I was there on personal business. The location suited me perfectly and was clean and met my needs.

My after hours check-in procedure went well. The room was clean, with basic facilities. Met my expectations.

The room was quite nice, the coffee downstairs was amazing.

The reception girl was quite rude, I feel like the customer service she was showing wasn't the best. Also the parking situation was terrible to the point we had to park outside. Overall wasn't a bad room, but my partner and I will not be staying again.

I would definitely recommend this place - the cleanliness was honestly outstanding.

Great value for money, really clean and lovely staff!

I would be very happy to stay there again (and I probably will!!).

The room was very comfortable and clean, and it was nice to have a view towards the Broadwater. The bed was extremely comfortable - lucky I set my alarm, otherwise I may have missed breakfast!

Overall I was very happy. The rubber seal between the shower floor and the rest of the bathroom is my only comment, as the bathroom floor also got wet - nothing too bad really!

Great for your pocket, feels like an upgrade.

Stylish and the room was surprisingly spacious. Very clean, great location with tram or local venues. The hotel was really quiet at night too, a very pleasant surprise.

Very comfortable hotel and room. Nice and clean. Good value money. Tram stop is just down the end of the street.

Very minor thing, just the kettle wouldn't stay on to boil, had to press the boil button down. The shower leaks out a lot of water on the floor when you shower, just make sure you put the bathmat down on the floor.

Would definitely stay again for the staff, not for the rooms.

Friendly, flexible staff who are happy to go above and beyond.

The rooms are tiny, only good for people you are very familiar with which was awkward on our stay as we were acquaintance.

Disappointing

Went to make a coffee and the jug hadn’t been cleaned - guests had cooked in it prior and there was chunks of white coming out and absolutely stunk. Told the staff and the response was “oh sorry”

OK for work purposes or functions but not a holiday due to no view.

Room was clean.

No mircrowave in the room or kitchen taps. Didn't inform us of microwave in the common room. Housekeeping at 8am was very very early. One key supplied that was needed to operate the electrics. This meant I couldn't leave the travel companion there alone to sleep whilst I went to the shops as I wouldn't be able to access the room.

need to pay if we are going to watch a movie. it could have been free to watch movies. or add old movies free to watch.

Early check in, nice modern place, good sized room, clean, great location.

No room service, no pool or gym. No air conditioning in the hallways or in lift, so hot, (but air conditioning in rooms).

Helpful staff, clean rooms and regular servicing.

Very tight secure parking (also quite limited in terms of spaces available). There is nothing that can be done about it because the building is already there, nobody is going to dig up another level for parking expansion.

very lovely! my partner and I enjoyed our stay here 🥰🥰 very suitable for students/ young couples

The room was small but very clean :) everything smells nice and clean. the late check in system is easy to use. great location! right next to a small shopping/ restaurant complex and there’s a tram station within 5 min.

no bottled water provided so better prepare your own if you prefer bottled water
