very pleasant and spacious apartment for 2 adults.

very comfortable with a short walk to Shoal Bay beach and cafes. Nice pool.

Overall it was a lovely and comfortable stay.

The location was great! The cleanliness of the apartment was great upon arrival and we especially appreciated the sealed clean sheets and towels.

Unfortunately the vacuum wasn’t in good condition to allow us to keep the space clean from sand coming in.

Location was good Lounge was clean & comfortable

Apartment wasn't very clean. Cleaners pay no attention to detail at all. Bbq & outdoor area was filthy, didn't even wipe table. Dust everywhere. No fitted sheets on beds, eventually found a rolled up fitted sheet in a basket in the wardrobe, I did not want to use it. Very small amount of dishwashing liquid & dishwasher powder provided especially for a family 2 nights. No multipurpose cleaner or cloths making clean up difficult, no dust pan & brush or broom.

wasn’t the cleanest. sticky on the kitchen floor but I wiped it up. quite a few unwashed dishes in the cupboards. no screens on the doors so couldn’t let fresh air flow in.

filthy dirty accommodation and spoilt our stay. I can’t believe I was charged over 400 dollars a night.

it was dirty inside and out. very run down the whole faculty and not happy at all it wasn’t worth the 400 dollars plus a night. I will not being using them again.

5mins walking distance to the beach the extra extra large bed

the balcony and outdoor furniture were dirty, full of dust and it was not really possible to enjoy staying on the balcony… the swimming pool was closed .. it s a tiny pool enclosed along the road . not really great..

Its lucky we had access to such a great location outside of the room

location was perfect for where we wanted to go.

Had nothing about where to collect keys until we arrived and had to travel back to get them, the property was filthy and we had to make our own beds, they tried to offer compensation by cleaning the room but cleaner left after 10 minutes and it should have been a given. We were very upset after travelling so long.

Great apartment. Clean. Spacious. Good facilities and location. Check in could be improved greatly.

That you had to wait until exactly 2pm to collect keys 10 minutes away from the property with about 20 other people all doing the same thing from office staff who don’t know how to smile or be welcoming. Keys should be available at the property at check in time through a lock box etc.

Location was handy.

The place was not clean. Sheets were not put on bed, pillow cases filthy, shower head had water temperature issue, would continually go cold, dirty sock in second bedroom, main bedrooms bed not on legs, matress on the carpet, balcony filthy, peg busket full of oil, shower not clean.
