 7. Hang out on several separate decks if you want privacy or a couple that the whole family can enjoy the outdoors together. Great views over the valley. Yea some of the furniture may need an update on current styles but doesn’t turn us away from what the house represents. The only thing I would say is for owners to check furnace for overnight when it turns on there are the expanding “popping” noises that come from it that are mainly heard in the master bedroom and the room directly below it. That was the only “possible negative” we had during time. Great stay though

We came to Colorado to celebrate our father’s 80th birthday. This venue was very nice. We saw wildlife from the decks and enjoyed the hot tub.

The location is fantastic and the hot tub and sauna were fun and worked great. You can't beat the view of the mountains from the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. The size of the house is excellent as well. We had two families totaling four adults and five kids and had plenty of room. The house is straight out of the 80's, but the age and décor didn't really bother us. That said, it desperately needs a few things either updated or repaired. The pool table was so damaged it couldn't be used and the cookware and dishes felt as old as the house itself. Numerous lights were out / in need of new bulbs as well. There were very limited trash bags provided and there was no dishwasher detergent / pods at all. I reached out multiple times to the property management staff who replied quickly each time that someone would bring us some detergent so we were counting on that and didn't bother with purchasing any. Finally, on the last morning after detergent was never delivered, I reached out to warn the management staff that there were several dishes that needed to be run through the dishwasher. They informed me then that we had to go and purchase some (along with more trash bags) to avoid what management said would be a "Cleaning Fee". At that point I had no choice but to leave the house at 7 AM in the dumping snow to go purchase trash bags and detergent to avoid an excessive fee. Had I known ahead of time, it would have been no big deal at all.
All in all, an enjoyable stay that met our needs...but would expect something a bit more updated and certainly something with better supplies considering the price.

This home has the potential to be an amazing vacation property but in serious needs of updating; not just the outdated decor but the actual amenities. The pool table is no longer functionable, it is barely hanging together and the fabric on which you play is ripped and inhibits an actual game of pool. The hot tub cover is very heavy and water/ice logged and very difficult for 2 adults to take on and off and a hazard. The exercise room has various fitness equipement pieces but nothing that works together with the weights, etc. The cabinets in the kitchen are broken and feel like they may come off while opening and closing the doors. The house is in an amazing location and so much space and layed out so well for a very nice vacation home otherwise. The shuttle to Beaver Creek is so quick and conveniant.

The location makes this worth considering again. Beaver Creek is an excellent place. There was lots of space in the house for two families to comfortably stay. The house was a bit outdated and was dusty. Besides the size and location of the house, I don’t think it’d be worth the price during peak times. Half the kitchen appliances, coffee maker, toaster, etc didn’t work. We purchased food and items on the assumption the kitchen appliances were functional, only to discover they weren’t. The hot tub constantly needed to be reset and wouldn’t hold its temperature for very long. We were disappointed in the hot tub function for sure. We didn’t realize how many levels and stairs were in the house either, so it made it difficult to safely let our toddler walk around the house. Would be nice to have gates provided to help keep smaller kids from falling down the stairs. For the rate, it was a great affordable place to stay in a very nice area.

Many commented on the outdated decor. This house was decorated with high end furniture in the 80s. Though yes outdated it is still exceptional quality and quite charming. Our only complaint on furniture would be the beds. They could definitely use to invest in new, comfy beds. The beds would be the only reason this house is not a 5 star. Location is amazing. Village Connect is a huge added bonus and so easy and convenient. Spacious house and pool table area allowed for great gathering as well as separation. The 5.5 bathrooms was a huge plus. Everyone had en-suite baths plus we had the two extra community baths. Can not say enough about the hot tub. Private hot tub is such a bonus. It is a fancy and new hot tub. Well maintained, hot and ready. We used it every night on our trip to sooth those so legs.

Would definitely stay again
This property was great! We were up for a golf weekend, there was plenty of room to accommodate our group of 8 and the sauna and hot tub really hit the spot after a day on the links! I’m sure it would do the same in the winter after a day on the slopes as well.

FILTHY
We were here for our annual executive retreat and could have not been more taken back by how filthy this property was. I typically don’t leave reviews but the condition of this home requires immediate attention. We have been coming to the Beaver Creek area for years and never had an experience like this. For starters, it was obvious the property was not cleaned prior to our arrival. There were long black human hairs in many of the beds, trash on the floor around the trash cans in the bathrooms, dirty pots and pans put back in the kitchen cabinets and visibly stained furniture in the living room. Had our group not been all guys, we all agreed that there is no way we would have stayed had this been a family vacation with women and children. Very disappointing.
