No había muchos amenities como crema corporal, pasta de dientes… para el precio que pagas ya podían tener algún detalle más. No tiene bar/restaurante. Tienes que ir a lado.

Cuidado com o Cofre!!!!!

A localização e o conforto do quarto.

Viajo com bastante frequência no meu país e na Europa e USA e infelizmente pela primeira vez deixarei um review ruim para uma hospedagem. Tenho por norma contar toda noite o dinheiro que tenho na carteira e o que deixo no cofre, um hábito antigo para controlar meu orçamento, verifico o que tenho e o que gastei todos os dias antes de me deitar. O cofre do hotel era com chave e não eletrônico. Chegamos no hotel dia 10 e coloquei meus documentos e uma carteira com 1500 euros, no dia seguinte ao voltar para o quarto após o passeio fiz a contagem e faltavam 260 euros, tentando não estragar meu passeio, passei a deixar um bilhete com o valor que estava na carteira de modo a mostrar a quem estava mexendo no cofre que eu sabia o valor que lá estava. Não foi o suficiente, na véspera do meu checkout dia 13 a noite, mais 100 euros tinham sumido, apesar do bilhete com o valor que tinha deixado. No dia seguinte pela manhã ao fazer meu checkout comuniquei a proprietária do ocorrido e que ela deveria ficar atenta ao que estava acontecendo em seu hotel, como tinha um voo logo cedo optei por não apresentar queixa na polícia para não atrasar minha ida para Atenas. A proprietária se disse surpresa e que era difícil alguém mexer no cofre, o que eu discordo, pois basta uma chave reserva que todo hotel possui para que se tenha acesso ao cofre. Como solução, recebi um e-mail do hotel dois dias depois, pedindo desculpas e me oferecendo quatro noites grátis em uma próxima estadia. Eu declinei da oferta, pois não procurava reparação, além de ser praticamente inviável voltar a Santorini nos próximos anos. Minha preocupação maior é que tal fato não se repita com outros hóspedes.

This accommodation was an amazing stay. The view is breath taking and it has a very clear view of the sunset from the pool and our room. The staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast was dropped to our room everyday and placed on our balcony. The food was delicious. The room was clean and spacious, the cleaner did an amazing job everyday. 30 minute walk to Fira with a nice view the whole time. There was also a super cheap supermarket 7 minute walk away. Overall 10/10 stay.

One thing guests should note is that check in is at 15:00 and reception also closes between 15: and 19:00. Any requests will be attended to after 19:00. Perhaps this was just in the shoulder season?

Exceptional

The room was wonderful, and it had everything you could want or need. The owners were always available and went above and beyond helping to arrange tours and taxi's and take care of the needs of their guesd. They made sure you always had coffee or tea available in your room, and if there was something you needed extra, they would help get it or arrange it. The view from the room was beautiful overlooking the volcano with gorgeous sunsets. Breakfast was served every morning on the terrace, and the breakfast was well rounded and delicious. I loved staying here the beds were also comfortable, and that was a bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel and am looking forward to returning.

A beautiful boutique hotel with excellent value for money and personalized attention!

My wife and I visited Amity Suites for just one night and needed a place that was close to the ferry port, the town of Fira and the airport. The view of the caldera rim is breathtaking and you can see the ferry's come and go from here as well as the beautiful sunsets. Spacious room, comfortable king size bed, lovely pool and incredible breakfast, but the best part for us was Kamila's personal attention and service. She arranged the port transfer and the rental car and was accessible for anything we needed.

We don't expect perfection, but there was a bit of mold/stains on the sealant of the bathtub/shower and the water only seemed to get warm not hot, but these were easily overlooked by the pros.

Breakfast is served to private balcony which is very personal service. Room is plain which was nice.

Suite is located just next to a main road; traffic noise is disturbing your beauty sleep; also you can easily hear shower noise coming from the room next to you.

