Lovely well appointed property within walking distance of the castle train station and centre of Conwy.

The kitchen was well stocked with the things you need, the house was cosy and beds were very comfortable. The owners let us know the property was ready early as we arrived before the handover time and this was amazing of them. A little treat was waiting too.

If you aren’t a fan of dogs there was a definite doggie smell which we weren’t bothered about but others might be. Please change the pans!! The lid handles are lethal and they are unbalanced! I cook a lot even on holiday so that was important to me for them to be right.

Exceptional

The location was perfect. Less than a 15 minute walk into the town. We felt very comfortable in the cottage straight away and loved the drinks and snacks you left which were all of our favourite things! Very welcome after a long drive! We love Conwy and hope to come back again.

The stairs could do with some carpet or a runner

Excellent location, friendly neighbours. Lovely little park nearby for walking my dog.

Step down into bathroom was a challenge and the loo seat was not soft closing. (Things that went clang in the night!)

Great location, as described, facilities were very good. There were some lovely, unexpected welcome gifts of biscuits, milk and beers and supplies of tea bags etc

Fantastic holiday

Cottage was very clean, cosy and well equipped. In a very good area and a 15 mins walk into Conwy. It is also great for dogs. We will definitely be visiting again. All pubs near by are dog friendly and lots of great walks with waterfalls. Thankyou😄

we had a really comfortable, relaxed stay. I enjoyed having a bath as I haven’t got one at home!!

it was in a good position for sightseeing in Conwy and the surrounding areas. kids loved being near to the Castle

For a walking / outdoors family it is a perfect location.

The location was excellent. Perfect for the north wales beaches and access to Snowdonia.

The parking outside the property was an issue at times. Sometimes we struggled to get a space so had to park behind the shop.

Perfect stay for a couple or small family, with a pooch.

The location is brilliant. And they have literally everything you could need in the kitchen to prepare meals, and they even left a jar of dog treats!

Excellent high recommended

Everything . We enjoyed our stay so much we booked again for July. Gary and his wife where so loverly they went above and beyond to our needs . Inc touches christmas day of the Christmas tree and the beer posseco and chocs and chrisps

This is lovely clean and homely accommodation, with some very personal touches buy the owners, nice quiet area, close to all the attractions, it's obvious the owners are very proud of what they offer, and so they should be , we can't thank you enough for a lovely stay, thanks again , Sandra & Keith x

Immaculate and beautifully furnished. Extremely comfortable bed. Modern bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Perfect for our short stay, but I could have happily stayed for a month! Ideal location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again sometime.

Fantastic cottage!

Madoc Brook is a fantastic cottage in a great location which is perfect for exploring Conwy. It has everything we needed, the communication from the hosts was excellent and they even left us some welcome treats! We would definitely recommend the cottage and we will return next time we visit Conwy.

No central heating, however, this was not a problem as the cottage has heaters and under floor heating in the bedroom.

Little gem, close to centre and Llandudno

Great house, great spot and a short walk to Conwy centre. House was clean, well decorated, comfortable and absolutely everything you need has been thought of. Owners left us treats and even my dog some treats, great touch. If you are thinking of a holiday let in Conwy this is spot on.

Nothing was bad about the property, was ideal for my son, dog and myself.
