Wonderful stay in a lovely apartment in a beautiful part of Slovenia

Warm welcome from the host family with a pickup from the station was greatly appreciated. Spotlessly clean apartment with great facilities and an excellent location.

Fab family holiday

Great, specious, hight standard apartment. Very clean and well equipped. Luka is a brilliant host, always happy to help with anything. We had a very pleasant stay.

Exceptional

A brilliant house, very helpful hosts and a beautiful place. If coming to Kobarid I couldn't recommend this house more, I have been to Kobarid 5+ times and this is the best place I have ever stayed. I couldn't recommend it enough :)

Excellent, high standard stay

Such warm and welcoming hosts! The property was of such a high standard and yet still felt really comfortable. A perfect spot to enjoy the area from, we wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful, perfectly located home

This house is a beautiful home that is centrally (and perfectly) located in Kobarid. We felt very at home here and only wish we had more time to spend here! Hosts were easy to reach and extremely friendly.

Fantastic appartment, really in the heart of Kobarid!

The appartment is very nice, it’s very cozy and fancy! The location is very nice as well, with restaurants and bike rental etc. around the corner.

Well priced, stylishly designed, high-end apartment in the heart of Kobarid. Highly recommend!

Our family (2 adults and 3 teenage girls) stayed for two nights in early October while visiting the Soca Valley. We loved the design and styling of the apartment, it really is beautifully done and has a warm, cosy feel despite being quite spacious. The apartment is one the second level of its building reached by stairs at the back of the building. It's spread over two levels, a spacious open plan living area and nicely appointed kitchen, as well as shower, toilet, laundry facilities all downstairs. Upstairs are three spacious and beautifully styled bedrooms and another shower/toilet. The apartment is located right in the heart of Kobarid with restaurants, bakery, supermarket and all amenities a very short walk outside the front door. We walked from the apartment to Slap Kozjak, which was beautiful and we would thoroughly recommend. We also went zip-lining in nearby Bovec, which was fantastic but not for the faint-hearted. We briefly met host Nusa and her mum (Luka's family) who were lovely. They were prompt with our communication leading up to our check-in and excellent with their instructions and her mum's home-made plum jam was delicious!

There wasn't anything we didn't like, but it would be helpful if there was a house guide or some instructions for how to use some of the equipment in the apartment (perhaps we just didn't see it?) The big information chalkboard was great, but brief.
