Sauber, ein sehr schöner Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer.
Allgemein war das Appartement in einem frisch renovierten,neuwertigen Zustand. Für zwei Personen ausreichend.
Ein sehr freundlicher und herzlicher Inhaber, durften später auschecken als geplant. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten keinerlei Beanstandungen. Wir kommen wieder ☺️

Apartament bez śniadania. Lokalizacja przy głównej ulicy. Bardzo głośno, nawet w sypialni na tyłach apartamentu.
Fatalny stan wyposażenia kuchni, bardzo "zużyte" ( zatęchłe) ręczniki, brak dodatkowych poduszek i koca.

Lovely modern looking. Facilities good and close to shops buses restaurants and the beach. Host was very accommodating friendly. Always on hand and let us stay a little longer as we had a late flight. Highly recommended.

Der Gastgeber Nacho ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Weil das in den bisherigen Bewertungen mE nicht klar genug herauskam: Die Nähe zum Strand und den Strandbars ist sehr gut. Hier findet Jeder etwas für seinen Geschmack. Im Unterschied zu Malaga direkt auch günstiger.
Wir reisten aus Córdoba an und haben für diese Wohnung mehr als das Doppelte bezahlt als dort.
Das Haus liegt direkt an einer der am stärksten befahrenen Ausfallstraßen. Wer den Balkon nutzen will, darf nicht lärmempfindlich sein. Wir konnten den Balkon aufgrund dessen nicht länger nutzen als maximal 10 Minuten am Stück.
Die Größenangabe in Booking.com ist ziemlich sportlich. Ohne Balkon dürften es nicht wesentlich mehr als 30 qm sein. Das Schlafzimmer hat eine Größe von ca. 5 qm. Mit dem sich darin befindlichen Bett ist es praktisch vollgestellt. Es steht an der Wand. Um außen rum zu laufen, stehen vielleicht 50 cm zur Verfügung. Zudem habe ich selten ein Haus erlebt, dessen Wände hellhöriger sind, als dieses aus den 60 er-Jahren.
Wir wurden zu Mietbeginn freundlich darauf hingewiesen, keine Abfälle im Spülbecken hinunter zu spülen.
Nach dem Spülen des manuellen Kaffezubereiters kam der Kaffeesatz regelmäßig in der Dusche hoch.
Nachdem wir die Punkte erwähnt hatten, bat uns Nacho, diese nicht in der Bewertung aufzuführen.
Nach längerem Nachdenken, bin ich aber der Meinung, dass dies nicht in Ordnung ist. An der Lage und dem Straßenlärm kann natürlich nicht viel geändert werden. Jeder zukünftige Interessent sollte aber wissen, was ihn erwartet. Für uns war der Urlaub etwas getrübt. Aus unserer Sicht stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

Situated nearby the beach... Just a walk of 2 Minutes. Terrace with table and 2 chairs to enjoy a small view of the sea.
Room with small walls and not that well isolated-therefore you hear neighbours speaking. The sink in the kitchen was cloggered... Water just went down slowly.

We had an excellent time in the apartment. It was so clean, so close to the beach, close to the restaurants. Mercadona shop was very close. It was very easy to go to Malaga by bus. By car we visited Nerja and Marbella. Beach was in front of the apartment. We highly recommend.
Inside the shower cabin there is no place to put soap or shampoo.

We loved the location, the beach is perfectly near (but not too near, so a good night's rest is no problem) to the building. There are three major shops in a few hundred meters, so getting our groceries is very convenient. The apartment is equipped quite properly, especially the kitchen and the bathroom, so we only had to buy a few essentials and spares. We especially loved that the kitchen was even equipped with an assortment of spices and cooking essentials, so getting our own fine dining on the terrace made perfect sense. The building itself is fun, with lots of animals (cats, dogs, parrots) around. Getting out of the city is very easy, the National Park is but 2 km away.

Unfortunately no where on the information did it say this apartment backs onto the N340 main road out of Malaga. The balcony overlooks it only 10 metres away. By the third night of the nine we had booked, we had to move out because of the noise particularly in the mornings and throughout the evenings. If you dont mind serious road noise this apartment will be fine for you.
