Everything was great. The apartment was very big and comfortable. Contact with the owner was very good and quick.

Everything was clean and the convenience of having a washing mashine was amazing
I wish we could choose our neibours as they were very loud but the apartment was great

The location. Close to bus stops and eateries. There’s a lift.
The furniture is a bit tired. No toiletries provided. Only hand soap. Unfortunately due to developments close by which can’t be helped, it can be noisy during the day. So best not to stay in. The common entrance area to the lift has rubbish bags and dead cockroaches which was cleared a few days after.

Location is near the ferry, appartment is clean and comfort.

Excellent location. Bars and restaurants are just behind the corner. There is a great local place for breakfast near by called Bus Stop. Also, one of the best restaurant on the island called Black Pearl. Lots of convenience, grocery, fruit, stores.
This comment has nothing to do with the accommodation itself but the area is very noisy. Not city noise but construction work very early in the morning, loud neighbours in the middle of the night, occasional motor bike that wakes you up from the grave. Also nothing to do with the apartment but the building is very dirty and has a problem with the mould.

Good contact with the staff, very helpful consultants
Good location (close to the promenade and bus stops)
- Clean linen and towels for each guest
- Spacious and well-equipped apartment
(air conditioning in each bedroom, additionally: hair dryer, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron)
-Well-equipped kitchen (with lots of dishes, pots and pans)
-There's an elevator in the building
Moldy air conditioning in dining room with a terrible stench
- Clogged sink in one of the bathrooms, leaking shower in the other
- No cleaners and cleaning tools, broken mop, no colored garbage bags (which are an essential part of the Maltese waste segregation system)
- Damaged dining chair and plinth falling under kitchen cupboards
- Ants in the kitchen and leaking windows

Very nice apartment in a good location
There was plenty of room for six of us
I would definitely go again
Unfortunately there was no hairdryer which was supposed to be
And the dining room table was not attached to two of its legs

The stay was poor right from the start. We had booked a taxi through Short Lets Malta and the driver was nowhere to be seen and we had to spend 1 hour at the airport. The problems didn't end there, there was a blocked gutter in one of the balconies which flooded the downstairs flat on the first morning. The keys provided were not the right one, the internet and TV service was intermittent (TV service broke down right when the Euro final was showing) and internet service kept breaking down almost every evening.
Cleanliness of the flat was not ideal. There were cockroaches in the lobby of the building and the bathroom (pictures attached). The lift was dirty most days and some days people left rubbish in the lift!
There was also a large gap in the floor outside the lift outside the flat (picture also attached). In my view, this is a safety hazard specially when travelling with small children.

The area is great provided you don't need parking which is awful extremely difficult

Roomy appartment, nice location
Smelly garbage bin down the stairs.

The apartment was very big with two bathrooms & two balconies..Pure luxury!
The shower was not very powerful. The hallways on the bottom floor of the building & lift had a slight mould smell.
