The location was convenient and easy to find. We were not happy with the house. The beds were not comfortable and the sheets felt scratchy. The lights outside did not work so it was very difficult to see the door lockpad or ice on the driveway. We underestimated the amount of stairs in the home, it was exhausting to go from the top floor to the bottom floor as there were two sets of stairs between each story. We also had an issue with cleanliness of the condo, there was hair in the shower drains and a used condom found in my 12yr olds bed. The issue was addressed with the management company and they provided a partial refund. Overall, I would not rent this house again for our family of 5.

Fabulous views abound!
Great views can be had from windows in the Master bedroom and throughout the kitchen, living, dinning rooms. Comfortable and warm in front of the gas fireplace. Large collection of DVD's and loads of games kept the whole family occupied during our down time in the evenings. Great location offers quick access to the local restaurants in Silverthorne and Dillon but also the local resorts of Keystone and Breckenridge. The whole family loved Peregrine Place!

This is in a great location- close to shops and restaurants as well as several mountain resorts. The home is warm and cozy with a beautiful view.

Great location...needs updated
Property is in a great location and the house is very nice. however, furnishings and amenities are dated and a small investment would go a long way. Mattresses are very uncomfortable and old. Seemed like half the furniture was in some sort of falling apart. Basement sink fixture was loose. Tile in the bath tub was cracked and chipped in multiple spots. Bring your own pillows and blankets because what is there is at least 20+ years old.

Great Place
Great place, easy to get to. The only thing that keeps it from a 5 star is the beds are horribly uncomfortable

This Conod needs a LOT of work!!!!!!!
At first the condo seemed fine, but then everything was wrong. The kitchen has disgusting cookware and harldy any utensils to cook with. The ones they did have were melted and dirty and truly disgusting. The stove top needed a burner replaced and the other 3 are crooked...not great for cooking. They left us with ONE sponge and 2 dishtowels for cleaning and drying. The kitchen window won't close so the heat ran constantly, which made the upstairs room totally miserable (so hot!!!) and the downstairs varied in temperature. There were 2 cranks missing from other windows and the bunk window needed to be fixed so it would close! I opened 3 windows in the upstairs bedroom, but there was a crank missing on THE ONE closest to the bed that I would have appreciated using!!! There is a crank missing in the single room downstairs as well, which was concerning. We had management replace the GROSS shower liner in the downstairs bathroom. There is a constant buzzing coming from the closet near the main level powder room. The owners have their things in every closet!!!! The washer floods if you try to do a load that is over a size large AND the knob is broken so you have to have strong hands to manipulate it. The dryer makes noises like you dropped a chain into it.....but it still works. The fire alarm in the bunk room chirps....even after we replaced the battery. ....and back to the kitchen......: The OVEN has a DIFFICULT time adjusting the temperature control UP. I called and emailed management about all of these things. They came out ONCE........and then ignored all of my other requests!!!!!!!!! I put my husband on the phone, where he talked to SEVERAL people, and eventually spent an hour on the phone with this woman named Lisa. Lisa was quite helpful and gave SOME money back.......but in my opinion, not nearly enough. I wound up being reimbursed for the pans and cooking pot and a few cooking utensils that were ESSENTIAL for me to cook with. I was so shocked that the owners were ALLOWED to rent the condo in that condition! ......oh....and a dining chair fell apart with one of the kids sitting in it and another had a nail starting to poke through it. The last set of stairs leading to the basement bedrooms are in need of repair also. The centers of the stiars are rotting or something and we all nearly fell a BUNCH of times. The upstairs bathroom sinks also won't drain...they needed constant plunging..

this house needs maintenance
Every door squeaks loudly. Showers are hot then freezing then hot... basement window will not close thermostat does not turn on Pillows are so thin and old better off sleeping on a rolled towel.
the garage is completely full of garbage and smells horrible has been there for some time. Other renters have left lists of things needing to be addressed but none has been done

Great Spot
A great unit in a great location with a fantastic view. Would work really well for a family or two couples with kids that can use the bunk room.

Great View
Overall - fabulous.
The only disappointing things:
1) no shovel to clear snow; we had to borrow the neighbor's shovel or we would have been stuck in the garage
2) no snow removal service
3) no cable or antenna; I like to watch broadcast news

Great Place!
The view is amazing! If you are a larger family or two families sharing there is plenty to your self with master upstairs and the other bed rooms down stairs. Very quite neighborhood! Kitchen was will supplied with everything we needed. When we got there there was only one washcloth that we could find, plenty of towels. We had to go buy some for us to use- that and laundry soap. We brought this to Vacasa attention and a few other little things.
This was a great place for a great price! We will be coming back here! You will not regret staying here- wonderful view, good quite location, and still close to all the attractions of Silverthorne & Dillon.

Great stay in the summer
If you haven't stayed near Silverthorne in Summer, you're missing out!
This was a great place to stay. Plenty of bedrooms and space to work with, nice and open floor plan for the main kitchen/dining/living space. A few of the bedrooms are in the ground floor and the master bedroom is on the top floor - so lots of stairs, but no big deal for us.
It did get a little warm at times and there's no AC, so you have to be strategic about your use of windows to create a good airflow in the space.

Wonderful family spot. Roomy and open. Lots of light. A quiet location away from the craziness of a resort. You feel like you are in your own private retreat.

1. The drain in bathroom on 2nd floor was totally not working, so our party only could take shower from the bathroom on basement. (we stayed for 2 nights)
2. Heater was working so bad on basement. Frozen for 2 nights. (one queen bed and 2 bunk beds were on basement)
3. YES, WE DID REPORT above problems to manager and gave him one day long to fix ; however, he DIDN'T deal with it for us. very disappointed.
*The representative from phone and manager had knew the key for main door was very tricky to open; however, no one intend to replace it. As we arrived almost 6pm, we could not open the door because of the key problem and we stayed at outside over 40 mins. We did call and ask for help; however, no one come. Representative only keep telling me "The key for main door is tricky, please keep trying"*

Well maintained three story town home
It's a well maintained and equipped town home. The view of the mountains from the living room, master bedroom and balcony blown us away. This townhouse is located in a small community which is 15 minutes away from Breckenridge or Copper Mountain if you'd come here to ski. The only cons is worth mentioning that the AC is not heating a lower floor enough, but didn't bother us and there was a portable heater, plus you get a cozy fireplace in the living room.

Nice place with lots of room.
It is a nice place to stay. I ceiling fan in the master bedroom would help the air flow since heat rises. Well equipped kitchen. Nice to have a washer and dryer. There is plenty of room for a large group. Beautiful neighborhood.
