This cozy, yet spacious Silverthorne home is just what you need for a fun and relaxing mountain vacation any time of year. Perfect for large families and groups, this home offers lovely mountain and lake views, an on-site golf course, close proximity to the slopes, and more.

Located in the peaceful Raven Golf Course neighborhood, this family-friendly home puts you about a mile from the greens. You'll also be centrally located to six major ski resorts: Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Loveland, Vail, and Beaver Creek. And you'll have easy access to dining and shopping, as well.

Inside, this home boasts a cozy, yet open living area with lots of big windows and high-end fixtures throughout. The colorful sofas invite you to sit, get comfortable, and relax. Start a fire in the gas fireplace, then make a selection from the DVD/VHS library or stream Netflix and enjoy a movie on the large flatscreen cable TV.

Locate the nearest market or grocery store with the free WiFi, then go shopping for the ingredients for your next feast. Cook it up in the bright and open kitchen, which features standard appliances, including a dishwasher, making your job enjoyable and easy. Dine together at the large table for six, and use the two stools at the breakfast bar for overflow. In the summer, create a barbecue masterpiece out on the deck with the gas grill, then savor it with your guests while you enjoy views of Keystone, the mountains, and the lake.

Your group of up to 10 (eight adults) will be nicely accommodated in this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home. The master suite, which fills the entire upstairs, has a queen-size bed and attached bath with a shower and double sinks. The other two bedrooms are on the lower level: one with a double and one with two twin bunks. This level also has a full Jack and Jill bathroom, and there's a sofabed in the living room. The full-sized washer and dryer will allow you to pack light and keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.

For some quiet, at-home fun, find a game from the selection for both kids and adults and settle in for the evening. During the day, perfect your swing at Raven Golf Course, just over a mile away. Family-friendly Silverthorne Rec Center is just two miles away and offers fitness equipment so you don't have to let your workout routine go while you're on vacation. And after a fulfilling day of hiking or mountain biking, take a refreshing dip in the pool, then follow that up with a steam in the sauna.

The location was convenient and easy to find. We were not happy with the house. The beds were not comfortable and the sheets felt scratchy. The lights outside did not work so it was very difficult to see the door lockpad or ice on the driveway. We underestimated the amount of stairs in the home, it was exhausting to go from the top floor to the bottom floor as there were two sets of stairs between each story. We also had an issue with cleanliness of the condo, there was hair in the shower drains and a used condom found in my 12yr olds bed. The issue was addressed with the management company and they provided a partial refund. Overall, I would not rent this house again for our family of 5.

Fabulous views abound!
Fabulous views abound!
Great views can be had from windows in the Master bedroom and throughout the kitchen, living, dinning rooms. Comfortable and warm in front of the gas fireplace. Large collection of DVD's and loads of games kept the whole family occupied during our down time in the evenings. Great location offers quick access to the local restaurants in Silverthorne and Dillon but also the local resorts of Keystone and Breckenridge. The whole family loved Peregrine Place!

Great location...needs updated
Great location...needs updated
Property is in a great location and the house is very nice. however, furnishings and amenities are dated and a small investment would go a long way. Mattresses are very uncomfortable and old. Seemed like half the furniture was in some sort of falling apart. Basement sink fixture was loose. Tile in the bath tub was cracked and chipped in multiple spots. Bring your own pillows and blankets because what is there is at least 20+ years old.

Great place, easy to get to. The only thing that keeps it from a 5 star is the beds are horribly uncomfortable

This Conod needs a LOT of work!!!!!!!
This Conod needs a LOT of work!!!!!!!
At first the condo seemed fine, but then everything was wrong. The kitchen has disgusting cookware and harldy any utensils to cook with. The ones they did have were melted and dirty and truly disgusting. The stove top needed a burner replaced and the other 3 are crooked...not great for cooking. They left us with ONE sponge and 2 dishtowels for cleaning and drying. The kitchen window won't close so the heat ran constantly, which made the upstairs room totally miserable (so hot!!!) and the downstairs varied in temperature. There were 2 cranks missing from other windows and the bunk window needed to be fixed so it would close! I opened 3 windows in the upstairs bedroom, but there was a crank missing on THE ONE closest to the bed that I would have appreciated using!!! There is a crank missing in the single room downstairs as well, which was concerning. We had management replace the GROSS shower liner in the downstairs bathroom. There is a constant buzzing coming from the closet near the main level powder room. The owners have their things in every closet!!!! The washer floods if you try to do a load that is over a size large AND the knob is broken so you have to have strong hands to manipulate it. The dryer makes noises like you dropped a chain into it.....but it still works. The fire alarm in the bunk room chirps....even after we replaced the battery. ....and back to the kitchen......: The OVEN has a DIFFICULT time adjusting the temperature control UP. I called and emailed management about all of these things. They came out ONCE........and then ignored all of my other requests!!!!!!!!! I put my husband on the phone, where he talked to SEVERAL people, and eventually spent an hour on the phone with this woman named Lisa. Lisa was quite helpful and gave SOME money back.......but in my opinion, not nearly enough. I wound up being reimbursed for the pans and cooking pot and a few cooking utensils that were ESSENTIAL for me to cook with. I was so shocked that the owners were ALLOWED to rent the condo in that condition! ......oh....and a dining chair fell apart with one of the kids sitting in it and another had a nail starting to poke through it. The last set of stairs leading to the basement bedrooms are in need of repair also. The centers of the stiars are rotting or something and we all nearly fell a BUNCH of times. The upstairs bathroom sinks also won't drain...they needed constant plunging..
