Camera ampia.

Good for a cheap stay in Paris, especially for young men. Metro just around the corner.
There seems to be some sort of camp in the building. Cooking smells and people loitering on the ground floor and right outside the building. Building kinda run down.

good location. the room was spacious and functional
there was no hot water on day 1. on day 2, the cleaner supervisor barged into the room after a single knock. she was slightly rude as I couldn’t speak French and failed to communicate.

The rooms were really big and pretty cozy.
The receptionist was quite unfriendly as we arrived. English knowledge from stuff was poor. The neighborhood was a bit creepy. You have a small kitchen to cook, but unfortunately you could smell the food from the next room,in your bathroom.

The size of the room was good and it's also very close to the metro station.
Could be better cleaned, the building and the rooms could use some remodeling and the staff could be more polite.

The room was clean.
Tv was very good.
Has also hot water.
It was too much cold and we had not enough blankets too get warm.
Check in was from 15 o'clock and did not let us to check in earlier and we was very tired. And our check out was at 11 o'clock so we also had no time to enjoy our room. The part of it that scares me a little was that they wanted the same money of booking for 2 days from our bank account if something goes wrong with the room from us.Becouse they couldn't do it from our bank they said is ok and they return our money back.it was a little disappointed and already had too much to say for that room and they're service.

Breakfast was good but it can be changed with days. It will be better if you provide some of the other food items instead of same breakfast everyday. Location was good.
There was no tea maker or tea ☕ bag/milk etc. As a tea lover I think I was looking for tea maker instead of coffee maker. Overall experience was good.

nothing, the service was terrible
The room is already old, damaged. The sofa bed had a damaged part and they didn't help to adjust it

location near to the zenith arena
building felt ‘tired’, not the best location for two ladies. overnight security non existent

The room has a small kitchen where you can prepare your breakfast or lunch.
Even though the hotel is right on the main street you cannot hear noise from the cars.
The bathroom needs renovation there was mold in some places round the bath tap, it would have been much more convenient if rooms had shower.
We had three rooms, in one of the bathroom there was either a leak round the toilet or the toilet wasn't cleaned very well.

There was not one thing normal, an area full of immigrants and far away, recommend not to order,Absolutely not as seen in the pictures
Slow and disconnected internet, tatty rooms, location far from everything and every attraction, staff that barely speaks English, the card didn't work at the entrance because there was a problem with the door, a floor you wouldn't want to step on, in short, the worst place I've ever been and at an excessive price, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone to get there

It turns out the hotel “cooperates with the city of Paris and houses young delinquents instead of sending them to prison” - that’s what the receptionist told me when I was leaving.
That’s a very nice initiative but I had a very bad experience and I had to leave the second day (was supposed to stay 7 days) because there was too much noise, agressive hitting on my walls when I complained to the reception, shouting, security guards coming upstairs to calm down the situation and the bedroom was dirty (pubic hairs on light switches; stains on doors, curtains, floors…; broken lights; smelly and dirty covers…).
Neighbourhood dirty and seemed dangerous.
I didn’t get reimbursed, they told me I shouldn’t complain because they sent security guards upstairs when I called.
However the noise continued and it was dirty so I packed up and left. When they refused to reimburse they also said I shouldn’t have left because this isn’t a big deal, it was only noisy two days they said. They told me this was NORMAL.
And Booking.com couldn’t do anything about it so they urged me to leave a review.

Paris was the last city in my backpacking trip and we’re glad we finished it off with this property. It had all the amenities & utilities just what we needed! It’s an apparhotel so you get the exclusivity while paying the best price. We checked in late at night 1AM. The reception was closed but they accommodated us very well. Impeccable service ✨ Unit was clean and complete, they provided stove, pan, toaster, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, water heater, tv, hairdyer and a plus they let you cook! (as long as you cleaned up after yourself). Basic amenities but all functioning. If you’re looking for an affordable room to rent, I highly recommend it!
Located in Pantin, a bit far from the city center but there’s a tram station just 5mins away and metro 10mins away. Not a problem for me. But it’s a steal deal.
