The pool was nice, and so was the balcony. Coffee was provided. The shower and bed were also good

We didn't speak Spanish and the lady there didn't speak and English so it was a bit confusing to check in but it wasn't really a problem

My favourite part was the lovely pool and I had it to myself most of the time. Any questions I had were very promptly answered by the host on Whats App and he was always very helpful.

I can't say there was anything that I didn't like.

Good value for money.

The room was very clean and modern. Looked like it had been recently renovated. The balcony was nice to have your breakfast on in the mornings & this property also had a pool.

This property is a bit away from the Old Town, roughly 3km, but we didn’t mind the walk at all. So if you like to get your steps in while on holidays it is perfect. Also we didn’t find the air-con in the room great and found it difficult to sleep with the heat.

it is perfect to have a nice and chil time in Albufeira and the apartments are very beautiful

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are big, very clean and cool. The swimming pool a plus :)

You are not so close to the city center, so it is better to rent a car or to use bolt/Uber.

Great quality for money stay with my pet dog :)

The flat was nice, very clean with a very nice host that replied promptly to all messages. They even gave us new towels halfway through the stay!

The room had a small patio that looked onto a busy street, it was louder than expected.

Water, coffee and little apetizers by arrival. Possibility to leave luggage after check-out. Thank you Pablos, cause that we could do the dolphins- excursions, in the left time between check-out and check-in by our next place. Great and big appartement. Private location of the swimming area. Thanks for advising us to visit Marina and beach, on little walking distance. See you later!

HORRIBLE

The worst what Pablo did to us at check out... he didn't want to give us back the 100 euros (dog insurance).. he wanted us to cancel the reservation by Booking so that we would not leave any negative review !! He wanted to charge us 50 euros for cleaning if we didn't cancel! We have literally been waiting 2 and a half hours for something that is ours (our money) from 11 am to 2:30 pm. The situation has been completely implausible. Fatal checking. Friendly pet ?? (5 euros per night and 100 euros for sure that he does not want to give us back despite not having broken anything), we asked him what places there were to release our dog and he did not tell us anything ... In addition, we asked for a frying pan and he did not paid attention (we had to buy one), he did not come to change our towels for a single day (there is no washing machine in the apartment) Disappointment, all a lie, much worse than in the photos. The photos do not correspond to reality. The bathroom has neither a cabinet nor a plug ... The apartment is super unsafe (the window opens without difficulty from outside) and the entrance and bedroom door are broken Terrible views and attention There is light even with the curtains closed There is no privacy, you can hear everything from the outside! (Even the water in the pipes) The man remains outside doing renovations and a lot of noise, botch ... Get an apartment for this. There is no hair dryer (on the page put that there was) There is no stove (for winter the room is not suitable) Also there is moisture on the apartament.. The latch on the bedroom door is broken Extra-large double bed EYE, IT'S A LIE! They are two single beds together. Total deception, we would not have caught it if we knew half of all this!