Stunning hotel with amazing views of the caldera. Very nice room, super clean and comfortable. In the morning we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast on our own balcony overlooking the sea. Kamila was a fantastic and super kind host. She did everything to enjoy our stay. This place is absolutely stunning and I would 100% recommend it to anyone.

Superb

Everything was great. Kamila is a really nice and welcoming host. She guided us into many things and introduced us to the island. She managed out booking as well for the yacht trip. Breakfast was good. View is amazing! Location is also very good. Across the street there is a groceries store, a bakery and a place to rent a bike.

Breathtaking view!!

What. A. View! We had a room on the upper floor, so our sunset view was unobstructed. Even from the pool area, the panoramic views are amazing! The staff are really friendly and helpful. The locations is outside of the manic hustle in Thera, which is a breath of fresh air after you've spent the day navigating the crowds on the narrow streets/alleys of Oia. 10min walk from Santo Wines, which has arguably the best view to enjoy a tasting menu of great wines.

The road traffic and noise might be a bit off-putting, but once your windows are closed and you're sat on the balcony with a glass of wine, you dont notice a thing.

Amazing view

The view was lovely from balcony on top floor and from pool if you were standing up or sitting upright on the raised bean bags. I liked that you could use the hotel next door as without their facilities we would have been very limited as to what we could eat, drink or do. The breakfast was good and delivered to your room each morning. Maid service was good. Room is gorgeous, very high ceilings, comfortable bed. High pressure shower which is great. You should watch sunset from the hotel it’s great but again, better next door from their restaurant.

I think it should be clearer that this is more like an holiday home rental where you need to bulk by drinks and snacks etc. We even had to buy toilet paper as reception attendance is limited to a couple of short sessions a day. There are only two sets of sun beds with shade that do not have a view, no toilet by pool, no bar, no on site mini market as stated (it is just across the road though). We were able to use the hotel next door’s pool toilet and changing room on the last day. If you are not renting a car you need to take transfers or taxis which get expensive.

Stunning view

The view is one of the best you can find on the island overlooking the caldeira. The room is clean and simple, quite comfy. The pool is beautiful. Despite the fact that the road is just behind it is pretty calm and you can’t hear it. The breakfast is good with fresh orange juice.

we couldn’t take our room before 17h although the check-in is from 15h.This created useless stress during our holidays as we felt pressure that we need to keep them informed all the time while we didn’t know exactly when we could arrive. They need to make reception available at all the time also to help with guests requests. Poufs at the pool are a bit dirty. It is far from Fira so you need to have a transport. the appliances at the bathroom are at strict minimum

Olga was amazing, she's very helpful and sweet. The location is close to Thira city but it's better if you rent a quad so you move around Santorini and cheaper than the taxi The breakfast was really nice and the hotel has amazing views

Not bad, but not worth the price

The view was amazing. The pool was decent sized. Breakfast was not bad. Also, we had an early checkout but we were given breakfast the night before, which was nice. Welcome drink (sangria) on arrival was nice. My wife is pregnant, we asked for juice instead, which was no problem.

Quite dated room and bathroom. In the bathroom no space/shelves/stands/chairs where we could leave our things - clothes before shower, cosmetics, etc No bathrobes provided, which is normally expected of the hotel of this standard, plus towels a little dated, thin, not hotel quality Only a shower gel and a shampoo available, no body lotion or a hotel vanity set. Shower gel not replaced the next day. Only 1l of water available for 2 people for a day, which again didn't get replaced the next day, so basically 1l of water for 2 people for the whole stay Two pods of coffee for the machine available, but no milk. Also, no coffee added the next day. No umbrellas available at the pool area, so be careful, easy to get burned under the sun. And lastly, on arrival, there were ants in the room. The receptionist acted quickly, sprayed the room, but unfortunately, they reappeared the next day. All In all, the hotel is not bad, with the great view from the balcony and the pool, but, in our opinion, not worth the money it costs.
