good value and well situated spacious apartment

In a main tourist street and just minutes on foot from the nearest beach. the check in is just a few doors down. staff lovely and the apartment is cleaned daily. There is a large terrace and it’s very roomy. there’s a kitchen and washing machine.

it’s a noisy street at night so some people might find that difficult. personally it didn’t disturb me. it’s a shame there isn’t a but more cutlery or a decent kitchen knife for those wanting to make lunch.

1) Not for families: this is on the busiest alleyway with an Irish bar just across (one can almost touch it) which is loud throughout the night until 2am 2) Constant toilet drain smell 3) On top of our broken sleep, we were waken up by roof top (just on top of us) construction work at 6.50am… 4) Shops downstairs also start opening early, making noise (which is normal as they need to open in the morning, however not convenient if you want to sleep in on your holiday, if you can somehow ignore the hammering on the roof top construction…) 5) You can see the bunk beds of ”dormitories” of workers who work in the those restaurants, cafes and shops…Google it and you will find some facts about those poor workers… 6) Apartment is very run down (I would say this must be a derelict building hastily converted to a ”suite”), there was a constant chemical smell, I suspect that is from some sort of pest control…There were no other hotels / B&Bs next to us. This was some weird set up

Comfortable stay in a great location.

Helpful, friendly staff. Great location, beach and eateries all around. Air conditioning was great - it was so hot. Comfortable beds, quiet night’s sleep.

Very spacious and clean. Loved the balcony. Close to everything.

Difficult to find the office and apartment. The directions from Booking.com were not accurate. A local called the office and the staff came to meet us. They were wonderful.

Excellent, would stay again

Apartment was excellent, big, sunny bedrooms, nice lounge, TV with Netflix, Spotify etc. Kitchen, bathroom good, Housekeeping everyday, right on main touristy street, but quiet at night. MUST do is walk to Boco de Inferno, for spectacular sunset. Liked way everybody applauded when sun went below horizon-not like there's a encore (until tomorrow) Supermarket close by, near railway station. Great local restaurants, esp De Fausto, typical Portugese food, esp sea food Lots of nice streets for walking,local architecture, great photo ops.

AC heaters broken, one fixed, waiting for rest, but heaters provided warmed well.

Nice / clean and functional apartment, super location.

Super location, spacious apartment, well-equipped and very clean. In the middle of the center and only 5 mins walking (or less) to various beaches. Getting the keys was easy. Very nice and unexpected to have housecleaning every day. It also provided toiletries which is unexpected for an apartment. Would stay there again.

Some funny smells now and then in hallway (has been referred to in the past) but it did not bother us much as it was not noticeable in the various bedrooms and living room/kitchen. Would stay there again.

wonderful visit with young kids

spacious, well-equipped apartment on one of the main streets that was an easy 5-10 min walk to the beach. It was very easy with kids. we loved that they came daily to clean the apartment, unexpected! loved sitting and having dinner on the balcony! I also loved that they arranged pick-up from the airport, it made the experience stress-free for us with young kids.

Lovely Caiscais and beautifull appartment...

Prime location in the heart of the old town and some 100m to the nearest beach (Ranha). A lot of restaurants in the surroundings, but grocery store a bit missing. You have to walk more to find supermarket with food. Small supermarket at the railway station opened from early morning. Spotlessly clean appartment, cleaned every day. Good size of the app. for 2+2 family.

Check-in time is 16:00-21:00. After that period late check-in fee 25EUR? Unusual, and not too much convenient when you came by night flight. Moreover, no word about such fee on booking.com when you make the resevation.

Perfect apartment in prime location less than 1 minute from the beach which was extremely spacious, clean, cool, and com

The property was less than 1 minute to the beach and was located in a prime location with lots of restaurants and small shops. It was quiet at night. The flat was extremely spacious with 2 king sized beds that were very comfortable. The air conditioning kept the entire place cool and it was nice coming inside from the heat. It was extremely clean (the floors were washed every single day both inside and outside on the balcony). The balcony was a highlight because you could sit outside in the morning or at night and relax and look below at all the activity and people. The place was well stocked and had a stove, coffee machine, full sized refrigerator, washer, dishwasher, etc. The management was extremely accommodating, helpful, and friendly.

Beautiful and spacious apartment in the centre of Cascais

This is a very bright and spacious apartment right in the centre of Cascais. We collected the keys from Sonya at a reception which is literally across the street. Sonya was most helpful and stored our luggage until we could check in. There is a large living area and two very large bedrooms with the most comfortable beds. The kitchen was adequate. We didn't do much cooking. Is is equipped with a frigdefreezer, microwave, hob, kettle, washing machine & dishwasher. Cleaners came every day and changed bed linen and towels. It is a perfect apartment for two couples. It would not be suitable for anyone with major mobility issues. It has a steep stairs of 32 steps.

The only downside is the bad odour from the 1 and half bathrooms. It's obliously a general issue in the area with the drainage. We left the windows open as much as possible and bought a can of airfreshner which seemed to deal with the problem. It certainly wouldn't put me off going back.

It was exceptionally well. The staff was very cooperative. A perfect apartment for a family. All the restuarants are at walking distance. Railway and bus terminal, both are within 1Km distance.

Location great! It was clean. The staff was friendly and helped with locating free parking. The beds were big. The patio was a nice bonus.

A small half bath had a strong sewer odor. A warning of stairs if not acceptable to visitors. A heater unit in one room would not turn off or change temperature so it was very hot. Two keys would be appreciated

Third world apartment to rent/share with local critters

Staff were friendly, i feel they were let down by the management/owners.

Dirty, defunct, decrepit, cockroaches, ants, cracks in wall, mould, damaged apartment that stinks of faeces. It needs a lot of love. Apartment is right in front 9f the Gandi Palace and a pub. Smell was terrible, noise just as bad.
