Whether you stay for a day or a few weeks you will enjoy the relaxing lifestyle at this small seaside town .The house is a 3 minute walk to lovely park About ten minute walk to beach ,where you have a choice of ocean surf beach or the quieter bathing beach .
There is plenty to do, the much busier Inverloch is a 15 minute scenic drive with many
interesting stops on the way to explore.There is plenty of fishing opportunities with our ocean boat launch.Golf courses are not far away We have our own Cape Tavern which is great for a meal and dining To get main supplies Its a ten minute drive to Wonthaggi which has a great range of shops to satisfy ang needs

Nice Quiet Street

We dont have much traffic as its a nice quiet street with as much pedestrian traffic as cars ,There are four bedrooms two with queen beds ,one double size bed and two single beds that are the bunks
Doonas and all linen, and towels are supplied

There is a full size fridge and washing machine
Also reverse cycle airconditioner
There is a covered timber deck as well as out door chairs and table
there are low maintenance polished timber floors throughout

The house was perfect for our family, with the beach only a minute away and a park around the corner, it is perfect for kids. The board games provided were also a plus! The house was very neat and clean with plenty of space everyone to relax.

We thoroughly enjoyed our break in Cape Paterson with our dog (11 year old). This is our second time staying here and love it as it has everything you need and truly a pet friendly place. It was an easy walk to the beautiful cafe Zeal and Flow as well as the beach to the rock pool. Cape Paterson is a wonderful place to relax and explore. We’ll be coming back for sure. Thank you to Geoff for letting us spend a week in gorgeous Seabreeze.

The house was so clean upon our arrival. A very well stocked kitchen. A lovely renovated house. We had 8 adults at one point, so the two bathrooms were good. The bedroom with the bunks was very small but we had 2, 21 year olds sleeping in that room. It would be perfect for kids. We would definitely like to stay again.

Very neat. Bathroms have had a nice update. Kitchen is good. Beds are good. Plenty of space in and out. Great to be able to take out little dog along. on a very quiet street and only 5 min walk to beach. Price point is right on. Highly recommend.

My family has been visiting and staying at the Cape for over 40 years. However, in recent times we've missed our beach holidays. So my daughter's temporary return from living overseas was a great excuse to get the family together and head to the Cape for a week. The house we stayed in was brilliant - great beds, excellent deck and outdoor furniture that extended the living space. Heaps of room for all of us and conveniently located in a quite, old part of town, close to all the beaches and not far from the cafe. So good to be able to take our elderly dog with us too!

The house is great, well equipped kitchen and quite large, excellent fridge. Bathrooms very clean and modern, beds very comfortable, lovely outdoor area and enclosed if you have children. We could walk to the beach and cafe. Our overall experience was great would hire this house again.

This property has been nicely renovated, has all modern appliances, is very comfortable and pet-friendly. Large master bedroom and en suite. Geoff responded promptly to our questions and took our suggestions on board. Enjoyed it so much we’ve rebooked!
